Oh look at some of these comments from the hipsters that say they never even downloaded Fortnite lol. It's things like this why most developers skip a Nintendo system. The goody two-shoes too high and mighty to even install a free game that people took the time to make. Getting mad at the success of a game because it's not Nintendo made, or that don't have any of their characters in it. Listen, Fortnite is not my cup of tea either, but that didnt stop me from downloading it for my son and throwing $40 to Epic for the support. Did the same thing for Paladins and AOV. Same goes for Warframe when it comes out. That way, if they put more games on the Switch, maybe, just maybe, they may have something else I might like. If not, someone else in my household will. Come out of your shells and try something different for once.

I had some interest in this game, but after realizing that your character is confined only to the cockpit of the ship? Ah, that's no fun. Maybe for the first hour or so, but at some point, I want to be able to get out of my ship and explore different planets. That's what kept me far away from Starfox. Ubisoft completely missed the boat on this one.

Smash almost made it to the top, but got snagged in Spidermans web on the way.

Now that everyone's warming up to the idea of cross play, maybe Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony will collaborate to create the ulitmate gaming machine- the SwitchBoxStation.

I think I could manage without any of those brands mentioned. Man survived for thousands of years without Apple's or McDonald's help. I get what you're saying, though, that it's an achievement for any company on that list. It's just not something to be popping open the champagne about, unless you happen to be one of those companies.

As long as Nintendo stays in business and makes games that I want, that's all that I care about. The rest is just icing on the cake.

Eh, I don't care if they're the #1 most recognisable brand in the world, I just want games. Besides, last I checked, 2 is not a winner and 3 nobody remembers. 99th place is a long way to go to be #1.

The poll has spoketh. I wouldn't worry too much about splitting the fanbase if I was Nintendo, I would buy a 2nd Switch just for that alone. Just look at the games skipping the Switch for lack of power, and you can see it's a no brainer.

If it's more than free, it would be too steep in price, considering it's free on mobile. No to mention, it's just Slayaway Camp with Jason Voorhees slapped in the gameplay.

More Nes games? Yay! Can't wait to play some Snes games in 2023. Tbh, this online service (if you want to even call it that) has been disappointing so far.

Games I'd like to see, since I didn't see them mentioned here- WCW vs nWo Revenge, and WWF No Mercy. I would love to see those, but probably too many licencing hurdles to jump through, I'd imagine.

@Stocksy I don't know why your comment didn't get more hearts than this. Tbh, I don't believe anyone should be getting paid to play a game, which is why I never subscribe to any of them. Matter of fact, I don't think anyone uploading videos to YouTube or Twitch should be making money. Some streamers are making thousands or even millions for doing some dumb stuff on there.

I'd like to see games, games and more games. We'll probably just get more Smash news, though, and an announcement that Switch online will be delayed till 2025.

Suda51 either makes a really good game, or a really really bad one. I think, no, I know this would be the later. I was looking forward to this from the initial reveal, but it's terrible out on the surface.

@JaxonH Yeah, I wanted this one for the amount of content it had over other MH titles, but these videos aren't doing it justice in the looks department. Wouldn't hurt for me to download the demo and give that a try before I take the plunge. I just hope Capcom has a new MH in the works built for the Switch, because it would be a shame if this is all we get.

I'm not the one to complain about graphics, but this game is looking rough around the edges, even with the improvements. I would like to play MH on the Switch since I never bought this one before, but the price is very off putting, especially for a game looking like this in 2018. I really don't know why Capcom thinks they need to charge $60. Hopefully this will sell well enough for Capcom to put MH5 on the Switch, because I think I'll wait for that instead.

Team Cherry is basically giving this game away.

This looks too much like Xenoblade Chronicles, so it's a pass for me.

Octopath Traveler is not my cup of tea, but glad to hear it's doing well, and putting the Switch back in the spotlight. With this kind of recognition, it should bring more games, that's if developers stop being gun shy. No reason now why they shouldn't, unless they just don't like money.

Game looks tight. I don't usually like to buy retro games in 2018, but this I can make an exception for. Thank you to the developer for bringing this to the Switch.

@Tulio517 Yes, Arms as well! That reminds me, I still need to get that game. I thought I was warn out on fighters until I tried out the Testpunch. It really threw me for a loop how good Arms was. I will definitely get it when Nintendo gets their online service together.

@Ensemen I said they are active, I didn't say they were very playable. Getting kicked off constantly is kind of annoying.

@Kingkong1 I don't hate Nintendo. Where did you get that impression? In fact, I probably been a Nintendo fan longer than you been alive. That doesn't mean I have to like everything Nintendo does. They deserve criticism just like anyone else. Not criticising them here, just some other fans that seem to not want to support titles outside of Nintendo's, other than the occasional oddball ones (see Rocket League) Fifa is about the only one that I can think of that's not out there, but again, Soccer is popular even with Nintendo fans. I can't say the same for Madden if it was ported over, which is why it didn't. NBA 2k18 is a good port, but online is practically dead. Btw, there is nothing wrong with Rocket League, it's just that developers have to go through extremes to cater to most Nintendo fans taste. I don't know, maybe the Switch will be different, but it's too early to tell right now.

The devs suck, so I will be skipping this.

This is the only one that seems halfway decent. On the other hand, If it's running off Nintendo's server it will unplayable. Not only that, but good luck finding any other players in a room, as most online games on Switch are dead except Splatoon, Mario Kart, and Fortnite.

Indies have saved the Switch at this point. Nintendo made games and third-party have been non existent for the most part.

@WreckItRyan I'm sure if Nintendo fans become loyal to Blizzard, they will in turn be loyal to Nintendo. Blizzard made the first move, now it's time for Nintendo fans to step up. S*!t or get off the pot, as they say!

I will be waiting for the physical copy of this. I want to be able to touch what I own, or even eat Dead Cells, if I ever happen to get stuck on an Island somewhere and have nothing else left for food.

@hatch if you like Hollow Knight, you will probably like Dead Cells, maybe even more. It's a lot like original Metroid and Castlevania too. If you die, you get to keep any upgrades and secret areas you discovered along the way.

An exclusive racing game not named MK? I didn't get the first one, but will probably buy the 2nd depending on the gameplay.

I respect the fact that Panic Button is hard at work with the Switch, but they can't be the "BoB " all the time, some other port specialist needs to step up. It's just unrealistic to think they can do it all.

I love the older Ninja Gaiden titles. This is a retro game I can actually get behind, but I think most retros should be laid to rest, and remembered for what they were.

If anything, they should port the game just for ripping the name off Nintendo. If they do bring it to Switch, I'll probably buy it for my son since he's a big AC fan, but It will be really exciting news even if they didn't.

Thank you Panic Button and Bethesda. Bethesda went from having no games on Nintendo consoles to being the biggest supporters overnight, that includes Indies and third-party. Hell, I'm almost inclined to say they support the Switch more than Nintendo themselves, but not quite there. Hopefully Fallout 3 or New Vegas is next.

Ubisoft seems to only port games to the Switch that have a 6 month development cycle, e.g. (Rayman, Mario+Rabbids, Just Dance, Monopoly) so no surprise there. Mostly just shovelware from Ubistank. I bet Starlink will be canceled too.

I appreciate the 10 and under games for the kids, Ubisoft, but where are the games for the adults?
