@Ibou07 It's almost unplayable coming from PS4. This is a game based on timing and 30 fps just isn't acceptable imo.

Also this game REVOLVES around microtransactions. You're in for a very VERY long grind if you don't want to buy VC. I bought 2K18 pre-owned and returned it within a week because I felt like I was making little to no progress after many games.

I already have a Switch, but if I were buying one I would pass on this because Nintendo is too cheap to include a physical copy.

I'll be passing on the online service. Just not worth it.

Such a shame because the gameplay is great. I'm enjoying the game, but I agree with the complaints, especially the OP characters. I am starting to get bored with it. Absolutely not worth $60.

2K games not a good track record on Switch thus far. WWE was a disaster and NBA was poorly optimized for the system. Play NBA 2K18 on Switch and then play it on PS4/Xbox One. You won't go back to the Switch version...

@Joker13z there are more ports than original first party Switch games. That's a problem. Also PS4 and Xbox One ports are priced lower. Tropical Freeze costs MORE than what it did on Wii U. That's a problem.

I have about 10 friends that also have a Switch. ZERO have any interest in this garbage. Focus on Star Fox, F-Zero, Metroid please.

One of the biggest problems was the naming of the system. A LOT of people thought the gamepad was just an expensive accessory to the original Wii. They should have named it "Super Wii" imo. At least the consumer would have understood it was a brand new system.

Also, looking back on it the gamepad was an absolute failure. They should have packaged the pro controller instead of the gamepad and priced the system accordingly. I bet it would have sold great. A lot of people would have bought it to go alongside their PS4/Xbox One/PC for the exclusives.

This all being said, I enjoy my Wii U. I still play it from time to time because I refuse to double dip on Wii U games on the Switch when I have them already. Only exception I made was Mario Kart 8 Deluxe because I never buy DLC.

I have no issue with the wild encounters. There would have been a HUGE issue if trainer battles were handled similarly though.

I'm glad it sold poorly. Hopefully backlash for their half physical/half download nonsense.

Hopefully Nintendo learned their lesson and will give us normal controls for the next Star Fox.
