This is fake news. I can barely find any in stores, and if I do it's woefully understocked. A lot of retailers have them in the bargain bins. Gamestop has a very small section for them by the Nintendo stuff.

Not buying Labo and don't know a single person who is. Good for Japan. Shelves at retailers here in the US are stocked full of it.

Went to Target and Wal Mart yesterday. Shelves full of this crap. Flop city as expected.

Physical copy or no purchase

If X3 isn't the SNES version there will be no purchase from me.

Hard pass on this. Have Wii U version and the price of the game being $10 higher than the original release is just unacceptable.

Anyone surprised by this? Why the game wasn't put on Switch is beyond me. Same with Ultra Sun & Moon.

I simply will not buy full priced Wii U ports. Especially this one considering it was $49.99 when it first came out. Shame on Nintendo.

Toys R Us was the king of overpricing their inventory. That and refusing to get with the times. Sad to see them go, but totally understand why.

The day everything goes digital is the day I stop buying new games. I have quite a collection that will keep me busy my entire life.

The only double dip I have done is with Mario Kart 8, but I didn't get the DLC for that so the purchase was somewhat justified. IF they release Smash with all the dlc I will probably double dip that. But this.....this is just dumb. Didn't this game release for $50 when it first came out??? Ridiculous overcharging! I loved this game on my Wii U, but it's not worth $60 on Switch.

I refuse digital unless the price difference is significant compared to physical. I knew they would screw this up.

Never owned this one so I will definitely pick this up. I have Silver on the original cart and HeartGold for DS so this is perfect.

Decent game. I wouldn't buy a sequel to it though. Got old real fast for me. If you see it on sale it's worth picking up.

I love my Wii U minus the dumb gamepad gimmick. I truly believe the system would have sold FAR better had they - dropped the gamepad allowing them to sell the system for cheaper, picked a different name something like "Super Wii", and marketed the system towards ALL ages not just children.

Hard pass. Kids I'm sure will get a kick out of this though.

Already have both for Wii U, so I won't be buying them. Nice these games get new life for those who haven't played them though!

Physical copies of the game are $20 brand new on PS4 and Xbox One. Ridiculous. I was never purchasing digital anyway. Perhaps IF they release a physical version at a lower price I will consider it.

If this was on the Switch it would have been a day one purchase for me. Very foolish of them not to put it on the Switch imo.

Going to wait on this. I'll pick it up at some point next year probably when there's a game drought. Right now all my hype is for Odyssey.

imo the biggest failure of the Wii U was the name. If it was named "Super Wii" I bet it would have done much better. The gamepad should have been optional, or not made at all. That would have lowered the price of the console dramatically. More people would have purchased it to go alongside their PS4/Xbox One/PC just for the exclusives because it would have been cheap.

I really like my Wii U. I still play Pokken, Splatoon, and Smash on it. I won't buy the Switch versions of those games because I enjoy firing up the Wii U and getting use out of it, and $60 for minimal added features (Pokken) isn't justifiable. I did get Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for my Switch however because my MK8 came with my Wii U.

@kobashi100 I think you missed the point bud. 60 fps was achievable. Other third party developers are able to hit it no problem. End of argument.

I have a feeling this game is going to be really bad if it can't hit 60 fps. Odyssey has no issue, so what gives?

You have to take into account that FIFA is a watered down port on Switch.

@MsJubilee and good riddance. Everyone knows they'll release it with all the DLC a year later so what's the point in buying it now.

@roadrunner343 it can be a hassle for sure especially if you collect. I have a couple competitive decks my girlfriend and I play with (she hasn't gone to a tournament yet but I'm trying to get her to go haha). One of the biggest issues I've seen in theme decks is the lack of good trainer cards. They are the engine of decks and they should be the main focus. Once you've got playsets of those you're golden.

Love the card game. Just recently got back into it. It is expensive if you want a competitive deck just FYI, but once you get playsets of the staple trainer cards (energy is cheap and plentiful) all you'll need to do is get the Pokemon after that to have multiple deck builds.

Also don't even bother with booster packs, booster boxes, etc. unless you're collecting. If you're actually playing the game buying singles is wayyyyyyyyy cheaper. I would recommend a theme deck that fits your fancy and an elite trainer box to get started and go from there with singles.

All these clone consoles are trash. They can never get the sound right and some games just flat out don't work correctly. I bought one a few years ago and had to return it because it started smoking after 20 minutes of play!
