@riccyjay Remember in school when you had to write a paper and had to meet a length requirement, so you had one paragraph left and filled it with a bunch of summaries that you went over already in the paper, and added some nonsense words, hoping the person grading it had already checked out? Yeah, that happens a lot here.

I'd be checking some performance reviews before making a purchase honestly. In my experience Squeenix has a bad habit of porting games to new platforms and not really doing a thorough amount of testing.

Expensive, fragile, and as others have mentioned and I've experienced, they belong in a Fast and Furious movie with the amount of drift they have. Between these and the lackluster Dpad on the Pro controller, I've never been so disappointed in Nintendo controllers before. That includes the N64 controller.

Thought about picking it up, but they're out of their minds charging $60. No way. $30 at most.

From today onwards, especially after yesterday's clickbait, if I see Liam in the title, I'm bouncing. I'd like to hope others start doing the same, and maybe after his clickbait articles stop bringing in comments, they can boot him out of here and get a REAL journalist in here to restore some integrity to this site. @ilikeike It's a 6 year old game going for double, or some cases triple what it does on other platforms. They'd be lynched if they DIDN'T include the same content and some kind of bonus for the Switch version.

Pretty meh year for me, as most of the indies/ports I already own on PC/PS4, and I'm not a fan of smash or playing online.

This was certainly the year for excellent single player PS4 games, no question there.

Sonic fans have endured several disappointments and shi**y games over the years, I think for many this movie was the straw that broke the hedgehog's back.

All I can picture is Nintendo's lawyer in court with a Cappy hat, trying to throw it on the judge to take over their body and make the ruling "case is dismissed, please understand."

Seems like these types of "games" would be best experienced in VR, where you at least have a bit of immersion in the world instead of just walking around with a controller.

Switch has been out for nearly two years, the Wii u has been dead almost as long. Let that sink in when looking at these "rewards".

The NES and SNES classics allowed me to finally retire my Wii. The PS1 classic gave me plenty of reasons to skip it and keep my PS3 plugged in.

Well yeah of course, Sony is approaching 100 million units sold, is at the end of it's current gen lifecycle, and doesn't have any blockbusters set until the middle or end of next year. If Nintendo DOESN'T gain some ground at this point, that means they're going to make some pretty big mistakes in the upcoming months.

I mean, it looks good on Switch, but it could definitely look a lot better. Stretched out on a 55 inch TV it still looks dated. Here's hoping they have the ability to kick things up a notch for the actual Switch exclusive release.

Sounds like they should've had a contract of some sort drawn up instead of a verbal agreement. That's a lot of work hours for nothing.
