Uninstalled the demo after about 30 mins of playing. The game was barebones, but didn't expect much from a tennis game, anyway. That's why I don't trust reviews, good or bad

I was hoping this would come to Switch, seems like the perfect fit.

Let's be honest here; Fortnite single-handedly saved Nintendo's E3, not Smash Bros., a game that is months away, and one that everyone and their mother knew was coming to the system. Sure... MTA, the two Pokemon games, Hollow Knight, and Paladins played a small role, but Fortnite took home the Crown.

@OorWullie Just don't think those are for me anymore, online leaderboards or not. I might go ahead and buy Ikaruga to dip my feet back in the waters. If that don't hold me, nothing will. I did play this game called MagMax back in the day and loved it, but can't remember if it was a shmup or not?

Shmups were awesome in the 80's and 90's when hardware was limited; now, not so much. I wouldn't mind a new Jungle Hunt or Double Dragon from Taito.

Going through 2nd playthrough, it's such a nice game. One of the best Metroidvania's ever made, and best indie title on Switch to date. Well worth the $15 for anyone on the fence. I'd say it's easily worth $30, so $15 is a steal.

In handheld mode there is no comparison, Switch wins unanimously at 30 fps vs the other versions "with not even a blank screen to look at."

In my opinion, there is only room for Nintendo, Sony, and PC. Microsoft needs to bow out of the industry, and Google should not show up at all.

I got an idea about a game featuring Trump. It could be called something like Trumped U, and his character would be this underdog that defeats all these political dynasties... Oh wait, didn't that already happen?

@HobbitGamer Yeah, I have to admit Starlink does look pretty good, and I think that's how it should be done when dealing with Nintendo mascots, instead of some random collaboration. I never could get in to any of the Starfox games, but this is something that has piqued my interest. Regarding some of Ubisofts well known titles, certain ones like For Honor or Prince of Persia have a good amount of demand, although, For Honor was far in development before the Switch so I don't know about that. AC and WD2 probably wouldn't do well, especially WD since it didn't sell that good on other systems.

@HobbitGamer Riding on the coattails of Nintendo characters is not going to win me over... so no, I guess I'm not part of their target audience. If it does you, fine by me. Out of the lot of titles that Ubisoft have, only a few interest me; Prince of Persia, For Honor, and BGAE 2. If one of those make it to the Switch, I will definitely buy... I don't know why you would have a problem with that?

I'd like to see some of Ubi's ips make the leap, not just a Mario game and an updated version of Starfox. If that happens, I might actually buy something from them. I own 0 Ubisoft games on Switch atm.

I play sports already so idk if this would really interest me, besides not looking to get carpal tunnel with the waggle controls. I think that ship has already sunk. Give me Contra, Castlevania, or Silent Hill, Konami.

A free game is on offer and most here still won't take it? Smh. How about download the game first before you knock it and if you don't like it, you can always uninstall it...wallah, no money lost! Just think of this as the developers getting their feet wet for potentially more support.

Online subscription for $20 a year, or paying $5 to $10 for each game? I'll take the $20 year online subscription please. It's the better deal, as long as Nintendo updates the catalogue. Need to find out full details of the service first.

I will take a few guesses what it could be... Dishonored 2, Wolf Youngbloods, Evil Within 2, Fallout 3/New Vegas, Diablo 3, or Rage 2. Lots of 2's there; hopefully that's the lucky #. I'm tempted to say Silent Hill 2 remaster, but I don't wanna push it. If it's none of those, then I'm a horrible guesser 😃

If it's going to be more ports, they are one of the most trustworthy out there. Wouldn't mind seeing the new Wolfenstein and Doom ported. Been awhile since I played Fallout 3, so that would be nice too... anything but FOS.

@LN3000 I heard those same sorry excuses for the Wii U during it's 5 year cycle. Nintendo had a chance to go big for E3, and they blew it. People will buy Smash Bros regardless, no need to use a whole presentation for it.

Very underwhelming presentation to say the least. All we really got was a roided up Smash U. Fortnite and Hollow Knight has been out for quite some time now. E3 is for announcing games that haven't come out yet, not games that a mil+ people already own. Nintendo are the only ones at E3 that have done this. No info about MP4 or Bayo 3. It's not like my expectations were high, it's that Nintendo's showing was so low. Even Microsoft had a better E3, of all companies. Nintendo was on the 1 yard line, went to throw for a touchdown, but threw a pick six instead.

The snake has reared it's dirty little head out of the bag once again. No more multiplayer on PS4 for me anymore. Market leader or not, this is wrong. If this were the real world instead of the game world, Sony would be committing treason.

Shoot, I'd prefer this over Madden anyday. Getting quite tired of the Madden franchise, tbh. I miss the good ole days of NFL Blitz, and this brings back fond memories. Bye bye Madden, hello Mutant football.

Now this is how you use a Nintendo character. Clap clap, Ubisoft, clap clap. What's ironic, though, this will probably be the best Starfox game ever made, unofficial or not. Color me impressed, since I was never into Starfox, except for Smash Bros.

Either Bethesda is prepping us for a proper Fallout and Elder Scrolls on the Switch with these mobile games , or Skyrim and Doom sold poorly. Hopefully it's not that later.

I hope this is just an appetizer until the actual Fallout arrives... if not, this would be very disappointing. This is the type of game suitable for that Anti-Matter guy.

@johnvboy It's not that Nintendo couldn't compete having more powerful hardware, it was the fact that they were 2 years late to the party after the the failed collaboration with Sony. By the time N64 released, Sony had already swallowed the market whole. It also didn't help that Nintendo was still using cartilages which made it difficult for 3rd party developers to make games for the N64. The GameCube had suffered the same fate being almost 2 years late to market without much 3rd party support. Many people thought of it as a Fisher-Price toy, which is basically what gave Nintendo the kiddy image that they have not been able to shake off even today.

I'm just gonna say it now, DOA6 will not be coming to Switch. No insider info needed.

It's peaked my interest a bit, not much going on with gameplay in the trailer, though. Will have to see more

@Late $25 is for the Founder's Pack, the free to play version won't be available on launch.

The game was never on my radar, but will be picking this up when it releases. It's aged quite well tbh

Big companies like Ubistank and EA have been trying to push their agenda on the consumer, but the consumer's will decide in the end. Even if streaming ran flawlessly, which I doubt will ever happen, I still like to own my games. Microsoft is steering in that direction only because the market dictates it for them. Unlike Nintendo and Sony, they've been a stain in the industry.

I just like this to be a new game... Doesn't matter to me, whether it be Silent Hill, MGS, Contra, Castlevania etc. Is that so hard to ask?

Wouldn't be surprised if it was more shovelware, or a spinoff of some sort, something like Mario Gear Solid: Plumber Snake.

There is always room for free games on my Switch, and Fortnite is one of the best freemium games out there. The only other ones worth getting on the Switch so far are Zen and Stern pinball.

No thanks, would rather do some reel fishing outside. Never got the appeal of fishing, chess, poker, monopoly, when you can do those things in reality.

No, because this is all Ubisoft could think of as an exclusive to Nintendo gamers. It's really pathetic, if you stop to think about it. They offer Nintendo fans games like Monopoly, Just Dance, Rayman, while the other consoles get all of Ubisofts best games. It's sad how they treat a particular fan base as an afterthought, even though the Switch is selling like gangbusters. Not even a fan of most Ubi games, but it would be nice to get one, just one of their good titles, like BGAE2.

One of the few good indie games on the Switch, so glad to hear It's successful. Can't wait to see what the developer has in store next.

This games needs a remake, not remastered.
