Who in the crap is still thinking about this game?

Long story short, yes. I only payed $10 in a bargain bin for this, and I still felt robbed. The fact that the best 2 mini games this awful little thing had to offer were given FOR FREE to those who got the New Leaf update is a testament to how there's no reason to play a worse board game anymore.

Charging 100 dollars for a complete game is bad enough, but ruining the cute simple design of Raichu by going "Yeah Pikachu is the more popular one so why don't we just make Raichu look more like that" is so awful to me.

Grabbed it on Steam around launch day and I can honestly say, money we'll spent. There's a surprising amount of depth and variety it the games presented for a budget price, and everyone will find something they'll gravitate towards! The poin and click style horror game kept my attention the most of all the offerings.

@GrailUK I see your point even if I'm not on board with it. I'd hope that there was genuine altruism in something calling itself a charity but I know that's not always the case.

@GrailUK I think the issue is more that Nintendo is asking for permission when
1- It's free advertising for the games being shown
2- Twitch doesn't bother with any of the games you play on there having "permission "
3- ITS FOR FREAKING CHARITY.

This really does seem like a generic puzzle game they were afraid wouldn't sell without attaching a recognizable IP to it. Maybe I'm just being cynical, but pokémon hasn't really excited me much as of late.

On the one hand, Nintendo may be the only company in the business that consistently puts out enough quality that it justifies a price boost. On the other, so many companies are gonna keep putting out half-complete games, as they have been, nickel and diming customers with battle passes and DLC of content that should have just been
there.

Nothing would make me more ecstatic than a HGSS level remake of Black and White. Gen 5 had so much good and it still makes me sad it was also one of the weakest selling.

I still don't understand the concept of censoring visible weaponry when the vast majority of the game is shooting people. With guns.
Also strange how characters from certain adult properties get a pass.

I'd love for this to actually be a fun RPG with some nice fan service for OG wrestling fans. Wonder if there will be a heel/baby face morality system.

I hate that I genuinely didn't like this game. The soundtrack just felt too samey for each area, and the only truly memorable songs were....the few pokemon songs present. To those who enjoy this, I'm glad you do. Wish I could too though.

I figured this would be a thing, since the build of the Green Hill Zone set has you build sections intended for linking up. Wonder if we'll get Chemical Plant.

Kirby's Dreamland 2 is one of the first videogames I ever remember playing. Glad to see our marshmallow hero still going strong.

It's funny, the reason I even wanted this game initially as a child was because it came with the rumble pack. It literally collected dust on my shelf for like a month until I went to a friend of mine's house for a playdate and saw him playing it, thinking "Why haven't I played this yet it looks awesome!" I was a stupid child. But at least I wasn't stupid for long.

Love the Hell (pun intended) out of this game, and this update just gives me more to love. Btw don't think I didn't notice that Drawn Together joke.

The fact that I can play as Oolong with a bazooka makes this pure gold. Now, if only I could play as Hercule with exploding Game Boys...

For Arceus' sake, just tell us if we have the Battle Frontier again Nintendo, PLEASE.

The only "Madness" I see coming out of Ubisoft is something I'd rather stay out of.

I appreciate the love people still have for this game. I was at a game convention this past weekend and I saw two siblings cosplaying as Goombella and Admiral Bobbery. Love folks like them keeping the memory of the good times of Paper Mario alive.

I see Horrorland and Yoshi's Tropical Island and I make this a day one. I mean, look at my avatar.

I can appreciate the love people have for a character they like. But man, tired of the Waluigi in Smash thing. Seems like a running gag that ran into a wall 10 years ago.

I'd care more about this if this wasn't going to be like, my third one. But hey, obviously I'm not the only person this game is catered to.

I kind of like these unique takes on Monopoly that add something to make the game more interesting. Me and my AC friends are gonna get a kick out of this.

I know some folks could get over the controls and find a game they enjoyed, but I really couldn't stomach Zero. Honestly I hope Star Fox doesn't get left in the same supermarket that Nintendo accidentally left their other child F-Zero in.

All we need now is confirmation on the revival of the map builder and this will be my perfect remaster. Fingers crossed!

In all honesty, I haven't seen anything that makes me want to get this over just...opening my 3DS and playing the copy I got on a birthday sale forever ago. Fun game, but not enough to pay 60 for when I already own it. cough Link's Awakening cough

Heffer Dedede is my spirit animal.

Bought it a few days ago and had a blast playing it with family actually. Cousin and I love the crap out of Isaac, and the game looked right up our alley. It reminded me a bit of Munchkin, another card game with some similarities to Four Souls, and in the end it was well worth the purchase.

My money is on a 200 dollar edition of Animal Crossing with life-sized Isabelle plush and bag of fake bells to pay off greedy tanuki with.

Sorry for the vitriol, but I'm honestly just annoyed that the transfer app is going to be out in (what will most likely be) months after Sword and Shield are out. True, it's nice to just enjoy the pokemon one region has to offer without relying on old standbys, but when they did this back in Sun and Moon I really found it a pain.

Nice that they're extending it for folks who want it. But as for me, I wait until July when a new game replaces WarioWare: Touched. Hopefully something just as good replaces it.

Ugh Baby Park. I know some people are happy to see it, but it's such a bland and boring map. And to be honest, the GBA maps are a bit obscure, but since they have some age on them they also have good potential to be brought into this generation nicely.

I'm very hesitant to think this is real. But heaven knows I'd love Nintendo to hand a free copy of this over to those who purchased the "Paper Mario In-name-only" game Sticker Star. Or as a final reward for Club Nintendo. A man can dream...

I was there to see most of his playthrough live, although I had no idea he was part of Nintendo Life, so that's an interesting little surprise.
