If publishing duties fall to SEGA Europe it's a big shame, given we're already waiting on release dates for 7th Dragon III and SEGA 3D Classics Collection. Wonder when we'll see some Atlus titles now.
As long as it's sensibly secured, handled and kept out the way of kids who haven't been briefed on the gun and gun safety in general, it's neat. But for firearms I'm not a fan of these designs.
The Nintendo Network Premium seems a bit of a better deal, as it all added up from small to big purchases to get £5 credit. With this a game on sale could net you no coins whatsoever.
Part of me is hoping that one of the reasons for the delay between the US and EU release is due to a lot of changes in the translation (see the differences between Triforce Heroes) but given there's voice acting involved? Doubtful, so it's a wait and see.
If only a team with such passion and proficiency could get working on an original Xbox emulator. Emulation can be such a great blessing, I started playing Xenosaga Episode 1 at the weekend without having to mod my PS2 to run US games simply by ripping an iso from the disc and playing it on my PC.
It'd be nice to be able to do that with Phantom Dust or Metal Wolf Chaos without having to mod my Xbox.
Just the Hyrule Warriors Legends 3DS/Wii U DLC for me, getting the game physically. Going to wait on buying any games digitally until My Nintendo launches.
Wii Sports Resort would be one of my top ten games for anyone who is thinking about getting a Wii (or getting Wii games for their Wii U) to pick up. Also playing a lot of that had me ready for Skyward Sword, so I got the controls in no time.
I live in a rural location, so my internet bandwidth isn't the greatest. I'd rather not tie up that bandwidth with having to download big retail releases. I can easily trade in my physical games. I do not value digital games as much as I value my physical ones. I can often get a physical game for much, much cheaper than the digital release, even at launch by shopping around.
I only buy digital if the game is only available there, and when it is a case of Europe not getting a physical release (Shin Megami Tensei IV, Rune Factory 4, Samurai Warriors Chronices 3, the upcoming Zero Time Dilemma in particular) I will wait for sales or not bother. I made sure to get the LE of Project Zero 5, being the only way to get a physical copy.
If there's nothing in place for physical purchases (and DLC doesn't count towards gold coins) then I doubt I'll get many in the way of gold ones. I only buy digital games if that is the only way to get them, which is why I put down money for the Limited Edition of Project Zero V, and the First Print Edition of Star Fox Zero for Star Fox Guard.
When I saw the age I thought we might have had another case like Kenji Eno (dead at 42 due to heart failure), or Akira Saito (cancer, 43). But an accident rather than an illness?
@Shiryu My Wii collection used to be my biggest, but it's been surpassed by my original Xbox collection. Still a good 40 games I want to pick up for the Wii, including Fishing Resort to grab from America. Still looking for a copy of The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces too.
I do still want to pick up Project Zero 4 and Zangeki no REGINLEIV for the Wii, and there's some DS and GBA games that are definitely on the import list. Just a shame about the region locking on the 3DS/Wii U, as there's some games I'd love to grab without risking region modding on currently supported systems.
They need to find some leakers and make an example of them by encasing them in Nintendium and displaying them at the entrance to NoA, NoE and NCL's offices, Han Solo-style.
Hype for this, now I just need to import the GBA original from Japan and continue praying for Daigasso! Band Brothers P to come to Europe as Jam with the Band 2.
Glad there's no English dub, I can only imagine how dire the dubbed songs would have been. A bit more hopeful for this game than I have been previously at the news.
My overall favourite has to be Black 2/White 2. So much content in that game. X/Y was incredibly disappointing compared to it. There were the little details too. The music in particular, especially in the gyms and the gym battles.

Re: Feature: Developer's Perspectives on the Humble Friends of Nintendo Bundle
I picked it up for a few things, like a 3DS copy of Shantae to go along with my full price Wii U copy.
Re: Reminder: The Humble Friends of Nintendo Bundle Ends on 10th May
Rhythm Thief is a game in the bundle that I hope more get to experience, it's definitely worth checking out.
Re: Late Nintendo President Hiroshi Yamauchi Inducted Into 2016 Consumer Technology Hall Of Fame
Only just struck me that there was under two years between the deaths of Yamauchi and Iwata. I thought it was longer than that.
Re: Nintendo Shipped More Than 50 Million amiibo In a Year
As nice as the figures are, they don't really do anything. They're less 'toys-to-life' and more 'collectables that occasionally unlock something.'
Re: Koei Tecmo Confirms That It Has Nintendo NX Software In Development
Give me some Dead or Alive, some Musou games, and some of the more interesting titles they've put out recently and I'll be happy.
Hell, chuck in Crimson Sea 3 for good measure.
Re: Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Fortissimo Edition Pre-Orders Launch on Official Nintendo UK Store
I was going to get the Fortissimo edition, but I'll grab a standard copy from elsewhere and save some pounds.
Re: Western Localisation Of Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Features Costume And Age Changes
Odd how we went from Bayonetta 2 to this kind of thing happening again.
Re: NIS America No Longer Publishing Atlus Games In Europe

