@Bizzyb Of course they do its their platform. If I had a store and say I sold your milk, you can suggest a price but in the end I can sell it for as much or little as I want. Granted stores arent going to take a loss so they wont sell it cheaper then what you ask unless they have a huge surplus which they dont cause its digital. Do you understand now? Its ok to call Nintendo out on their faults, its not going to make you any less of a fan.

@Bizzyb Exactly and Nintendo wont put the game on sale on its own retail platform. That's Nintendo greed.

Lol Nintendo can't put the Suikoden Collection on Sale on eShop but Amazon can. Nintendo greed at its finest.

The next one will probably be a mobile game or pachinko machine knowing them.

CoD: WWII ( Series X) Still my favorite CoD of all time. Will be doing some more of the Campaign today.

Madden 25 (Series X) Still doing my fourth year on the Denver Broncos. Currently we are 7 and 0.

Top Racer Collection (Series X) Picked this up on sale the other day one of my favorite racers on the SNES. Will be going through then first game this weekend.

Mortal Kombat 1 (Series X) Been in a Mortal Kombat mode lately so I figure I would play through the story of this one for the first time. I enjoyed 11's story so I am kinda of curious where this one goes.

I always preferred Mega Man 3 or 2. Not sure why maybe cause it was the first Mega Man games I played when I was a kid or maybe the addition of the slide and Rush. Regardless both games are great.

So what that's it for NES and SNES games? No more games unless you get a Switch 2? So why am I paying for your service then Nintendo?

Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse (Super NT) Haven't played this game since I was a kid. Picked it up last week at a retro convention so I will be playing through it this weekend.

Madden 25 (Series X) Continuing with my 4th year on the Broncos.

Fallout London (PC) Really enjoying this game alot. Looking forward to exploring some more this weekend.

Heroes of Might and Magic III (PC) Just about done with Restoration so hopefully will be moving on to the next expansion.

@Vyacheslav333 Not so sure about that as Dragon Quest XI comes up quite often on Xbox on sale and other platforms. Makes no sense why they would put it on sale on other platforms but Nintendo unless Nintendo is stopping them.

The two games I am looking for Dragon Quest XI and The Suikoden Collection arent on sale guess Nintendo doesnt like money.

So I am guessing we won't be getting anymore NES, SNES games for the Switch then.

@Kidfunkadelic83 I order alot from online Amazon both from Amazon and third party, Ebay, Wal-mart, Best Buy etc. and never had I heard of such an excuse. I have had other items gone missing and other places have either refunded my money or sent me another item, Play-Asia refused to do either saying it was the carrier's fault. That was the first and only time I ever used Play-Asia. Now I just warn people not to use them and expose them for the crooks they are but in the end its that person's money.

But yeah such scummy business practices I am honestly surprised that they are still in business.

I highly suggest staying away from Play-Asia as they are nothing but crooks. I ordered a controller from them 12 years ago and never recieved it. Went to get a refund from them and they refused to give it to me saying that the lost package is the mail carriers responsibility. Never in my life have I heard such a ridiculous lie.

I cant stress it enough stay away from those crooks. Unless you just feel like giving money to Play-Asia for nothing.

All my local library has are Wii, Wii U, some PS4 games and alot of PS3, DS, 3DS and Xbox 360 games. My guess is that they get them as donations from people who just want to get rid of their older games for reasons.

Not quite sure what I will play this weekend as I will be going to a gaming expo that my town will be hosting. They do have a free play arcade and consoles set up so who knows what I will play. I will also be looking to add to my retro collection.

Oh Nintendo.what happened to your quality standards that you had during the NES days?

The NA one is just to dark for me although I do like purple but to me it should be bright vibrant colors for the material at hand. The Japanese one reminds me of one of those paint by numbers books I use to get as a kid. So in the end the European one got my vote.

Joe and Mac was one of my go to rental games when I was a kid. Its still one of my favorite SNES games. Funny enough though I have never played any of the sequels.

Madden 25 (Series X) Finished up my 3rd year with a Super Bowl victory over the Cowboys. So that makes me back to back Super Bowl Champs. Will be starting my fourth year.

Diablo Immortal (PC) Still plugging away at this and still enjoying it. I just hit level 34 on my tempest.

Mega Man 4 Gameboy (Switch) I got the itch for some Mega Man and I never played 2, 3, or 4 on Gameboy before so I figure I give it a shot.

I hope it plays better then the first game. The first game just felt clunky and it felt like you were moving in molasses.

@Zufolobelisk OH yeah I agree. If you go back to early Nintendo Life you won't see alot of these nonsense articles, yeah there might be the odd goofy one once in awhile. Since they got bought out though you can see the quality of their articles go down and they are just interested in pumping out as many as possible regardless of quality.

