Re: Review: The End Is Nigh (Switch)

Bought this in a heartbeat. I beat the first world and it's a lot of fun so far. I do enjoy SMB's gameplay style better and it will probably stay my favorite platformer forever, but I will have plenty of good times with The End is Night regardless.

Re: Review: Slain: Back From Hell (Switch eShop)

Initially, I read the Conclusion section and felt like a good game was being rejected just for being insanely difficult - then I read the rest and realized it was being rejected for being unfairly difficult, which makes for an artificial and rarely satisfying experience... this coming from someone who completed two Ghosts 'n' Goblins playthroughs for that true ending and left feeling just... tired.

Now, obviously starting to read a review from its conclusion is not the way to go, but as we all well know, most users will read just that, if not simply scroll down to the score and move on. So I'd suggest a mention in there as well of the poor controls/physics and unfair enemy spawns/jumps, because it honestly gives the wrong impression if you don't read the entire piece.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE
Because the original, ultimately being the basis from which every other 2D Zelda drew from, has little else to offer in a remade form. Adventure of Link on the other hand is unique within the franchise and has plenty of room for improvements in all regards that'd elevate it to something unlike everything else in it.

Personally I'd love if this were an AoL remake since I love the game, but the fact they're looking for HD experienced developers seems to clash with that idea.

Re: Nintendo is Reportedly Eager to See More Mature Games on the Switch

@shani I seriously don't give a damn about the guy's background. He is repetitive, intolerant and absolutely obnoxious. It's A-okay if he doesn't care for violent/"mature" stuff, but constantly spewing bile at those games, the companies making/sanctioning them and the people who like to play them is plain idiotic behavior. I don't feel the slightest bit guilty or wrong about calling him out on it, and neither should anyone else.

Re: Credit Suisse Forecasts 130 Million Nintendo Switch Sales By 2022

Considering the current flow + big upcoming system sellers such as Pokemon, and assuming Nintendo play their cards right both with those reveals AND the timely manufacturing, as well as an appealing price cut down the line... I might expect something on the range of 50m-70m by the end of its lifespan.

130m is frankly ridiculous.
