Time to grab a micro SD I suppose. I hate when you're forced to download games and waste precious space. The PS4 does this with every single game and it annoys me to no end.

Would his presence in the game REALLY affect whether people buy it or not? And why'd they have to announce it like this?

Interesting topic. Personally, even though I love Breath of the Wild, I hope Nintendo returns to the older 3D style. Perhaps a third game with the Hero of Time to create a trilogy?

Don't get me wrong, BOTW is awesome, but there is a noticeable departure from some classic Zelda beats. Both open world and traditional games can coexist.

Having Assassin's Creed and Far Cry on the go would be a dream come true. I'm not seeing what else there is to discuss for four days online but it's still nice to see Ubisoft cares.

If it scratches when there's a screen protector on the screen, then yes, I agree that is a problem.

But if most of the people complaining don't have a screen protector, then that's pretty ridiculous.

It's a bit inconvenient but how is creating a new account challenging in any way?

PC games, or at least the ones I picked one, have only had one slot for a while now and there is no work around for that (excluding getting into the game's files). At least there is a way to have another slot on the Switch.

It's certainly possible, but a bit too early to tell in my opinion. Wait to see how well it does once they restock and then when MK8 releases.

The fact that the Switch is below the Apple TV makes me skeptical about how much this survey really matters.

Very satisfied with the Switch so far. Nintendo's sales expectations of more than 16 million is very generous but I hope they can pull through.

What a major rip-off. Is Capcom unaware these are NES games?

If the Switch is the easiest console to develop for, I don't see why it's not on there. Does Ubisoft have a good reason? Probably not.

If Assassin's Creed is shown at E3 and it's not on Switch (I really hope it is! Would love to play it on the go) then that will be a bad sign for 3rd party support.

Splatoon will be enough momentum for Japan considering the original's success. I just hope it continues to do well everywhere else.

Already taken my Switch on a long road trip! I love the portability of this console. Combine the handheld and home divisions of Nintendo's EAD and it will have the best software of any Nintendo console hands down.

Renegade Round-Up actually looks pretty cool. There's more additions to the game than I was expecting, but still not much.

I'll be picking it up anyway though. Mario Kart 8 was a blast on the Wii U. Having the ability to play it anywhere makes it so much better.

Don't forget the Mario starter kit. I still need to pick that up...

I am loving my Switch and BOTW so far! I think Ninty is really on to something here with this system.

Can't wait for LEGO City and MK8 next month!

That's a shame. I was expecting the game to actually be decent.

Here's hoping we'll get a proper Mario Sports title on the Switch (preferably Baseball. I loved Super Sluggers!) and not anything like we got in the 3DS/Wii U era. Tennis wise at least.

I have had no problems with my Switch. Is this kind of thing widespread? I have no Joycon issues, dead pixels, etc. (knock on wood)

I'll have my Switch tomorrow, as well as Shovel Knight! Pre-ordered BOTW but alas, it won't be arriving until Wednesday...that kind of ruined some of my "festive spirit."

Not surprised. I don't think they put as much effort into the game as Wii Sports. Seems like it'd get old a bit fast.

BOTW has 10s across the board. It will be GOTY for sure and I will have a blast playing it! Can't wait until this weekend!

@gcunit Same! The Switch is like a dream console to me. Now all it needs is a steady line-up of great first party games. Specifically Animal Crossing.

Didn't know the web browser would still be a discussion. I myself simply used my phone when I was stuck on something on my Wii U. The browsers on the 3DS and Wii U were less than stellar in my opinion.

Download in the background? Nice! Whenever a game was updating on the Wii U it always annoyed me that I couldn't do anything else.

A very stupid person that may or may not be me didn't pre-order the Switch so they will be trying their luck at launch.

I will for sure be picking up Zelda, MK8, Odyssey, Splatoon 2, Lego City, Rayman, and probably Shovel Knight and Fire Emblem Warriors. Thinking about Arms and Yooka-Laylee.

Pretty good launch year I'd say, especially for the amount of time I'll be getting from Zelda, Mario Kart, Splatoon, and Lego City. Now all I need to do is find a Switch in the first place!

Once they confirm Pokémon, Animal Crossing, and a possible Smash 4 port, the Switch is sure to be a success. I think that Sm4sh will be out by holiday and will be announced at E3.

Looks like a very streamlined and intuitive OS. Really liking it! Especially the Mii Maker!

Ugh, I am not fond of digital only games. Whenever I go to a store, the amount of games on shelves there should give you an idea of a console's library.

When a good portion of the library for the Switch is digital indie games, it doesn't give a good image in my opinion.

I'm more optimistic than I was last week but I'm still hoping for a Direct that goes into details about VC and possibly more games coming this year.

I just really want Nintendo to do well and I hope that they're able to get a lot of people to buy a Switch. They really need to start running ads!

But, of course, I'm not pre-ordering. I never pre-order anything.

@Andrzej777 I'm pretty sure it is the enhanced version that's coming to the Switch. And of course you're not going to play it while you're driving. You can play it while someone else is driving, and you can easily take it to someone's house or play on a plane, etc.

What do they mean by using an Amiibo to transfer between Wii U and 3DS? The Smash Mii amiibo? Why can't you just transfer them through wireless like Wii to U and 3DS?

I guess only time will tell. So far most of the third party games are ports from last year or before.

Ouch...hurts for those like me who purchased the $100 special edition. But if more people get to play it, fine by me.

Not surprised about BOTW but MK8 and Splatoon are very polished. Not noticing the aliasing they are referring to in those games.

As for whether or not MK8 will be the only entry on the Switch, I think they will add more DLC but personally, I'm hoping for characters and retro tracks like Maple Treeway ONLY. They should save their original tracks for MK9. I'm still expecting that to be on the Switch but I'm fine with either route Nintendo takes.

@HefHughner I could not have put it better myself. They really need to show more games and SOON. Only things I cared about were Odyssey, Splatoon, and BOTW. Everything else was too niche for me.

Very disappointed with the presentation. Online, launch titles, battery life, and insane Pro Controller price were all huge letdowns.

Might be waiting until Christmas depending on what the Treehouse shows.

Oi, Wii U at $300 for Black Friday? Not sure it's worth it at all. It looks like most of the Wii U must haves will be coming to the Switch (MK8, Lego City, Splatoon, most likely Smash and Mario Maker) so I wouldn't get it if I didn't have it right now. Paying $300 essentially for a 3D World and Bayonetta player (and we don't even know if those aren't coming to the switch) is not that good a deal.

If I was Nintendo, I'd put it at $200 at the most.

Normally, I'd be hyped for this update but...how am I supposed to get excited for this when there might be a new Animal Crossing might be coming out in March?

I wish I just knew if it was going to be coming out or not but their lack of Switch news leaves me wondering "should I go back to New Leaf? Or should I wait until the next game?"

Not shocking at all. The system doesn't even use discs. As long as the Wii U games they "port" are much better than their counterparts, I don't mind.

The console is exactly what I was hoping for! March 2017 seems forever away now!

Looks amazing so far! I was hooked as soon as they showed the Off-TV Play anywhere. Seeing King Boo was an added bonus.

NX better be something truly spectacular for this long of a wait. Eventually, someone will ask a question about the NX at the meeting and they'll be forced to answer or at least give a vague, "we're working on it."

Either way, we will have at least one new tidbit of NX information by the end of the meeting.
