Day one pick up I never played the 3DS title so it will be fantastic to have all the content in one game with the Switch's better framrate and graphics capabilities and portability.

We had a great time with this on the Wii U super fun title and if you have a player two at the ready you won't be disappointed.

Been looking forward to this game for awhile now I love the fantastic art style.

I'd imagine we will get more info at E3 I'm sure Nintendo is holding a surprise or two, so far I'm onboard I'm psyched for the online play and leaderboards getting added to classic NES titles and twenty bucks for unlimited access to classic titles for a year is cheap in my opinion .

I am glad this is coming to the 3DS and I am super glad it will have stereoscopic 3D effect.

I loved all the Bit. Trip. titles from the Wiiware series it would be epic if they would release all the titles on Switch, Fate and Core were my favorites with Beat and Runner next, Runner 2 was amazing on Wii U and Flux and Void great as well . I cant wait to play Runner 3, such a great great series I would love to see some sequels to the other entries. I noticed at the end of video in the barbeque scene that Shovel Knight is there hopefully he is a playable character that will be awesome.

I loved this game and spent alot of time finding everything on the Wii U edition as well I spent a good bit of time climbing the leaderboards , which I was wondering if the online leaderboards are still present in this incarnation. I would highly recommend this title to anyone that likes Donkey Kong Country its an amazing title and if you have never played it, it is definitely worth the price trust me you are getting a great title with a good bit of replay value the levels are simply beautiful. I dont know that I could suggest double dipping for that price with what Nintendo has added which is only a new character , though it is a character that has never been playable so I guess there is that . It would have been so awesome if they could have added some extra levels like they did with Donkey Kong Country Returns on the 3DS seems like a missed opportunity to me . I'm looking forward to seeing the new Donkey Kong Country thats headed our way .

Bayonetta is one of Nintendos best decisions, I mean what a couple of amazing titles and now that the newer titles are exclusive to the Big N and they are finding a growing fanbase is awesome. I for one simply cannot wait to get my hands on Bayonetta 3 Exclusively on Nintendo Switch., just awesome.

I love the 3DS and it would be awesome to see atleast another iteration of it in my opinion, it still is the only mainstream handheld to offer stereoscopic 3D , which would be great to see the 3D incorporated in more titles on the system like the 3D Classics what happened to that ? I really liked the 3D Kirby and 3D Kid Icarus it would be awesome if the Super Nintendo Classics were in 3D . But none the less, I still pick up my new 3DS XL and play it in my opinion I hope they keep supporting the system atleast untill it gets a much deserved replacement upgrade system with the 3D effect still an option, one can certainly hope so which I for one do.

@KingdomHeartsFan, I agree I definitely miss Iwata San's Nintendo Directs I do however also like the new guy that clicks his fingers though I'm not sure what his name is. Iwata left some big shoes to fill .
I think we will get the new Pokemon this year, a new 2D Mario plateformer, new Donkey Kong Country, let us not forget that Smash Bros. is coming this year and it will be phenomenal and personally I would love to see a new Kid Icarus on the Nintendo Switch maybe Metroid Prime 4 which would be amazing or a new Animal Crossing I am definitely looking forward to E3 this year .

So psyched to finally play this, love this title and its amazing everything they have done with it . Looking forward to getting those amiibo as well.

Day one love these games, now if we could get the other Bit. Trip games on Switch that would be awesome or sequels to the other titles would be awesome.

@Fandabidozi, I almost quit playing over the raid battles myself they were horrible even if you got a group big enough to beat the boss it was still a long shot to catch the legendary. I've started playing again with this latest update in my opinion it's the best update they have added yet .

@AlexOlney , I know right.. it is one of the many reasons I love Nintendo to this day, who else could come up with this kind of craziness and make it as fun as the big N does.?

The expansion looks awesome and incredibly fun., The two fish characters in the bottom pic. with the one holding what looks like a phone remind me of the nun like alien things that were on the Island with Luke from Star Wars The Last Jedi .

@YamAsereht I completely agree. , I loved New Super Mario Bros 2 on 3DS I thought it had some of the best level designs of any 2D Mario platformer and I liked collecting the coins not to mention it looks great in stereoscopic 3D.

I would love to see Wart in Super Smash Bros., as well as Waluigi, whom speaking of it would be great to see Waluigi in a Mario platformer as well as Smash Bros. There are so many Characters in the Mario universe as they introduce new characters every new game you could literally write a book on this topic and I would buy it., LoL.

Zen Pinball 3, Mario Oddessy, and chipping away a play through of Master Blaster using Gunvolt as my character.

I really like the concept and if the price is not astronomical for the projector then I will get one . Its time for those roof-top Switch partys of great legand.

I personally love the art style of Splatoon I think Nintendo has done an amazing job with the title in all areas and it only looks to continue if its popularity in Japan and the US is anything to go by.

Great game I highly recommend it , the only set back I see with it is the price I have to say it seems over priced for a game this old and the only new content is another character I think 29.99 would have been a fair price for this title, non the less it is a gem and a must play for Donkey Kong Country fans

If it is done good which I hope it is will definitely be getting a copy from what I've seen and read this sounds and looks better than Monster Hunter to me .

