30 years old!!! Remember buying the Japanese version back then. Absolute classic. It's about time this beauty got the remaster treatment like Metroid prime.
Had my switch at release, joycons started drifting within a year or more. Playing Mario odyssey became unplayable. Never bothered to sort them out, really need to though at some point.
@SonOfDracula unfortunately they don't make em like that anymore. Yes there are plenty new ones out there but they just don't have that something. Or it's twin stick shooters !! Might pick up Drainus when it's on eshop sale.
Some what complicated shop and accessory system to fathom. That puts me off straight away. Shooters just need easy power up mechanic's not messing around breaking the flow. Andros dunos done that perfectly. Probably get this when it's on offer.
Stick!! Digital I'm team Physical, I only download if there isn't an option. When I look at my collection with all the fantastic box's especially my retro kit. Digital doesn't come close!!
16Bit era over everything!! Yes we have amazing stuff now regards to tech. But nothing still comes close to the magic of that generation. From the grey import scene, fantastic arcade conversions, timless classics from Nintendo, Sega, Konami, Capcom, Taito, Technosoft, and many more.
Elypse looks nice, but to much like Ori for my liking. Personally I do like Ori but every platformer seems to copy the same mechanics now. Gravity circuit looks promising, Megaman vibes on this one.
Brilliant games, but I prefer 2D metroid. Can't believe we are still waiting for the Switch trilogy. And even more so Metroid 4. Also I can't believe Retro studios haven't released anything in years.
Xbox sucks anyway, if it wasn't for Microsoft being able to chuck money at it to make it succeed. As a brand it would be dead in the water from the original system. The overrated Halo saved it unfortunately. Nintendo will always be bigger in Japan and the USA. Because the gamers in the UK are obviously brainless lol 😆 😂
