These look like the Hori’s for the Wii U, only with translucent shells (and likely usb plugs instead of wiimote plugs.

With all the $7.50-$20 shooters than have been on offer lately, I'd really love a more immersive AAA experience. This games looks like it promises that, but as an adult, I have zero interest in the toys. I understand they are optional, but sounds like several were needed to finish the demo (in a Skylander/Infinity character death sort of way). More clarity desired....

That byline had me, but alas, this is not pod racing. SWE1R needs a proper successor on a Nintendo console. FAST Neo Racing/RMX were close but still not as fantastic as that N64 classic.

What nonsense! Was supposed to be a near-launch title and it’s been sitting in my order history for over a year. Should just by the Xbox version for $20...but I’m a stubborn fanboy I suppose.....

I put two significant cracks on my backplate trying to install that stupid Nyko metal kickstand, whcih was too heavy to be enjoyed regardless. Just purchased a new OEM backplate as result. But now see my top vent "ribs" are now cracked. Doh.

Love the concept, but fear the gameplay will be very meh. Need a review!

@Dualmask : IMHO, what doesn't feel right is how it sounds. Castlevania soundtracks are aggressively awesome. The sad violins feel like a page ripped from Castle of Heart, whose soundtrack represents a MISSED opportunity.

Hey all. I had to "RESTART" our Switch to get the update to load. Closing and rebooting the game was an endless cycle of futility, as was doing so after hitting "SLEEP".

So desperate for another Punch-Out!! game that I might bite depending upon the price...

I suppose it happened in music so it could happen here, but this would be devastating to retailers who sell consoles, controllers, etc. They have a hard enough time competing with Amazon, but now they'd have no games to sell?!? RIP Gamestop.

Not again!! Phooey, was hoping the improvements would make this iteration a far better game. Baseball Stars Professional on the Switch it is!

I might buy Air Mail . . . CGR loved the mobile game saying it compares favorably to Pilot Wings and called it "casual gaming heaven".

Definitely in on the Caveman Warriors demo.

This is not nearly as bad as the headline lead on (so kudos on an effective headline!) I built my collection on the second hand market but Nintendo didn't get a dime of that money. So if these second hand cards were used for piracy, I don't blame Nintendo for killing them regardless of present ownership.

As long as you buy second hand from a reputable seller who tests and offers returns, this should not be a problem.

@NL: The EULA is between EPIC and consumers. As between those two parties (only), EPIC has sole discretion.

I wish Sony would allow cross-play, but legally and ethically, it's their call. It's their system and they get to say what goes on it and how it is used (Nintendo does the same thing). Sony is hurting itself though, because cross-play is what users and developers want.

@Anti-Matter : Really thought we'd see those at E3 for Holiday 2018 season. Given it's price tag and nature, seems to me Labo is a good fit for Holiday sales . . . .

A new Smash, the Pokemon Games and Fortnite are HUGE in significant gaming circles.

The problem is that if you are a core Nintendo gamer, you got Super Mario Party, Mario Aces, Star Fox in a third party toys-to-life game and DK in Rabbids. So yeah, that's pretty disappointing.

@PlayedNSlayed : The "storm" is a way to confine the players into progressively smaller areas. There is a white circle on the map on the top right that indicates where you are proximate to the circle. Be inside the circle to avoid the storm.

Building stuff allows you to create shelters or as hunters call them, blinds. You might be pinned down behind it but you can emerge from behind it unexpectedly and shoot down your opposition.

I'm sure there are some quick youtube tutorials out there from skilled players....

I'm glad that Switch is getting a new Mario Party, but I could help but run the cost numbers on that double screen setup . . . .

My kids reported no differences (that they cared about) between Xbox 1 and Switch. They were thrilled to learn that by logging in with their Epic accounts (created for Xbox play), all of their purchases were available on the Switch. Great that Nintendo is now apart of the Fortnite phenomenon.