Region locking: A royal pain in the bum.
Re: 10 Years On, Hideki Kamiya Still Doesn't Think He Could Better Okami
It's a shame we never saw a version or a sequel on the Wii U, where you could use the gamepad to draw brush strokes.
Re: Review: Witch & Hero 2 (3DS eShop)
I might grab it at some point, I rather enjoyed the first game.
Re: Nintendo Announces 'Fortissimo' Special Edition of Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE
@ThomasBW84 I know. I can see how my post could seem otherwise, so I made an edit.
Re: Nintendo Announces 'Fortissimo' Special Edition of Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE
Was hoping this edition would come to Europe, and it has. (Edited for clarity)
Re: Nintendo's Official UK Store Opens Kirby: Planet Robobot Pre-Orders
Just ordered the game + Kirby amiibo, and the Waddle Dee amiibo. I'm a sucker for Kirby.
Re: Reminder: Six Wii U Games Are Now Discounted to Nintendo Selects Prices in the European eShop
Grabbed LEGO City Undercover for £16, delivered yesterday. Really enjoyable, I wasn't taken with previous LEGO games.
Re: Video: The Super Mario Bros. Speedrun World Record Has Been Broken Again
@Bunkerneath People who play a game for hundreds or thousands of hours to learn and master a game to run it the fastest don't care about the game?
I don't think you thought that one through.

Re: Nintendo Download: 14th April (Europe)
Lost Reavers and Runbow DLC for me!
Re: Video: Have a Gawk at Keiji Inafune's Super Mario Maker Stage
I got to the end of the level, but instead of begging for stars he wanted me to cough up for a Super Mighty No. 9 Maker anime.

Re: Were It Not For Rare's Tim Stamper, Wave Race Would Have Featured Boats
What I'd give for a new Wave Race game.
And a new 1080 game while we're at it.
Re: My Nintendo and Miitomo to Launch in the West on 31st March
I'll try it out.

Impressive stuff, Cemu team.
Re: New Capcom Survey Points to Potential Future Plans for the Mega Man IP
Whatever Mega Man game Capcom make next, it's sure to come out before Mighty Number 9.

Re: Nintendo Announces Separate Hyrule Warriors Season Passes for Wii U and 3DS
I'm hoping the Toon Link weapon is the Skull Hammer. I'll be picking up the 3DS/Wii U pass.

Re: Zero Time Dilemma Launches on 28th June in North America and Europe
Digital only in Europe?
Bloody region locking.
Re: Shantae: Risky's Revenge Director's Cut Launches on the European Wii U eShop on 24th March
I'll be jumping on this. Love a bit of Shantae, and on the bigger screen too along with Pirate's Curse? Nice.
Re: Pokémon Creative Director Dies at Age 42
Aww damn it.
When I saw the age I thought we might have had another case like Kenji Eno (dead at 42 due to heart failure), or Akira Saito (cancer, 43). But an accident rather than an illness?
All the best to his family and colleagues.
Re: Super Mario Maker and Splatoon Pick Up BAFTA Game Awards Nominations
Bundling Mobile and Handheld together is always one of the more stupid things to come out of these various game awards.
Re: Five Wii U Releases Confirmed for Nintendo Selects Range in Europe
I'll grab LEGO City Undercover.
Re: 'Special Reveal' Teased for Sonic the Hedgehog Anniversary Panel at SXSW
Yuji Naka and Sonic Team come together to announce Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Fishing Resort. Day One.
Though really I'd just kill for a Burning Rangers sequel/HD remaster.

Also, freaky about the ZnR story!
Re: You Can Now Import Japanese Games and Systems from Amazon Japan
@Shiryu My previous attempt to import it resulted in me getting the official guidebook. It sits with my art book collection to remind me of my folly.
Re: Video: The Mashiko Mystery Mushroom Outfit in Super Mario Maker is Evidently Self Aware
Captain Syrup and Tatanga from the Super Mario Land games would be prime candidates for inclusion.
I just want more Super Mario Land love.

Re: Takashi Tezuka Began Development On Zelda: Link's Awakening Without Nintendo's Permission
@AlexOlney At least it got a reference in Hyrule Warriors, with the Power Gloves for Link being BowWow.
Re: Takashi Tezuka Began Development On Zelda: Link's Awakening Without Nintendo's Permission
Well, it helped make the best Zelda game, so glad they took that gamble.
Re: We'll Be Cursing At Super Meat Boy's Insane Difficulty "Very Very Very Soon"

Re: Three 'Solid' Pokémon Offered as Free Extras to Pokémon Bank Users
I just got them from the bank a few minutes ago.
Re: Reminder: Mythical Pokémon Celebi Is Now Available to Download in Current-Gen Games
Ah, always nice not to have to travel an hour each way to go into a crowded GAME to stand in line to get a tiny slip of paper.

Re: Barbara the Bat Costume Comes to Super Mario Maker
I've got Daigasso, Jam with the Band, and Magic Made Fun. Hoping Daigasso P gets a localization, but I guess it's a long shot at best.