Proof that Gamestop just hires the dumbest ***** out there. I am convinced that anyone who works for Gamestop has less then a 6th grade level of education.

I am on my second Switch. My first Switch which I bought on launch day from Best Buy was stolen after a house fire, and my second Switch is an OLED model.

To be honest I won't be moving on to the Switch 2 the main reason being the price. Also since getting my Series X I dont play my Switch a whole lot. I played it alot during the pandemic only because everyone was home during that time and the tvs where in constant use which I suspect was very common during that time. So alot of my game time was on the handheld mode of the Switch at the time. I also got alot of use with my Switch for the year I was in a hotel while my house was being repaired after the fire. Again it was mostly in handheld mode since we only had a single TV in the hotel room that was in use most of the time.

Overall then Switch is a neat little console but I wouldn't say it was the best. For me their are alot of flaws especially the Joycons. I am honestly shocked that Nintendo oked such a cheap feeling drift prone controller. I literally have NES and Super Nintendo controllers that are decades old and are still going strong while the Joy Cons feel like they will break if you look at them wrong, which is another reason my Switch doesnt get much play time. I am hoping that with the Switch 2 Nintendo brings back the Nintendo Quality we are so use to by the time I get around to buying one.

Maro Kart Wii holds a special place in my heart as that was my son's first Mario Kart Game and it also reintroduced me to the Mario Kart series. Having skipped Double Dash.

We put so many hours into that game my son and I and up untill then release of 8 it was my favorite MK game. They need to bring back a few of those characters too.

Diablo Immortal (PC) Still enjoy this story wise. I reached max level on my Tempest so I feel I am just about done with the story but not 100% sure.

Madden. 25 (Series X) Just about to start the post season in my third year.

XDefiant (Series X) One last run for me with this great game before the servers shut off for good.

I wish they would bring back the Wii gen NBA Jam just with an updated roster.

@Gamer83 6 is on the right track but still something just feels off when compared to 1 and 2. 4 I will be honest I only played a little bit and that was only for Yoda and Darth Vader lol. And again it was ok just I enjoyed 2 more.

It also doesnt help that my favorite character Talim was only in 2, 3, 4 and 6 and oddly in 3 and 4 she felt off to me, her combos just didn't flow as smooth for me in those games as they did in 2. Although 6 did feel the closest to 2.

And Soul Calibur 1 is the reason I still have a Dreamcast, sadly I wasn't smart enough to get it on Xbox before they pulled it. So the only chance of me playing 1 is firing up the DC.

@Gamer83 Yeah I have played the other Soul Calibur games but I always end up going back to 1 and 2. They are just perfect and special guest characters aside each character feels balanced and not too over powered. Its one of the few fighting games that I have multiple copies of on several consoles.

@Gamer83 I loved the HD remake of it on the Xbox. Since I have no way of playing my GameCube version anymore The Xbox HD one is the that I play now when I get an itch for some Soul Calibur II. The only thing is no Link because well, Nintendo. That doesnt bother me though because I really didn't use him that much to begin with.

This was the reason I bought the GameCube years ago.

This was a hard one for me but the NA one won for me on Pure nostalgia in the end. I remember seeing this one in the case at my local Kmart when I was a kid and wanting it. Got it a few months later for my birthday.

Diablo Immortal (PC) As I get further and further into this game I am really enjoying it as well as the tempest class. As long as you ignore all mobile crap like different currencies its really not that bad of a game.

Madden 25 (Xbox Series X) Midway through my 3rd season with my running back on the Broncos. Were are not doing so great this year currently 6 and 5. I think some of our key players from last year are no longer with the team for various reason which is why we are struggling.

Doom: The Dark Ages (Series X) Picking this one up where I left off last weekend.

XDefiant (Series X) With this great game shutting down forever in 10 days I am going to take one more trip down memory lane to what could have been a great game. R.I.P. XDefiant if anyone else but Ubisoft made you, you'd probably would have had a chance.

Makes sense. Just like Tour marked a new beginning for mobile, calling it World marks a new beginning for console.

I thought I read somewhere where he had it in contract that they couldn't use his likeness and voice by A.I. once he passed.

Doom: The Dark Ages (Series X) Going to be starting this this weekend. One of my most anticipated games this year.

Madden 25 (Series X) After successfully defeat the Lions in Super Bowl 60 I am looking to start my third year on the Denver Broncos and go for the Super Bowl repeat.

Diablo Immortal (PC) Yes I do have a phone but I will be playing it on PC. I am still in a Diablo mood and am a bit curious about Immortal. Just looking to do a playthrough of the story and nothing more.
