I purchased the title the day it was released I had been waiting for it to come to the Nintendo Switch and so far I am having a great time with it such a great title I'm glad it is doing great , it is a fantastic title and it plays fantastic on the Switch.

It is impressive seeing titles such as this and Doom on Switch. Smash Bros. Ultimate seems like its gonna be massive I can't wait to finally see what the upcoming Metroid will bring in terms of graphics and gameplay as well as Bayonetta 3 which is most likely gonna be astronomical. The Nintendo Switch is not a XBox1X or a PS4 pro but it obviously don't need to be either, it is a potent little machine in and of its own and it can push some fantastic software.

Is there online leaderboards on either ? On titles like these I like to have leaderboards to chase for me it's about the replayability, they both look like fun pick up and play titles.

I like what Nintendo did and Smash looks to be AMAZING. I hope they bring back the story mode to Smash I really missed it in the Smash Wii U and 3DS titles. We only get one of these titles per new Nintendo system so in that regard I'm glad Nintendo focused so much on it and this new Smash Bros. looks massive just the number of characters we know of alone is staggering so consider me hyped. The upcoming Fire Emblem title looks astonishing as well . I'm glad Nintendo didn't show games that are 4 or 5 years away to me that is pointless to many factors can change in that span it is hard for me to get hyped for something that far off and Nintendo being Nintendo will no doubt be dropping a direct soon especially with the online service starting soon and the Pokemon titles getting released not long after.

@JamesR, I completely agree with your statement I don't see Unravel 2 being to much for the Switch to handle in any way also I feel this is a HUGE missed opportunity on their part, Unravel would fit the Nintendo Switch's ecosystem perfectly I have no doubt the game would have sold double if not triple on Nintendo Switch compared to the other platforms it's getting released on.

I love that Switch is getting these golden gems and adding online leaderboards, great stuff .

I'm glad it was not serious if it took months for them to discover the email. I think they need a new email checker.

It seems the 3DS is dead to Nintendo they have only been pushing the 2DS for a year now, to my knowledge there has been no new variations of the 3DS only the Metroid one, the 2DS gets all the television time as well now. I am hoping Nintendo atleast gives us a Luigi Mansion variant of the 3DS system before they completely stop pushing the 3D model .

I thought I would be the only one on here saying this but as I read some of the above comments its clear I'm not the only one that thinks this game is kinda lame . I mean it is definitely way over hyped and thats putting it mildly I deleted it from my Switch today and felt like I wasted three hours of my gaming time that could have been spent playing one of the many great games available on Switch, this game feels like it belongs on a phone not a console to me. I tried to like it, I did but I really really don't, maybe I was expecting greatness because of the over hype . It is kind of a free game there is that which I am very glad for because if I would have paid for this I would have been very deeply disappointed.

On Nintendo's site they describe it " A new game in the Smash series " I am hoping they added a story mode once again that would be icing on the cake for me . Now how about a new Kid Icarus Nintendo like the 3DS title with HD graphics that would be truly EPIC.

Love the first game of this series played it for countless hours on my PSVita , the graphics in this new title are simply beautiful my only complaint is the camera it definitely needs to be addressed it takes fun away from an otherwise outstanding title the 3rd person view is cool but not helpful it would be great if the camera had a proper zoom function and a proper rotate feature were you could atleast rotate the view all the way around your character 360 . It still has the charm of the original and there is a ton of fun to be had. It would be great if they would add online leaderboards as well like the original.

I get all the complaints about the 15GB download I have yet to get Bayonetta 2 on Switch because you have to download one game .I've read Nintendo is expanding Switch's gamecard memory to 64GB of space but I believe that companies will continue this jerk move of making gamers download to their systems because it is such a money saver for them and yes you can get a huge SD card for your Switch but when you pay over 75.00 for a game it shouldn't require you to download 15GB of space to your system, does anyone know the file size of the game yet ? All that aside the game does look fun and the inclusion of StarFox is awesome.

I was really hoping it would be launching a little bit sooner the wait for this Smash is gonna be hard .

Awesome news its great that Switch is getting this support , we are going from coming to PS4 and XBOX1 to coming to PS4 and SWITCH. which is fantastic for Nintendo fans .

@NinjaWaddleDee, I can agree with you on that Nintendo does leave alot to be desired when it comes to the online play within their games it could be better for sure.

They had me till that Switch version coming at later date thing so its a no go for me .

I am in SHOCK!, JUST BAFFLED I DONT KNOW WHAT TO THINK OR DO . How can this be? Is it true ? All joking aside I remember being worried Splatoon 2 might not live up to the standard set by the first title well those worries have been put to rest at this point I mean what a fabulous and exciting and completely fantastic title Splatoon 2 has turned out to be definitely in the top five BEST TITLES available for the Nintendo Switch.

