Sweet no need to ever by a cart for these games, and just wait for a steep discount that will inevitable come along.

Strangely enough, people will pay $100+ for one online game or far more on games packed with microtransactions, but $80, one time, is a step too far? Retailers often have Nintendo exclusives on sale frequently, so you can wait or not buy the game.

With most games being couch co-op or local co-op (with share play), it almost eliminates the need to have multiple copies of a game.

A ghost town or village was my first thought. I do like the idea of a cruise ship, that could make for some very unique situations, but it also might feel too much like LM3.

I hope this doesn't affect the quality of #Blud.

TTYD is the only mario rpg that looked interesting to me. Can't want to play that one for the first time.

@LillianC14 Honestly if we didn’t buy products that were tied to some type of garbage person or their beliefs, we’d literally wouldn't buy anything. If people want to buy something they’ll enjoy they will and it doesn’t mean they support the views of its creator.

Not in the mood for a 2D Mario at the moment so I'll wait a bit. Between Dave the Diver, Hogwarts Legacy, and possibly TTYD (if it's early 2024), I may not get to Wonder until some time in April or May.

@TheRealKyleHyde While I don't believe the price should be in the con category. The review policy is "ALL reviews are based on the subjective opinion of the reviewer". Although the price is mentioned quite a few times in the review so I suspect it may have had some sway on the overall score, which is fine because "ALL reviews are based on the subjective opinion of the reviewer".

Regardless of the price (we all know it'll be 30% off in two months), if we look at versions released in 2010 they're all rated as "Must Play" and since this port doesn't take anything away from that, nor add anything to it, it's the lowest score this particular game should get.

It's pretty awesome from what I can tell. You can be an outlaw and kill everyone on sight, but that would hurt your reputation and people wanting to interact with me would decline, all the while putting a bounty on your head.

Conversely, you could be a man of honor, helping people in need, stopping thieves, murderers, and thwarting ambushes. You could try bounty hunting, going after endless bounties, bringing them in dead or alive, while trying to outrun their gang to make it back into town to bring them to justice.

You could focus on the side quests, hunt animals, become a gambler (or cheat), to get enough money to buy some property to lay low. I guess you could follow the main storyline for an epic adventure.

You could also do none of the aforementioned things and play an awesome zombie game set in the old west.

You guys really need to go back and revisit Baldo, they updated it a lot and changed tons with the game including some mechanics.

@Guitario It definitely did, Nintendolife needs to revisit that review and update it. Scores are subjective, but if flaws are fixed, reviews should reflect that. They do it all the time with other games, No Man's Sky is the most recent example I can think of.

@Deepdoop Do you believe everyone has a PS3 or Xbox 360 lying around? Getting a used console and the game would still cost more than just buying this game version (though I'm sure most will wait for a sale) .

No multiplayer for rockstar to just abandon like they did with RDR2, not sure how this is negative. No version has 60fps, not even the XSX version it which only has 4k resolution.

The only sticking point is the price, definitely should be cheaper. I have no doubt most people will wait for a sale like most did with GTA trilogy (after that whole mess).

@Chaotic_Neutral What are you talking about? Nothing, aside from Epona, is locked exclusivley behind amiibo in ToTK. They just give the option of not having to explore/quest for it.

We NEED to stop pretending Fable doesn't exist and release it on the Switch already.

I'll settle for only 1 & 2. The third installment would be nice if they're feeling generous.

13 out of 15 Skyrim threw me...things tend to die around me in that game.

@theModestMouse Massive? It's just a little under 5 GB in its current state, not sure how much that will balloon with this new update. Wouldn't waiting for physical mean you'd still have to download this new update anyway, or will newer physical copies have the update included?

@Manxman64 Report it to their Zendesk, they fix bugs pretty frequently. I haven't had this issue, are you in Eulid or a different system?

To be fair Nintendo has had some missteps recently, had pokemon not shipped and remained in its current state (performance-wise) Nintendo would easily be top ten.

@Ristar24 Check out the new update that dropped earlier today, it definitely fixed some issues. Also if you haven't report any bugs to the hello games zendesk they're pretty quick on patching things up.

@Ristar24 Really? I've yet to experience a crash. What happens when your game crashes? I only know of it crashing when some players press the plus button and the game locks up. That's all I've heard so far on the Switch.

The "Farm Sim" Direct was somehow still good.

This is why I never play server-based mobile games. Eventually, they'll have to shut down, all the data is gone. Meanwhile, my PS1 memory card still has my FFVII save data, someday Emerald Weapon will die by my blade!
