@NeonPizza I didn't dig Captain N's version of Mega Man I thought they made him so creepy and Simon ugh. But Pit I liked. I know alot of people liked Captain N's version of Link but for me it was the Super Mario Super Show Link that will be so iconic to me. With the Excuuuse me Princess and all that. I couldn't wait for Fridays when it came to the Mario Super Show. I remember being in a Best Buy and saw The Legend of Zelda DVD set and I had to have it. Still got to this day and every time I watch it I am a kid again.

Whenever I think of Pit for some reason the Captain N version always pops into my head. I am sure @Neonpizza knows what I am talking about.

Black Ops 6 (Series X) Well since it's on Gamepass I figure I try the MP. I am not expecting much since the last few years of CoD have been a garbage. I have also prefered the Black Ops series over the MW series so there's that but I am still not hoping for much.

World of Warcraft (PC) The 20th anniversary is upon us and there is a bunch of stuff to do at the festival. I am working on getting the Judgement armor set so there's that. I also started a new character through the Shadowlands campaign which isn't bad but it just makes me want to play Diablo.

Titanic the Board Game (Tabletop) I recently received this as a birthday gift and will be looking to crack this open with the family tonight.

Good taste in games. Secret of Mana is one of the best Adventure games of all time. Loved McAvoy in Split.

NA for me. I remember playing this game every weekend at my friend's house.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Continuing this with my son. We just got to Eden 6

Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (Switch) Continuing my spooky playthrough for the month of October. I think I might be near the end of this but not quite sure.

An immediately round of the battle victory theme is in order for him. In fact they need to play that during his retirement party.

Love my Wavebirds. It's honestly one of my favorite controllers of all time. I have about 10 or so mainly bought them from Gamestop on clearance when they were getting rid of their GameCube stuff to make room for the Wii.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Been playing this the past few weeks with my son. I am starting to really get into it. Currently I am playing a Siren and my son is playing Fl4k. We just got the final piece of the vault key.

Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (Switch) Continuing my playthrough of this game for the spooky season.

Final Fantasy VI Pixal Remaster (Switch) Will be doing a playtrough of quite possibly the best RPG of all time in honor of its anniversary.

Happy Anniversary to the last and greatest Final Fantasy game. After VI the series just went downhill and is now just soulless games.

Going to be playing it for sure this weekend.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Continuing with my playthrough with my son. Just hit level 20 on my Siren and he's playing Fl4k. Not a huge step up from 2 as I would have liked but it's still enjoyable.

Diablo IV (PC) Now that I finished WoW I was thinking of starting up Diablo IV especially given the time of year it it. Just quite not sure what class I want to play.

Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin (Switch) It's that time of year again, the leaves have began to change color, the nights are longer and that means only one thing Castlevania. This year I will be going a playthrough of Portrait of Ruin and hopefully beating it. My favorite of the DS Castlevania's.

The figures are tempting but I already got the first LRG edition the one that came with the VHS style box and all so I will pass on this.

@OorWullie That's great to hear. I read an article the other day where the creator went over the pros and cons of starting over or continuing with an older farm when the new update drops.

He said that a con is of course having to do that slog but he also said that there's new stuff that is unlockable in the beginning of the game. Then of course he mentioned with and existing farm you may not have to wait as long to unlock things or have things unlocked already. In other words he said both are viable.

I might just start a new farm to familiarize myself with the game again but I am pretty sure I will be going back to my old farm. Thanks for the update! 😃

Here's what I am playing this weekend.

World of Warcraft: The War Within (PC) Working my way through the campaign. I am really enjoying the story and can't wait to see what's next. I really am enjoying the Hallowfell zone and is quickly turning into one of my favorite zones ever.

NBA Jam (Super NT) Not sure why but I have been wanting to play this game again so my so and I will do a playthrough as my beloved 90s Bulls.

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge (Switch) Also with my son I will be checking out the new characters. Been a minute since I played this game.

@Zuljaras I loved Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon it's my favorite Far Cry game. I will admit the whole 80s feel did win me over but they really did a great job with it.

@Member_the_game I still talk to my friend but he's way more into PC gaming now where as I went with Nintendo and Xbox nothing against PS just I am not big on their exclusives.

As for the Genesis Mega Drive name being an American, it was always Genesis for me I didn't know that it had a different name till the start of the internet.

Mega Drive to me sounds like some kind of computer part like a suped up disk drive or something lol. Funny that you mentioned the Genesis band when I first heard there name was Genesis I though they names themselves after the console lol. Ah to be a young kid again lol

@Member_the_game LOL I was that way too. I had a SNES and my friend had a Genesis. Every weekend we traded off whose house we were at playing the best of both worlds. Stuff like Super Mario World, Streets of Rage, Link to the Past and Sonic 2. Even when the PS came out it was like that I had a N64 he had a Playstation so we go back and forth playing stuff like GoldenEye, Metal Gear Solid, Mario Kart 64 and Resident Evil. Those were some of my favorite gaming times.