The game looks fantastic that song playing with the trailer is just the worst, its awful I hope that is not the music to the title or at least there will be an option to mute it .

It was a good game for the Wii days., but I think it needs a little more added to it to justify the reissue and the price it definitely seems dated slightly maybe a new sequel is in the works.

This is what Sonic needs to be , Sonic Mania is the best current Sonic game .

Looks fun to me just hope that it has alot of content and some solid online.

I can't wait to jump in, great to hear so many like it I love this graphic style and I absolutely love titles such as this on my 3DS the stereoscopic 3D is such a perfect fit for the graphic style. I can't wait to see more of Bloodstained Ritual of the Night . It would be so amazing if they would release Castlevania Rebirth from Wiiware on Switch or 3DS.

I still like to play Pokemon Go occasionally and I've never played Yellow so for me it is a day one hopefully I can finally use all those Pokemon that I've caught in Go to play in a much better battle system I'm looking forward to hear more about the Let's Go titles like the online and battle system I think they have a real opportunity to be fantastic as well to learn more on what all new they have added to the titles, I love the graphic style they are using Lets Go looks amazing and these titles come out after the Nintendo Switch online service starts . Definitely psyched to play come November.

@SmaggTheSmug, I so agree that a update for the Switch e-shop cannot come fast enough there are like literally 700 games on the Switch's e-shop now, even if it was comparable to the layout on the 3DS's e-shop it would be great. In it's current form the Switch's e-shop is a pain to navigate.
Also have to say this title looks awesome I will definitely be checking it out I love me some good rhythm button mashing and this looks fantastic.

It's been a long wait but it definitely looks promising, I like the animations and gameplay looks solid and ofcourse I want that amiibo awesome.

I was really hoping this would have turned out better with that 400.00 price being the worse thing thats way too expensive, but the design I love I really hope the OJO2 Is better . I would totally love to purchase one if it was safe and atleast 150.00 cheaper.

@Daftbomb, Agreed I was thinking the same thing after reading this article, it would be awesome if the reviewer here on Nintendolife would do a do over on the review for this title since the developers addressed the issues that had been brought up in the review . I am another one of the ones that the review on this site kept me from purchasing this title on my Switch which I hated because I was really hoping this title turned out good, it looks fantastic and I am going to purchase it now but it would be very noble of Nintendolife to give us an updated review.

I really liked the first two but I just can't spend 45 dollars on a download only title if a retail boxed version shows up then I would most certainly pick it up especially since they changed the one thing that was my biggest complaint the use of the stylus I didn't like how you are forced to use it in the other titles.

Wow the Switch is huge in Japan, it is a remarkable little machine. Can you imagine how the Nintendo Switch is gonna do in sells once Smash Bros. and the new Pokemon title get released.

I am psyched for a N64 Classic mini of all of Nintendo's console designs I think the N64 is the best the controller not so much but it was good in its time the console itself I love and still think its Nintendo's coolest design it's sleek and sexy for it's time . The only things I'm wondering about is will we get a rumble pack and a 8 megabyte memory card for the controller LoL..

I loved Splatoon on Wii U great game and I have yet to get Splatoon 2 for Switch, easily Nintendo's best newer franchise, the art style the character design the level layouts the gameplay all are such genius and so amazing and fantastic. I've been getting psyched about getting Splatoon 2 and the new incoming DLC which looks set to take the Splatoon universe to the next level of greatness I've just been clearing out some of my backlog first, so here in a couple weeks I'm set to finally sit down and focus on only Splatoon 2 and I can't wait trust me it has been a hard decision to wait and play through some of my backlog first .

Really really looking forward to getting this love the Bit.Trip. series , I would love to see sequels to some of the other games in the series and as much as I love the new art style which I do, it looks fantastic it would be amazing to see them revisit the bit style of graphics as well .

It is a fun game and it will be a nice inclusion on the Switch's e-shop, trust me there are worst shovelware titles already available on the Switch's e-shop. This title has some fun online tournaments and weekly missions if added to the Switch version which hopefully they are, make it a fun little game. Now about that Beyond Good and Evil 2 Ubisoft..

Please , Please bring PixelJunk Eden to the Nintendo Switch, Eden is a perfect game for Switch especially the two player option I can see myself handing one of my Joy Cons to another player for some of the awesome co-op play that Eden offers. I really miss playing Eden it was such a fantastic title and the co-op play was amazing, it would literally be a dream come true to have Eden come to the Nintendo Switch.
