My launch day Switch is still as good as new, but compared to most people on here I expect I have very light usage. At this point unless it's a Switch exclusive I'm buying all my indies on PS5/PC and I don't see that changing unless a Pro version really does come along, sadly.

I'm glad it's not Danganronpa, I've played those loads already and would enjoy something different. One of the better announcements IMO.

It's a definite improvement for sure, but TBH it still doesn't really seem worth it.

We really need a new game in this series. It would be so, so good.

Project Zero was easily my favourite. Really hope we see a new game sooner rather than later.

@Sakaixx I played it for the first time about a week ago and it was full of players, took seconds to get a game in the hour or so I was playing for. So it's not dead by any means.

To be honest I think the time has passed for something like this. Modernize it properly or just leave it as it is, as part of an N64 NS Online perk or something. I'd love to see a proper remake though.

It looks pretty horrible but glad to see people trying out the format I guess. Just hope the Switch Pro rumours turn out to be true, I'd love to upgrade to a higher spec version.

It looks great, but after MH:W I'm hoping they also come out with a new game on PS5/XSX/PC as well.

Mach Breakers looks amazing, would love to give that a go!

@NGNYS Wow. You really need to relax. There are plenty of games with cutting edge tech that also have fantastic gameplay and deep narratives. Does every game have to be like that? No, of course not. And they aren't.

Absolutely love this aesthetic. I'd happily play a full game like this.

@link3710 It ties in with a teaser that Edge put out strongly suggesting that the game is the subject of their next issue. You never know for sure, but I really wouldn't rule it out.

Astro Bot is indeed wonderful. Best non-Nintendo platformer I've played in a long, long time!

This looks lovely, but I've bought a PS5 so can't justify this on top just yet. Maybe for Xmas!

I'd be fascinated to find out how this has sold. It looks so cool but I just can't justify it at that price.

@Willsy Yeah, it would have been a bit anticlimactic for sure. Just seems a shame since the Wii U had ME3 after all. Oh well, will pick it up for PS5 when it drops next year so I’m still excited!

The performance doesn't bother me nearly as much as the gameplay, unfortunately.

Part Time UFO looks lovely! And very happy with the No More Heroes trilogy coming to Switch. Good stuff!

That is seriously impressive. For a game of that scale on Switch it looks incredible. Bravo Frontier. Just wish it was Planet Zoo instead!

Bold opinions for sure, but personally I play my Switch docked 80% of the time, at least. Handheld is a wonderful option to have, though.

Still haven't picked this up and don't really plan to. There are more fantastic games out there than I could ever hope to play. Easily got 10+ games on each platform I own that I've bought and haven't got to yet. Something like this needs to be one of my all-time favourites or a very special release to get my attention, and it's none of those things. It's a bit of a lazy port and I'm not that bothered what happens when it's "gone". Fully expect them to be released individually and then I might pick up Galaxy again, we'll see. But not going to lose any sleep over it.

@SoapMonkey Honestly, you're better off queing for ranked. You won't get matched with pros nearly as much, and people don't ragequit as often because they get banned if they keep doing it. It's still not perfect but it's so much better. I was exactly the same as you, then ended up playing ranked by mistake (didn't notice I wasn't on casual anymore) and didn't look back. It's amazing how much you improve when you can actually complete games and don't start 5 goals down with AI teammates.

@MrBlacky Agree with the others, this one is way better. Requires skill but looks effortless and super stylish. The one in the article is just kind of exploiting the mechanics. I get that, but for me it takes away a lot of what makes the game appealing so just isn't as impressive.

Those posters would be so, so much better without the 3D All Stars branding. They're not going up in a shop, there's no need for it. Just have the artwork and the main game logo!

Way, way, way too expensive. But I'd love to get one and will be tempted if they ever go on sale.

Limited digital releases really need to not become a thing. That said, I really don't care about this one and won't be downloading it.

Good grief, people need to get a grip. Rocket League is an awesome game, that is now free to play - even without an online membership. I cancelled my NSO sub as soon as I heard the news, as this was the only game I played online on Switch. I have no interest in Fortnite but the existence of a cross promotion doesn't make Rocket League any less good...there's literally thousands of other cosmetics to choose from...

Bitmap Books are usually great, easy buy for me!

That's a shame and a surprise if so - I mean surely the Switch could run the originals at least, even if there's not much "remastering"? Either way I'd be buying on PS4/5, but still a shame.

I'm not a Bethesda fan at all (hated Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Dishonoured and haven't been back since) but this is a staggeringly massive move. Well played, MS. That is some serious clout and there's going to be a lot of people switching platform or picking up a second console as a result of this. This generation has just got very interesting. Wow.

I was really excited by this announcement at first but the high price and limited availability have turned me off a bit. To the point where now I'm just not that bothered. Plenty other games to get.
