The Grinch game has me curious.

The 2DS is my favorite Nintendo handheld console. It just fits good in the hands, unlike the 3DS.

I think the graphics are fine, it's the simplified driving style that could use some work. Basically just hold down the gas and every once in a while you might have to let off the gas for some turns, not all, and that basically it. Not having to drift or brake at all kills the experience.

So they have over 5,000 employees? That seems quite large.

I wish Nintendo would release 1080 already. Been waiting a year since it was announced.

If game developers didn't try for "realism" (graphic wise) and higher ploy count they could get a full 60 fps. That would be nice. I don't mind less poly count if it means the game will run better.

@Blast16 I'm guessing they will work for the next console as well.

Not bad but I would like to see 20 or so C64 games for $5 USD. I mean, some of these games are fun but pretty old.

If you're going to remake something...
Remake 1080 N64, F-Zero N64, Mario 64, OoT N64, etc.
Best games ever made were on the N64 and there was a ton of them.

Develop a game and then get laid off. That's bad business for the developer and customer.

If the maker (MAXIS) of Sims made Barbie, that would be cool.

Been using Nintendo since NES but I do agree, Switch is not a console. It's a portable gaming device that gets docked. Hence its low powered cpu/gpu, etc. But I don't let that bother me.

I didn't think I would like the F-Zero 99 at first but it is alright. I do hope to see a totally new F-Zero (and 1080) game in the future. That would be sweet.

Correct. I didn't think that was needed to be said in the game.

It's interesting the bad language they allow in games these days. So not needed.

Just waiting on 1080. It's been a year since it was announced. The main reason I got NOS.

Purchased and played for about an hour or so. Not so fond of the soundtrack. It's just background noise and nothing about it stands out. Racing is too simplified without having a handbrake for drifting or anything like that. Just hold the gas down and steer. Every once in a while you may have to let up on the gas when turning. Graphics are nice but I think more thought needs to be put into the simplified driving mechanics/controls. Oh, a pop up opens when you start the game to create an account for what ever company. So annoying! I don't want to create any others accounts and luckily it can be by passed. I give it a 5/10. It's just ok. Will play some more another time. Maybe my view will change.

I enjoyed the first one. Will have to pick this up.

OoT still blows away BotW. They don't make games like they use to. Imagine the creativity of N64 games in HD.

Pretty cool game but the steering bugs me. It always feels like you're slipping on butter and you never have that feel of traction.

Yeah, I expected a higher score too. I mean, it's a Gameboy game. It's pretty good for its Gameboy limitations.

A fan of California Games welcomed this game a few years ago when I first discovered it.

Favorite kart racer ever! Would be really nice to see on the Switch.

Lets talk N64 HD... (N64 Resurrected)
No screen but a real console that requires your TV.
Updated N64 console redesign (slightly).
Powerful enough to play every game at 60 fps.
1080p resolution because 4K just means longer development time and larger games (file size).
Gamecube style controller.
Real carts with actual manuals (fun for collectors).
At launch, comes with Mario 64 remade from scratch in 1080p!
Now that's a Nintendo system I would like to see.

Sadly, none of those are my favorite games.

@MSaturn I agree. A ten year cycle would be better. Then it would seem like a bigger difference.

@dil_power I agree. Plus we haven't had a new 1080, Waverace or F-Zero in years. Just a few of my favorite games that I would like to see.

@mariomaster96 Looks just fine to me. It wouldn't make sense for it to be any higher than 720p undocked just like 4k makes no sense unless you have a cinema size screen. Just a waste of power and drive space for nothing.

I fine with the current system. At this point, do we really need to upgrade systems every 5 to 7 years? What can you really add but 4K and maybe a slight bit faster. Maybe. 1080p gaming is more than enough for me. I don't like my games looking too realistic either.

I like the first one but I'm not a fan of DLC games. Growing up and playing games since the 80's, I find DLC games to be partial games and do not like paying extra than the already $50 to $80 price tag.

The Sims 4: Horse Ranch is not even a full game but DLC. I wouldn't compare the two.

@nukatha The first 1080 is the best and I'm waiting for it but a new 1080 would be sweet.