If it had 3D I would have picked up a copy I dont see the sense in releasing titles like this on the 3DS any longer and yes I know there is a 2DS which don't make much sense to me either when we have a portable console like the Switch . I think the stereoscopic 3D effect has seen it's swan song for titles, unless Captain Toad or the Luigi's Mansion remake have stereoscopic 3D which I really hope they do I for one am a huge fan of it.

What a bummer , I had some high hopes for this title after I read it was a Switch exclusive I love the art style and the 2.5 D platform style but I really hate when a game is overly difficult to the point of it takes the joy out of the experience. I may pick it up if and when it gets a sale price .

FINALLY I will get to play this game . We had a PS4 at our house and got rid of it when Switch was released I thought I had missed out on the chance to play this, great news.

@MongolRaider your response made me curious so I did some slight research and I discovered that gender is never specified as the dreamers refer to Hollow Knight as "it" I had to stop myself as to not reveal to many spoilers and now I want to play the title even more ., Thanks.

I put off playing this one because I want to play it on my Nintendo Switch and its becoming harder and harder to do so this game looks fantastic I love the art style and Ive heard a lot of praise for the title . I really like the main character design so much he would make a perfect addition to amiibo., hint , hint 😊..

Looks interesting Im hopeful for it I would love a new Castlevainia game in a 2D style .

Love the effects on the explosions looks like another day one . Man there are sooo many great games on Switch right now.

It is always FUN to read the comment section of an article that has the words Nintendo and Sony in it . I would guess and wager that Nintendo dropped out of the console wars thing years ago and in my personal opinion they are all the smarter and better for it , because of Nintendo's dropping out of that useless race we get more creative fun consoles to use and any true I stress TRUE gamer is not gonna limit themselves to one brand I mean why miss out on other fun experiences so you can say mine is bigger thats ridiculous options are a good thing . There are alot of good reasons to play games on Nintendo's, Sony's, and Microsoft's platforms if you have time and money to do so or just go with your personal preferences who cares what someone else thinks anyway.

@NintyNate I like Oddessy not my personal favorite alltime Mario game but I think it's a really good Mario game ., the Mario game that I thought was like meh., was the Super Mario 3D World on the Wii U I liked it but it just seemed to easy and didn't grab my attention for long and I hated the camera in that game definitely my least favorite Mario title.

Some new kingdom's and new characters like Rosalina , Peach, Daisy. WARIO, WALUIGI, Toad, Luigi and some different color Yoshi's that you can ride and have different powers and abilities would be a dream come true and bring back the final boss from Super Mario Bros. 2 .

I like the art style looks like we are in for another great game.

@Spoony_Tech, Thanks for the info . I hate to hear that I would love those tables on my Switch I have some of them on my 3DS and on my Wii U. Hopefully Zen will get something figured out for the Nintendo Switch.

I think the game looks good on Switch now but it is great that they are doing this , now Zen can you add some Star Wars tables and some of the Marvel tables that are available on other platforms currently this would make me very happy if so thanks.

Such a great game , I seriously dont see this getting the stereoscopic 3D effect mainly because of the way the game uses both screens when playing and you have to tilt your system alot .

@ThanosReXXX , LOL HAHAHA. , Great comment I completely agree , you really just have to ignore the complaining and realize its just someone wanting to be a complainer and negative for the point of just being negative - people tend to think if they dont like something then no one else should either and it goes without saying people like this also have very unrealistic expectations as well . I thought the direct was a great surprise and what Nintendo showed was awesome.

I so so so SO AGREE , please Nintendo release that cross shaped D- Pad Joy Con controller it would be a day one purchase for me and yes I know we have a pro-controller but it would be so much better to have a Joy Con with a proper D-Pad and yes the VC would be another great addition to the one and only amazing Nintendo Switch.

I tried to play this on Wii U just could not get past how difficult of a game it was for me it took away from the fun, it really needs some in game tutorials it was just to confusing to me atleast.

Nintendo needs a couple big games to release for the Switch right now, hope something is coming soon or sales will stall a bit ,you gotta strike the iron while its hot Nintendo .

I really wish I would have waited and got this on my new 3DS XL for the stereoscopic 3D effect games like this are amazing with the pop and depth provided from the 3D effect. I would love it if my Nintendo Switch had a stereoscopic 3D screen , hint hint NINTENDO. 😁

Well now that Nintendo is involved you know we are getting atleast one new game per new console and I'd say it's safe to now say Bayonetta is now a Nintendo franchise , Ive read that Nintendo completely paid for production of 3 so I don't see the series going anywhere other than the Nintendo platform as well the Nintendo fanbase responded very good to Bayonetta in sells Bayonetta 2 managed to sell over a million copies on a failed console thats amazing in itself. Platinum makes the game Sega is owner of ip and Nintendo has bought all rights safe to say Bayonetta remaining a Nintendo exclusive.

I have been super psyched to play this , I love Runner 1 and 2 . I love all the Bit. Trip Titles I would love to see them or their sequels, which would be fantastic if some of the other Bit. Trip Titles would get a sequel like Core or Fate loved Fate and I put hours into Beat and Flux such an amazing set of titles would be perfect on Nintendo Switch .
