The LB/RB buttons are the ones which usually die for me... But other buttons/sticks have broken over years too.

And I play xbox FAR FAR less than my day one switch...

Imho, get rid of the standard unreal engine world, and replace it with something more stylized and fun.. ditto to music.. and I’ll buy

@hadrian : er, pretty sure rainbow islands was never ever ever on zx81.. no way it would’ve been able to do it.

The speccy version was great though, played it loads as a kid (until monster island, where the colour clash got too much, and everything became hard to figure out.. could never see Dracula coming)

I loved this game first time around.

Tried playing it with all stars. And i couldn’t get along with it at all.. controls felt.. clunky ..

Might be lack of cube controller though

I’m a grumpy pants, as all of their games appeal to me until I play them, then I find myself bored in no time at all.

I don’t know what it is about their games which makes me want to like them, but I never do.

I kinda enjoyed it, in a “it wasn’t awful” kinda way. Last few episodes fell a bit short, and each episode could’ve done with cutting down to 30 mins. But I didn’t hate it at all.

Not as much as I hated Ms Marvel anyhow.. that show was awful

DD actually did something different. All the other ones got boring and tired over years.

Best vanilla one was the ds one.. but even that got boring.

@thinkhector : agreed. I’ve gone for the ds game and double dash as my faves. All the others I’ve played have been solid 6/10 for me.

I haven’t rated games I’ve not played

DD for me, last Mario kart which did something interesting.

I find the lack of single player/story modes to be a let down in mk in general…

As for Nintendo and censorship.

Remember that Nintendo published conkers, which was censored on the Xbox port later.

And of course they also published eternal darkness, Geist (I think), and devils 3rd .. and probably more I don’t remember

And remember that the Nintendo version of manhunt 2 was also the only uncensored version.

All signs are pointing towards a direct in next week.
