@BLK_4EVER Yep. The system cost too much. Nintendo had always been a family fair price system. Now it's trying to compete with the other consoles, price wise. They've knocked out quite a few of their customer/fans who either can not afford or want to pay those kind of prices.

That trailer/promotion couldn't have been more annoying and off-putting. Hmm...

I thought it was pretty good and Illumination has the best renderings in the business. Making better pictures than Pixar and Disney.

@Bizzyb Same. It's been a while since a snowboarding game has been released. I hope it does well. Then maybe Nintendo will see some interest in releasing another 1080.

A snowboarding game? Interesting. Not sure what I think about the graphics though. May grow on me.

Not sure why this game gets bashed. It's a pretty cool game. Have it on Switch and PC.

Yeah, if this were an arcade game with as many courses or features as WaveRace, you would have spent a lot of coin back in the day.

I have always enjoyed the Harvest Moon series but I just wish Natsume would choose a different design style. Not liking the character design, emo clothing, weird gadgets, etc. here nor art style.

It's an old arcade game. Drop in a coin and play for a bit.

@canaryfarmer Only two courses from what I read online. I feel like the price is a bit too high but I do like old arcade games.

I like football but I do not like games that try to look realistic. I like colors that pop and for my games to look like games. This looks pretty dull. Tecmo Super Bowl and NFL Blitz destroys this.

Bluetooth mouse support would be nice.

I don't care much for performance as much as good and quality games. But in comparison to a PS4 and XBOX Series S makes me feel like the Switch 2 should be slightly lower in price. I'm happy with the original Switch and will enjoy my gaming on it for now.

So been waiting for Tales of the Shire. Already have my pre-order in. Ninja Gaiden looks pretty cool but not really my kind of game anymore.

I wish more would bring back the N64 classics. What a fun time in gaming.

The "worker" is still making a $100,000 or more per year, so that is not bad but I understand the point.

Picked up Monkey Ball Banana Blitz HD. Just wish it had all the party games the Wii version had.

I enjoy the game. I just wish it had all the party games that the Wii had.

I wish those of us who pay the same price on Switch got Gamecube titles as well to play.

@Zufolobelisk I don't know about that. My fav's are 1080, Wave Race, F-Zero and a couple others. Those haven't been remade in a while. Also, I haven't like the last few Mario or Zelda games. I'll stick with the Switch for now.

Unless Nintendo releases a new 1080, I have no interest at the current price.

The Gamecube library would be cool if I were getting a Switch 2 but the rest are not of my interest. Tales of the Shire is what I'm looking forward to.

@michellelynn0976 PS5 with game is the same price as the Switch 2 without game and more than double the performance.

@Iconoclysm You're missing the bigger picture here. Nintendo is becoming Disney. Making movies and theme parks. They are raising the prices to fund these things. Get use to paying Disney prices if you plan on playing Nintendo.

@Friendly Even if I were to take hours out of my day to find what you are asking, someone would critique it with something else. So I will not be doing that. For example... well that laptop or mobile device can not play this or that because it's Nintendo only.

@Iconoclysm You never built PC's? Here's an example for you...
AMD Semprom (low power) was always cheaper than their more powerful CPU's. Same with graphics cards, Intel models, memory, etc. Again, experience with tech over the decades prove that. Too many to list.

Never said it did. I was pointing out how the Switch 2 is being compared to 12 year old tech (PS4). What I was stating was that it uses low power mobile chips because it is a mobile device but Nintendo is charging you PS5 or desktop prices. Anyway, I'm out.

@michellelynn0976 LOL! What a company charges doesn't mean that is what it cost to make. I'm out. Believe what you will but you're being nickel and dimed. Been there and seen it.

@michellelynn0976 Another example. I purchased a PC for $2000 in the year 2000 on my birthday. And no it was not the fastest for gaming or anything like that. Just a normal PC. Today I could go purchase an average PC for $250 to $300. Again, technology is mass produced more than ever and cheaper to make. I could keep going. I'm almost 50 years old.

@michellelynn0976 Go back in time and purchase a 55" inch tv from the 80's or 90's. This would have cost you thousands of dollars. Today you can get one from Bestbuy for $250. Why? Technology is mass produced more than ever. It's actually cheaper to make now than 30 to 40 years ago. When people try to use the "inflation" for tech it doesn't work. Just look at the past on how much tech was. It has gone in the opposite direction.
