If they want to make communication a priority then why is it so painfully slow to go throught all the steps to play online multiplayer- if you don't get an error?

Why is the southern hemisphere tagged as "South Hem." but then... the northern hemisphere is just... "Europe"? It's not like NA and JP got different items... I live in SouthAmerica and my copy of the game is NA, yet I see the flower crown also tagged as "Europe". Found this weird.

I don't think I'll ever bun a console a second time just because of looks no matter how nice... I got the Switch the day it launched, just like my 3DS, and never got a second copy of the same system after that. I don't know, it feels too expensive, and in this case, it's not like the enhanced version of the Switch has exclusive games or anything.

@neogyo Introduce them to some games they might relate to, who knows. They might like them! Try games with easy controls, people who never played sometimes have trouble with games which require certain skill with controls and that might frustrate them.

That's the European sites, the American site still says, at the bottom, in small font, "Animal Crossing: New Horizons does not support the ability to transfer your save file from one Nintendo Switch system to another." Maybe Europe is getting a different treatment?

@sanderev You're right, it's two different paragraphs. But still... That text I've seen only in the european websites, UK's and Spain's have that description. But the american page says, at the bottom, in tiny letters: "Animal Crossing: New Horizons does not support the ability to transfer your save file from one Nintendo Switch system to another."
So maybe Europe will get a different treatment.

@sanderev This is compatible still with what was said in the direct, it could refer to a one-time only move if your lost your switch... I would want to believe otherwise but... yeah

@nab1 I don' t get it: You pay a full price, 60 dollars, to hack your own game, your own save, not bothering anyone like in a multiplayer game- why would Nintendo even care what you do with your own save? The people who tamper with their saves know exactly what they are getting into, they know that they won't have the intended experience. So I don't think it's a good point. In my opinion they just want to sell more consoles. As a game developer myself, I see no other reasonable explanation. This will only encourage hackers further.
