This has always and will always be a problem at Nintendo. They need to allow their developers room to breath. Give them the chance to make new ips or create ones from existing ips. They are too much of a micro manager and are so overly involved trying to hand hold the entire project. Always admired Sony especially PS3 era for the amount of cool different first party content their developers were allowed to make.

I feel these devs deserve my money and I will give it to them. Good job putting the work in and making the game work for a hungry switch community. There are publishers worth billions with multiple dev studios that don’t give this effort. So sad.

Purchased it for switch and couldn’t get into it. Wasn’t a fan of the user interface/hub.

@SearchingS seriously! People making excuses for them and Activision. We have mobile version of their most popular FPS. Yet they keep slapping switch players in the face by disregarding it. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Good… more time in the general direct for other games.

THIS IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! Need more games like this on the switch. Good on you developers! If it runs decently I’m ALL the way in.

Publishers and developers only do this to Nintendo fans. They know they can get away with it. Until Nintendo stops playing nice in the industry this will continue to happen. Sad but true.

Not surprised. HD rumble was a waste of money and the first game should have been free software. Wasn’t worth full price.

Graphically it doesn’t look good to me. It’s clean but just doesn’t stand out. Seem like it may be the only downer.

Silly to me this is a talking point. The switch has proven to be a force. Keep it simple Nintendo. Update the specs/controller, make it modern starting with voice chat and cloud saves across the board, and improve your online capabilities and offerings. Another 100 million seller. Obviously a big part of this is securing third party support.

This is what it should be only having to develop for one console. They aren’t getting any major kudos from me.

Best video yet. Still would like the game to look a little better visually. I understand it’s a top down soccer game. I think they are actually going for a simple look. Going to be interesting to see how this is released and what it does sales wise. Core Nintendo fans have been asking for a new one and they got one.

I’m really down for this. Only heard good things about the game. I didn’t play the original.

@Rykdrew if there is anyone that understands your viewpoint it’s me. I was thinking of trying the sniper elite series. They have a local split screen mode that supposed to be pretty good. Have you thought of that one?

At this point Nintendo just wait until 2025. We don’t need new hardware at least that’s the sentiment I get.

@Rykdrew I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to hear someone else say that. Most time people make me feel like I’m crazy for wanting this. It seems like such a lack and missing feature. I personally won’t purchase another one maybe ever I guess. Talking wit other people that are fans of the series they don’t think it will ever happen.

@boxyguy can you give me a little rundown on differences? My only issues and it obviously won’t change is there won’t be split screen multiplayer. I hate having to pass the remote back and forth and fighting with my kids over who turn it is to play.

Probably not a purchase for me. However, I’m so happy for those that were waiting for a new game.

At this point I don’t care. My interest in games are at an all time low. Haven’t picked up my switch in a while.

If the co-op mode was true local multiplayer I would be all over this.
