"Racing sim" and then footage of cars exploding for a minute straight. Hmm.

I've had a pretty good time with it despite some roughness and glitches.

The first time I cleared a run was genuinely thrilling because I had made some bad choices and wasn't sure I was going to pull it off. Was really down to the wire.

There's a lot to like about the game, but also a bunch that really feels it should be expanded on, like all the dogs and their traits/abilities. Because when you do see them, it's really cool. Just not enough of it.

The devs have said they plan to add to and evolve the game, so I might return to it, but currently I got a few really fun hours out of it and was okay with my purchase.

I am a big GI Joe fan and really wanted this to be good, but never expected it would be. Can see myself maybe getting it on sale one day for dirt cheap out of morbid curiosity, though.

@TimboSlice me too. I'm going to be so happy/relieved when/if we eventually get a "Switch 2" and it's just more of the same but with added power. It's all I want. I love the hybrid concept so much.

The switch/hybrid console is great because it gives you OPTIONS. how he can't understand that is completely baffling. what a tool.

I feel like FAST RMX was a great game to play in between Zelda sessions and really showed off some sweet visuals, so I am picking that.

I don't play or otherwise care about Fortnite, but this looks cool.

NA for me. Jack Black with big hair was always a laugh.

Shocked that 1080 isn't on this list. It's top 10 for me. I actually think it may well be the best aged N64 game. Been playing it recently and it feels amazing.

Damn. I saw some screens of it the other day for the first time and thought it looked interesting. That + my fascination with the real events made me want to keep an eye on this. Oh well.

That might be the most annoying trailer I've ever listened to thanks to the awful warning/siren tone for the entirety of it. They serious with that? oooof.

Lovely game. The narration and soundtrack are so great.

@Burning_Spear I think so, yeah. I had the same issues with my N64 controllers. Three of them are so completely worn out they feel awful and one is still just okay. so I took a shot one of these things to use instead of fiddling with replacement parts. Still need to spend a little more time with it to be sure I love it, but it's solid for sure.

I have a wired version of this controller and it is quite nice. some games take a little adjusting to because the stick feels extra sensitive. I guess because it's using modern parts and not just trying to be an old N64 controller? Really feels good overall, though.

The original is a pretty fun game with some nice art from what I remember. all the others looked awful to me so I never bothered. This is cool news.

People often comment on these bits of news in a negative way, but to me it's great. They are adding talent that's going to help make the game better. I don't really care when it's coming out or what state it is in at this moment. I've made peace with the fact that it is a ways off. I just want it to be great when it is done and this helps with that goal, almost certainly.

I like the expression on her face of the North American version more than the Japanese one. If I could have that on the slick Japanese cover that would be sweet. The red is just altogether more stylish and minimalist though so it still gets my vote.

@OdnetninAges I guess it might count you as an "owner" or whatever and give you whatever those bonuses were that other paid players are going to get, but I'm not sure it was ever worth buying physical considering how many updates it gets.

Pretty much the best multiplayer game of this generation. If you haven't ever played it, you really should give it a shot now!

I recently played though Metroid Zero Mission on mine. 99% of my playtime was on the toilet.

There's something about it that looks really....cheap or something. I dunno. I'll reserve judgment for when/if I ever actually play it, but eh.

I thought it was great. A Short Hike being shadow dropped was reason alone to love it.

Both quite nice imo, but I'll go with NA/EU for familiarity sake and it feeling slightly less cluttered somehow.

The character art isn't exactly my kinda thing , but the game actually looks rather legit? I'm very intrigued.

Yeah, I use it purely to track some stats. it's kinda fun to look at daily play times and the end of the month recap is cool.

Japanese one is nice and kinda moody but there's just something I've always loved about the NA one. edit: and the ridiculous title also helps.

Hoping for another surprise Ubi loves Nintendo game, but I'm not sure we'll get it.

I enjoyed my time with the game but won't be returning to it for this. I do appreciate how weird and random it is, though.

North America. I've always loved the design of the big mech boss and it isn't tainted by the Titus logo.

Gonna be interesting to see. Adding gyro aiming is reason enough for me to download and check it out. Played a fair bit on PS4 and then kinda trailed off of it. If they ever add cross progression I'd be more inclined to play.

The NA version is burned into my brain as THE one, but the Japanese one is the best, I think. Europe is fun enough, but looks kinda goofy and gets worse the more you study it.

Hmm. I was wondering about this one. Almost impulse bought because shmup love, but I wanted to find out more. Sounds pretty good.

David Wise is a genius and the N64 really did have some great tunes. Even outside of the first party stuff, the Snowboard Kids soundtracks are absolute bangers.

North America for "High Tech Terror" and the nostalgic (and correct) Gamepro scores, cheesy as they are. Japanese one is kind of neat, but also super boring to me.

I'd buy an NHL game on my switch. That's about it as far as sports go.