I can believe that to a point. However that seems like a defeated attitude. Back during the 80s/90s they were all about consoles wars when it was just Sega and them. However once Sony entered the picture and blew the N64 away it just seemed that Nintendo just didn't care about being the best seller anymore, and just did what they do.

Not necessary a bad thing especially if they are happy with what they are doing and they certain have enough fans that like them doing their own thing.

Well that's kinda annoying yesterday they said it was free and now they are charging 3.99 for it. Guess we know what that delay was for.

@LadyCharlie @Elbow Well it's not surprising since the only appearance she made was the horrible Next Mutation tv series which is considered by many to be the worst TMNT tv series. Also its a known fact that TMNT co-creator Peter Laird hated Venus, saying that a fifth Turtle was "creatively bankrupt". It has even been said that Laird does not acknowledge her at all and even had her wiped from all TMNT mentions. His hatred of her goes so far that co-workers cant even bring her up in front of him without him getting upset and that he hates it with a passion.

So with that said its understandable why they won't include her.

Someone's going to get fired for leaking this. Awesome to see more content coming out for this.

@OorWullie I have the same thought. I haven't played since the COVID lock down and now I am wondering if I should continue where I was, even though I am not sure what the hell I was doing or just start all over.

World.of Warcraft (PC) It's that time of the year again on Azeroth, Brewfest. I love the holiday events in WoW and Brewfest is my favorite. So I will be drinking takards of ale with my fellow members of the Horde while doing the events.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) I am really enjoying this game the more I play. I am mopping up some side quests before I continue on with the story.

What's next Nintendo, you going to sue Digimon?

Loved Battletoads and Double Dragon as a kid. Will be fun playing it again.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Just got Sancturary III and left Pandora. I am enjoying this game even though it's not a huge step up from 2.

World of Warcraft (PC) Just hit level 75 and finished the Isle of Dorn. Heading into the next area on the trail of Xal'atath.

If I still played Overwatch I'd be all over this.

Will be getting it for the Series X as I already bought it digitally on the Switch so I don't have to wait 2 years to play it.

Will it cost $700? 🤣🤣🤣

Black Ops 6 Beta (Series X) Checking out the new maps for weekend 2 of the beta (Where's my Nuketown??) So far it's better then the last CoD games but I think it's because of the new movement system. Still sweaty due to the SBMM but that's modern CoDs for you.

Castlevanis: Portrait of Ruin (Switch) Still one of my favorite Castlevania games. For me this one is even better the DoS.

Borderlands 3 (Series X) Continuing this game with my son. We just got the vault key sitting at a level 12 Siren.

World of Warcraft (PC) Will be Continuing the grind to 80. I am actually taking my time with War With In. So far I am enjoying not sure if it will go down as one of my favorite expansions but so far it's enjoyable.

For me Sunsoft will always be linked to games like Batman and Gremlins 2 on the NES. And I know due to licensing issues these won't be released again which is sad.

I got.the first release a few years ago at Best Buy, still watch it to this day.

Hopeful this means a remaster of 3 is on the way.

The movie isn't as bad as people are going on. The biggest problem was Kevin Heart was totally miscast as Roland and Capshaw as Lillith wasn't to bad just that she is too old for that part. Overall it captured the mood of the game and if you don't like the games humor and such you aren't going to like the movie.

@Melee_Ace There is no comparison. All the games you mention have been on a Nintendo system. SotN was never meant to be on a Nintendo system.

People need to chill about Symphony of the Night coming to a Nintendo system. It never was originally on Nintendo console being a Sony and Sega exclusive. There are so many other great Castlevania games that it really doesn't matter if the Switch ever gets SotN.

I am not to big on Limited Run mainly cause you have to wait a while to get your game, but that Portrait of Ruin cover is to tempting. Think I will double dip and get the digital on Switch and a physical on Xbox.

Hell yeah. Since my 3DS was stolen a few years ago I have been wanting to replay these games and finish Portrait of Ruin. Now I can finally do that.

@anoyonmus That's not going to happen either EA likes to pretend that other Sim games don't exist only Sims 4.

World of Warcraft (PC) Getting my characters ready for the The War Within which drops this Tuesday. Haven't been this excited for WoW in a long time.

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 (PC) After the announcement earlier this week of a new HoMM coming it made me want to revisit this game again. Thanks to @Zuljaras for reminding me of the Horn of the Abyss expansion.
