Isn't most Wii games out of production? If so, then the sales of MK Wii may be skewed by the fact that other Wii games are no longer in production.

Are you sure they'll be able to play this when review codes are issued to press? This looks like the retail box. I am sure on Nintendo's website it says that the download code won't be playable until launch date.

I still haven't got ARMS yet so I'll rather play that. All we have is screenshots and info so I'll be interested to see how it actually plays. Perhaps we'll get a Smash Direct soon and a Nintendo Direct

Alongside my Nintendo consoles... I have an Xbox One and a gaming laptop, so there's no reason for me to get a cloud based version. I'd rather have the actual version.

Seriously how insecure is Nintendo's servers for dataminers to be able to see hidden files... Obviously these files are not meant to be in the public view so how do they get in!? Next thing we're gonna see... Nintendo uploads E3 content before the presentation and dataminers see it!

Why is this even limited edition? This should be made widely available! There should have been 3 editions:
1) Standard game
2) Game + Controller + Adapter
3) Limited edition: Game + Controller + Adapter + Artbook + Soundtrack CD + Steelbook case

Perhaps the whole idea of this is so that you can have it downloaded to your switch console before you get to it. However, you can just simply download the demos from Nintendo's website! Most of the time at home I played it docked, but there are a lot of moments where I would play when I am not home such as on the train travelling to uni or on a car journey. Or even at home... sometimes I just wonna play in bed.

It's probably Amazon's way of saying "You'll definitely get the code by this date because Nintendo said it is launching in September and this is the last day of September"

So let me get this straight... Nintendo sends review copies of games to Nintendo life weeks in advance but they didn't send you a review copy of Labo? Also, Nintendo UK invited you to exclusive preview events, you even knew about Labo before it was revealed... yet they don't send you a review copy... How does that make any sense?

Well to be fair, SSB4 is so good that I don't mind Nintendo bringing out an updated version with tweaks here and there. And I do expect all previous DLC to be included on the cart. I also expect there to be some new battlefields too.

Good to see they are expanding, this will increase publicity of EGX. It seems silly that they are restricting it to over 18's only! It wouldn't affect me anyway because I am over 18 and I go to the UK show as I live in UK.

Brilliant! 700,000 seems like a lot considering that is almost a million and the switch hasn't sold more than 15 million. I actually think that is a good portion of the worldwide sales.

Tom I have always loved reading your talking points! Even if I didn't fully agree with what you wrote, every article was always an interesting read. Every time I opened up this site after coming home from school, I was so happy to see a talking point Why do I read Nintendolife over other sites? First of all, this site never forgets about reporting news for Europe because you're British-based, the articles are well structured, the reviews are great and the community is always thriving!

If it does support piracy then shame on them! I will never support the use of pirating games. It is simply stealing! I don't care if people say "Nah I will use it as a backup because I already own the game". The reality is, people will misuse it. Developers deserve the sales they need. Well done for Nintendo for continuing to update the 3ds firmware to make it more secure, and I hope they do the same for the Switch.

This was difficult for me to vote in, simply because I haven't played any switch eshop games yet and I have been catching up on older 3ds games. On switch it is mainly Zelda BoTW.

I got my switch in August and I am still playing zelda breath of the wild. Unfortunately my university work means I have less time to play games. I'll get super mario Oddysey when the time is right.

Also to note, the switch has sold 7.63 million units so far. Why wasn't this mentioned here? I saw it on Vooks.

Nintendo are working too slow with the eshop and all of Nintendo's online features really. Releasing a broken voice chat app and passing it off as beta is still no excuse

In this day and age, storage will always be a problem unless developers somehow manage to find new ways to compress files. It's kinda nobody's fault. Well you could say Nintendo should have used mini disks, but how much storage can a tiny disk store? Plus cartridges are more durable.
