Will be continuing with what I have been playing lately.

Dragon Quest XI S (Switch) Just got Veronica and Serena and now preparing to leave for the next area.

Marvel Cosmic Invasion (Series X) My son and I are really enjoying this game alot.

Terminator 2D (Series X) Just finished the first play through such an awesome game. Now I am going to replay it and select the other choices I had.

For me its Final Fight on the SNES. Yeah there are better versions of it on other consoles but the SNES version was the first one I played. I got it for Christmas along with my SNES ane Super Mario World back in 91 I want to say. I remember the first time I popped that cartridge in and was blown away by those graphics. From that day forward every Christmas I play it, that same cartridge too. Today I will be playing it on my Analogue Super NT.

Will be picking up Echos of Wisdom when I get off of work this evening.

Shocking to hear this news. One of the most creative minds the video game world had. Thoughts go out to his family and friends.

I kinda wonder what will happen to the Battlefield series now.

The problem is companies are going to use it despite what people say/do. So in the end result I am just punishing myself from playing a great game. Yeah it sucks for the human artists they let go but its they way the business is going.

@canaryfarmer It was an exclusive for Xbox for a year or so. At the time I didnt own an Xbox so I never played it.

Might actually get the third one as that is the only one I didnt play due to the controversy at launch. I did enjoy the other two though.

Have to get to NA this week. There is just something about the iconic Black Box games.

Dragon Quest XI S (Switch) Just met Veronica and getting ready to set out and find her sister.

Marvel Cosmic Invasion (Series X) Will be clearing a few levels with my son. I am really enjoying this game.

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (PC) Been in the mood to replay this awesome game.

I am enjoying this game alot. The only complaint I have is I want more characters especially the well known ones. I was surprised not to find Thor or Hulk in the game or even Deadpool. Maybe its some kind of rights issue but I was hoping for a large cast like Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Hopefully we get more characters via DLC like they did with Shredder's Revenge but otherwise its a fantastic game.

@babybilly They had an article on this site about a year or two ago saying that he said he was done with Stardew and was going to work on his next game.

@babybilly Because he did say at one point that he was done with Stardew.

Lol I thought he was done with Stardew Valley.

I feel like we have had this one before. Anyway I gotta go with the NA as due to the fact that they finally got a great Mega Man cover.

@Zuljaras Oh yeah without a doubt. SotN will always have a special place in my heart, but the DS Castlevanias are my favorite, well Dawn of Souls and Portrait of Ruin anyway I have never played the other one.

I really liked the two hero mechanic in PoR it really added another level to the puzzles and such.

@Zuljaras Portrait is my favorite of the DS Castlevanias. I just love the characters and the fact that its a sequel to my favorite 16 bit Castlevania.

Terminator 2D (Series X) Finally the Terminator game I have been waiting for.

Mutant Football League 2 (Series X) Loved the first game. Can't wait to start this one.

@StewdaMegaManNerd Exactly. Would have preferred them keeping up with tradition and just calling it Mega Man 12.

So basically this is the Terminator game we should have got all those years ago.

So is this a spinoff series or part of the original series?

This game is pure nostalgia for me as it was the second NES game I ever played. Yeah I had no idea what I was doing in it at the time but I found it so much fun at the time maybe cause it was so different then Super Mario Bros and was bases off of something I was familiar with. Will definitely be picking this up at some point.

Well deserved Harada well deserved. Tekken has been and always will be my favorite fighting game. Yeah I started on Street Fighter II and MK but Tekken is where I shined when it came to fighting games, especially Tekken 3. Yeah there were some questionable games in the series but over all as a whole it was fantastic. Looking forward to playing Tekken 8 once they released a complete version.

Enjoy retirement you definitely earned it.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Will be starting Krieg's DLC now that I am finished with Guns, Love and Tentacles (or whatever its called) DLC.

Dragon Quest XI S (Switch) Just got back to the ruins of Cobblestone and discovered my past. Also manged to craft my first pieces of equipment.

@DragonsBen I am about six hours in but I am taking my time exploring everywhere and just enjoying the game.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Finished Guns Love and Tentacles DLC so I will be starting the next DLC this weekend.

Dragon Quest XI S (Switch) Loving this amazing game. Just fled the dungeon with a new allie and now I am making my way back to Cobblestone.

@Mana_Knight There might have been but I know 1 and 2 for sure since I played those with my son all the time during the Gamecube era.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Going to be starting Krieg's DLC here next. This is the one I am most excited about since Kreig is one of my favorite Borderland's characters.

Dragon Quest XI S (Switch) Still early on in this game. This is going to be one of those games that I want to take my time and enjoy.

I am good, I have this game on so many other consoles I dont need it for the Switch. It is a great game and if anyone who hasnt played it before has a Switch then I highly recommend it.

I started watching the first season a few months ago and was barely able to finish it. It was ok just not that great and felt kind of generic.

If I dont get one Excuuuuuuse me Princess I am walking out of the theater.

Dragon Quest XI S (Switch) Finally got this game so I will be starting it this weekend.

I was wondering when the IGN collaborations would start. It was good while it lasted. So long Nintendolife.

Because nothing else can box shaped. Give me a break.

I remember opening my mailbox one day when I came home from school and finding a package from Nintendo in it. I had no idea what it was and eagerly opened it to discover a copy of Dragon Warrior. At first I was puzzled did I win a contest or something? Still I rushed into my house and put it into my NES and was introduced to the world of Dragon Warrior. Sadly I had no idea what I was doing in the game as I was more use to games like Super Mario Bros, Mega Man and Contra. I was so confused that I put it aside and didnt touch it for a few years. It was till after playing and finishing Final Fantasy on the NES that I went back to Dragon Warrior and by that time I had a concept of RPGs.

Still have that copy to this day.

Unless the smiths of Hyrule have finally learned how to make weapons that dont break after two hits I will keep on passing on Zelda games.

One thing I would like to see especially for us old timers here is maybe an article or a series of articles Where are they Now. Where you interview former staff like James or Thomas on what their time was like working for NL and what they are doing now. I think it would be quite interesting as a historical look back on NL.

What a shame. I had my eye on this game but I think I will wait for a sale. Why do they insist on releasing these mediocre Double Dragon games but refuse to do a sequel to Double Dragon Neon. That game is still the best modern take on a Double Dragon game to come out.

I havent played them yet. Not quite sure if I should start with 3 HD-2D first or 1. Also not quite sure how it will run on a OLED Switch since that's all I have.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Finished Handsome Jackpot DLC so now I am starting Guns, Love, and Tentacles DLC. Currently Level 69 with Amara.

Dispatched (PC) Will be starting this game this weekend. I enjoy games like this and I have been looking forward to this game since I heard about it.

Luckily I dont play online.

@Waxifari With me, mine just fell apart from my brother and I reading them over and over through out the years.

I still miss my entire collection of Nintendo Powers I had going from the Mega Man II issue till the mid 90s. A few times I have almost bought a stack on Ebay.

Why is this a surprise? Microsoft is a software company first and foremost.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Continuing with the Handsome Jackpot DLC, I feel like I am at the end of this one. I am really enjoying it alot.

Heroes of Might and Magic The Olden Era (PC) Really enjoying this demo alot. Definitely is a good addition to the HoMM series.

Fallout London (PC) In a bit of a Fallout mood due to Fallout Day being a few days ago so I will be playing some Fallout London.
