@AceTrainerBean I was so excited for this E3 for just that reason. Mario transformed into Isabelle on Mario Maker and my brother and I started jumping around the room. Then, we saw Happy Home Designer and were like, "All right, U is next." Then we saw Amiibo Festival and the same feeling happened.

@Yoshis_VGM Agree with every single thing you said there. I'm a big fan of the Mario & Luigi games and that was the only thing that I got genuinely excited about (that was new).

Is it sad that I was still excited for a game revealed last year than all of the games they showed at this E3?

If they showed Animal Crossing U, I would've automatically thought of this E3 as a good one. Since we got...something else...I can no longer say that. I am rarely disappointed by Nintendo but I just wanted one thing. ONE THING! And they let me down.

Overall disappointing. The only games I'm interested in getting that were shown was Yoshi's Woolly World, Mario Maker, and Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam. 2 of those were shown at E3 2014.

Also, I'm not trying to be racist here but I'm not into all of the anime style games they showed.

Would've liked a Wii U Paper Mario but this'll do. At least the Mario & Luigi and Paper Mario series are progressing unlike...a certain other series that was shown off.

I would've been excited for this had we not seen Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival before it. I just couldn't feel any emotions.

I saw Isabelle walking out of the train station and I shouted "ANIMAL CROSSING U!" Then I was extremely surprised (in a bad way) by this. sigh

Mario Maker looks really amazing so far! I can't wait to see all the unique customization options we'll be able to use. I mean, seriously, who doesn't want this fantastic title?

@Toads-Friend I'm really into detailed encyclopedias and guides (not game guides--character, episode guides, etc.) so I'd get that right when it comes out.

I believe Nintendo may have already won E3. Watching the World Championships right now. Announce AC Wii U and it will easily be the best E3 from Nintendo I've seen.

Well, if everyone's going to wait until tomorrow and next week then I should be fine getting them tonight. Don't have my eShop card anyways.

Man, I thought there was going to be offline tourneys like there was in Brawl. Don't really care much anymore.

Now this is something I would definitely purchase Day 1! My main want is local co-op towns that you could make with two people working to improve the town instead of one being the mayor and the other just being a...villager.

I'm kind of glad we got spoiled because I would've got excited for nothing if this is all they're revealing in the Smash Direct! (it better not)

Also, on the E3 page, you might want to take off Zelda Wii U. That's been confirmed as not appearing.

I have trouble with Palutena too but I really like using Kirby and Pit. I wouldn't say they're "OP" though.

I think he could've got the point across without needing to bash on a competitor. You never see Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo calling each other's products bad.

When amiibo are implemented well, it's really well like Yoshi's Woolly World and Smash Bros. for instance. I just got a Ness amiibo imported from Japan so while I may not use it often, I do enjoy collecting them.

I know we shouldn't be expecting any "super new" Nintendo games but it'd be nice to see GameCube or at least N64 titles appear.
