It is a social app like Twitter or Facebook with a little minigame added into it to make money.

I already got 2 free games out of it and that is why iw ill continue to get my 35 plat coins a day for 10 mins of my time.

If you don't get why anyone would watch eSports just think if you watch anything at all that you did not do yourself. If the answer is yes you shoudl understand.
It is entertainment. If you don't enjoy it that does not mean someone else might not enjoy it.
Sad to see gamers thinking that this is silly. We are supposed to be the ones that push our hobby forward.

It is a shame that this game does not work with every first party amiibo. It would have been so cool if there would have been levels for Splatoon or Star Fox or Kirby.

Most people will give it a trial run today and the next few days. Will be interesting to see how it will hold up.
It is no game even tho it got a super boring minigame.

This was not hard at all. Mario Kart wins it for me.

@Action51 Sticker Star removed pretty much everything that made Paper Mario great.

A battle system that made fights worthwhile (in SS it was better to avoid all fights).
Creative characters that were replaced by the same looking Toads.

What a disappointment... Sticker Star 2... sigh.

Well overall the information we got concerning the VC games was much more interesting. Pokémon Bank is a nice addition. And from other news we know that in Yellow you can go and use the surf minigame without having a pikachu that can use surf.

I would have loved to see some artwork for the new starters tho.

The problem is that Nintendo needs the big ones.
If they can't get the big ones on board the little ones do not matter at all.

@Sockymon They don't have any online fuctionality. Just local WiFi for trading and fighting. No connectivity to older Pokémon games.

This is a little too expensive for my taste but i will get the Yellow version anyway.
And yes i do understand that i am part of the problem because of it.
At least the Yellow version got colors ^^

If getting offended is the worst that can happen then by all means do not change anything.
Some jokes, play on words and other similer stuff will have to get changed because otherwise they will not work in a different language or even country because some references will just not be known.
But content should be off limits unless you add content.

Well i had to use adblock to remove certain non ad elements from the website to make it useable again.
When i opened the website 99% (everything but the link to the forums) of what i saw was useless to me and i had to scroll down to get to the stuff i find interesting.
Now that i managed to fixed that the new design is much more bareable.

Sry i dislike the design. Will make me check out the site way less.

I still don't like games being changed for whatever reason while in localisation (with the exception of stuff that is prohibited by law).
If the devs made the game one way it should be the same game in every region. No matter if possible changes are positive or negative.

Oh i played that game years ago on my smartphone. It was a really good game.

Honestly i think they should have stuck to max evolved fighting Pokémons only. That would ave been 27 (+4 four legged) fighters.
10 pure fighting, 3 f/psychic, 1 (+1) f/steel, 2 f/dark, 1 f/flying, 1 (+1) f/water, 1 f/bug, 3 f/fire, 2 (+1) f/grass, 2 f/normal, 1 f/poison, 0 (+1) f/rock

This is just way too all over the place for me.

I hope they can manage to stay 100% PC ... otherwise they will get harrassed by people that are fighting harrassment ^^

Oh cmon Nintendo Life. The only ranking that was limited by the realizable charcters caviat was the Top 1 around the world.
Top 1 in Europe and Top 5 US were not limited by that fact.

The funny thing is you can do this in so many west RPGs.
Age Ratings got nothing to do with this.

This should have been a a free 3DS update that gave the play coins some much needed use. Instead they made it a freemium game. What a shame.

That bunny character has to be one of the most unique characters they have created in a while. Its pretty awesome.

And i have to agree on this game being a pure gabling game. It should have an age rating of 18+.

Yeah Hanafude is pretty easy. Just the scoring is a little bit harder.
