Here's my review: If you are a Nintendo fan, you will love this game. That's pretty much the only review anyone needs.

I'm more of a Purah Pad kind of guy.

Right there with you man. When I was in elementary school I had this idea that side scrollers were somehow inferior to 3D games. Now some of my favorite games are 2D platformers.

For those who still haven't played Tropical Freeze, now's your chance. It is one of the best platformers ever made.

HeartGold and SoulSilver definitely. I'd also like to add Super Mario Advance 4 (which is actually the Super Mario Bros. 3 remake from All Stars, with some extras).

I had no idea there was a downloadable demo. I played it today at Target and it convinced me to get the game soon after it comes out.

@SpaceboyScreams Wait, I thought Palworld didn't have anything to do with Pokemon?

The American cover is just too cool. I love that green background.

I know it's not happening, but I wish they added Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge to the collection. Pokémon R/S and LG/FR would be excellent too.

$10 for BioShock Collection might be the best deal I've ever seen.

I'm really enjoying watching some folks cheering on copyright infringement/plagiarism because "the victim had it coming".

@IceClimbersMain You love Pokemon so much you wish it essentially became a different game. Maybe you should play Digimon or get yourself a Tamagotchi.

"Too verbose"? That's gotta be a joke. IGN said the same thing about Dark Dawn in 2010. Do you people even know what game you're playing?

@Kochambra I've read a lot of comments saying that the battle system in Origami King makes the game extremely tedious, which has kept me off buying the game. What's your take on the battle system?

Does anyone know if the resolution in Yoshi's Crafted World looks the same in the actual game as in the demo? I tried it and handheld mode looks rather blurry at times.

I hate when spirit events are like "The floor kills you, you're weak, you can barely move, the enemy is super powerful, the enemy is super fast, the enemy is your daddy".

Many don't seem to realize that sometimes a game becomes extra special because of the circumstances that surround the times when we play it. I'll forever treasure the days when I played Banjo-Kazooie and Super Mario Galaxy for the first time and I wouldn't change it for anything.

@jhvoorhies I skipped this game when it came out and I'm thinking of getting it since I loved the original, TYD and Super Paper Mario, but I'm not really sure. Thanks for the reply!

I don't get people complaining about Wonder being too easy. Mario games (aside from Lost Levels) have never been hard.

@Not_Soos I agree. I was at Target on December 23rd and the Switch section was packed, I had to wait a few minutes to request the game I was looking for. So many people still buying Switch games.

@SpaceboyScreams I only got the subscription for the first time last month and it's used by me and my 2 siblings, so we're paying less than a penny a day; I think we'll be fine.

@Sisilly_G We paid $80 for a NSO + Expansion family plan and I think it's a great deal considering we all get the Mario Kart and Animal Crossing DLC, plus all the classic games. I paid a lot more than that for a handful of games on the Wii Virtual console.

I'm only 25 hours into Tears of the Kingdom and I already think it's one of the best games of all time.

The modern state of the industry rendered the E3 obsolete. It's sad, but the memories stay forever.

Banjo & Kazooie. My brother and I were watching the Digital Event together at the mall, and we were speechless when that Jiggy showed up in the reveal trailer. One of my favorite E3 moments of all time.

Folks who like it when the cover tells us what the game is about will love the North American one.

My nephews (3 and 6) love the show, but they're too busy with Pikmin and Zelda to waste their time with "kids games".

@Serpenterror Would it really be Mario Kart "9"? It would be "10" if you count Home Circuit. And "11" if we also count Tour. But they didn't count Arcade GP when thet named "7", so what do I know?

This article (and some comments) confirm my belief that many people around here have very little respect for the Zelda franchise.

It's a good mentality to have. It reminds me of that time Noel Gallagher said "If you don't want to be bigger than The Beatles, then it's just a hobby". You've got to shoot for the stars.
