@jfp yep. Such a weird choice imo to release this game now. It isn’t for me and I’ll stick with the amazing MKW. Gameplay is king and MKW still feels so smooth and fresh.

Would be nice if they patched the S2 version and get better performance or visuals. I understand some of this is unreal engine but the game could be better.

Well I feel like we are in a never ending cycle with Switch 2. If it got last gen’s version at 60fps most people would complain and say but it’s not the new version. It has the new version but at 30fps and people are going to complain of the framerate. When it comes to performance if you purchased a switch 2 you are going to have to accept the sacrifices.

Love the game. It’s amazing.

And actual gameplay is on YouTube and you wonder what he was on about.

It’s criminal how little they put into the presentation of their games. And yet, this is going to sell like 10 million units or more over its life.

This seems like an excuse just in case it doesn’t happen. Either way, not begging for any games from developers. I’ll purchase the from the ones that support my console. ✌🏾

I hope some of them land at Nintendo. They can continue to build up a really good in house port studio.

Stop listening and watching anything digital foundry. So many other great YouTubers that do a great job analyzing gameplay and framerate.

Maybe they should hire some of this talent so their “Nintendo” games can look and run like they are made on the current hardware.

S2 will be getting the current game. My thoughts are they have been working on trying to get something in the original switch also. Either way we will see it by the September direct.

@Vyacheslav333 funny because a couple of years ago it was hailed as a new standard and revolutionary for the industry. Now that switch 2 is doing it people are like “oh so it’s not powerful enough to hit 60fps.” Same with DLSS. Now that switch 2 is using it people only care about what the native resolution is. Really weird how that works.

Honestly the most surprising enjoyment I’ve had in a game. Really enjoyed the first one. I might give this a shot.

Wish they would have given actual figures

Mario Wonder was the last game I played on the system. I decided I wasn’t going to purchase or play anything else until Switch 2.

Sadly people are going to see the base number and overreact. This console will be fine for years to come. Optimization and architecture are key, and this console has those in spades. Very exciting times ahead.

Big Nintendo fan and I think some of the negativity going around right now is unwarranted and not their fault. With that being said this should be packed in. It’s a no brainer and I hope no one buys it. I think we can force them to make this a free download.

Their desire to be secretive will always backfire. It’s human nature.

Even as a big Nintendo fan this is something I will never purchase. Good for them though I guess and the people interested in it.
