I’ve got a busy weekend, it’s my oldest son’s birthday party today, and we’re doing a Mario Kart theme, which means plenty of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will be played. If I can find the time, I’ll also start up The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cup as well.
I kicked this weekend off with some Tetris, in a bit I’ll be looking forward to playing Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins, as it’s a pretty good game. On the PS4 side of things, I’ll also continue playing OlliOlli World.
Based off of the info graph, I'm interested in getting...
Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp (maybe)
Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon (the wife thinks it looks fun)
Disney Illusion Island
Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective (maybe)
Kirby's Return to Dreamland
Metroid Prime Remastered
Octopath Traveler II
Pikmin 4
Professor Layton and the New World of Steam
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
As someone who has never played either Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga or The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, I am absolutely looking forward to playing them both for the first time.
Games I'm looking forward to revisiting/playing for the first time.
Game Boy Kirby’s Dream Land Metroid II: Return of Samus Pokemon Trading Card Game Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins The Legend of Zelda: Ages The Legend of Zelda: Seasons
Game Boy Advance F-Zero Maximum Velocity Golden Sun Kirby & The Amazing Mirror Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga Metroid Fusion The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap
I have no problem paying an extra $10, of course, I think it's also fair to expect this to be the greatest Zelda game of all time in return (to justify the price increase). Having said that, for me, that's currently Ocarina of Time and I'm not sure Tears of the Kingdom can top that, especially if it's like BOTW (which was still a great game but wasn't good enough for my 2017 Switch Game of the Year).
@MarioBrickLayer so far I've been enjoying Pocky & Rocky Reshrined. The only downside, is you have to play through the story mode solo or collecting 10,000 coins to unlock free mode/co-op mode. Although apparently there is a code one can use on the main menu screen that unlocks free mode/co-op mode, I just haven't tried it.
A new month means a new community day in Pokemon Go, as Noibat gets the spotlight this weekend. I also started playing Pocky & Rocky Reshrined earlier this week, so I’ll continue with that as well this weekend.
I'll have to give this a watch when I'm on my lunch break. I might not be as excited for this as I am for Kirby or Octopath II, however, I'm still looking forward to playing Clive 'N' Wrench.
From what I've played due to previous giveaways, #RaceDieRun, Robonauts and Mana Sparks weren't bad games. I'm tempted to check out the Pocket Mini Golf games and Real Boxing 2 while I'm at it.
@msvt I have to agree, I wouldn't mind seeing a Pokken Tournament 2 come out. Speaking of spin-offs and Pokemon games, I'm still waiting for Detective Pikachu 2.
I kicked this weekend off with some My Hero One’s Justice 2 action, it’s a nice follow-up to the first game, plus Gang Orca is in it so yay. Outside of that, I also have Pac-Man World Re-Pac, waiting to be played so I’ll fire that up and play it for a bit as well over the weekend.
I might also check out GoldenEye 007, as I've never played it before, but heard good things about the game.
I recently picked up Skul: The Hero Slayer, so this weekend I’ll be playing that. I might even play a quick game or two of Monopoly (via Nintendo Switch), with the wife this weekend as well.
I'm also planning on filling out the rest of my Pokédex in Pokémon Scarlet as well. I'm currently sitting at 376 Pokémon registered out of 400, so I still have a bit to do.

Re: Feature: Our Predictions For The February 2023 Nintendo Direct
A new Donkey Kong Country game announcement? Or maybe a new Mario game releasing around the time of the animated movie?
Having said that, I'm keeping my expectations low, so I don't end up disappointed.

Re: Talking Point: In 2023, Do You Still Care About amiibo?
Do I care about Amiibos in 2023? Absolutely not. Although to be fair, I never cared for Amiibos, so its not like anything has changed.
