I have never been a fan of digital releases for full retail-like games (Ducktales: Remastered). I always want a physical copy of it so I can do as I please with it. Until Nintendo changes their online so the games can tied to an account and shared between systems, the only digital releases I will buy are NES games on 3DS and SNES classics such as Chrono Trigger and Secret of Manna on Wii. The price for the physical copies of those games is outrageous, and also the digital release is reliable unlike some NES games and SNES games with old save batteries.

Well, what the hell are they working on anyway? Because it certainly isn't Wii U games. Seriously ridiculous it took them this long to make a simple Mario 3D game, great! WIND WAKER HD!!! Amazing feat by adding a fresh coat of paint on a ten year old Gamecube game. Bravo! You mean to tell me they couldn't have released many classics from the SNES on 3ds? BS. The Wii had no problems running N64 games so why are N64 and Gamecube games not on Wii U VC. TIRED of the trickle of games that haven't been up to par besides Earthbound (thanks mates took ya 500 years).

Just total BS that they haven't gotten their act together after such success on the original Wii.

@wcb123 I personally know of at least 10-15 people that still think its an add-on for the original Wii. I don't think the gamepad is bad in any way, but is it worth the confusion and possible failure of the console? Just patch the games already out and start fresh using pro controllers and remotes. People can easily understand they can use their old Wii remotes.

@Worthy funny too considering the 2DS name was "confusing" and the 2DS was "ugly". So what does that say about the Wii U? Perhaps people actually are aware of it and just aren't buying it because it is priced too high and there aren't must-have games for it? Shocking, I know.

The tablet controller is just dumb. They need to get rid of it, rebrand the console "Super Wii" or "Wii 2", advertise the hell out of it, and lower the price. It will absolutely sell at a $250 price point and without the tablet they might actually start making a profit off the console sales. Just patch the existing tablet-centered games and move on.

Every third party game has something missing from the other versions. What incentive do I have to buy a Wii U when my 360 offers the superior version in terms of content? My 3DS handles my daily Nintendo craving and I can take it with me on the go! The only thing that MIGHT get me to purchase a Wii U would be what happened with the Gamecube. Cut the price again and bundle it with a AAA game. I would gladly pay $200 if Mario Kart 8 or SSB4 were included. I fear that is the only way they are going to see significant sales. Mario 3D World will provide a bump but it won't last. Sorry if I sound like I'm being hard on the Wii U, but they just keep making amazing games for 3DS and announcing new ones that interest me like the new Kirby game and Yoshi's New Island. Wii U just does not. A Starfox or Metroid title would at least grab my attention.

@unrandomsam Has to be the SNES version of X3 though. The music in X3 in the gamecube/ps2 version is from the psx/Saturn port. HORRIBLE. If you don't believe me go on YouTube and compare the music from Mega man X3 intro stage on both versions. SNES is that 16 bit amazing metal sound were used to hearing from that era. The other version is just jumbled techno remix garbage. Anyhow, they already released X and X2 in the past, so there should be no problem releasing X3. The actual cart costs upwards of $180....

I agree with a previous commenter. SNES on the 3DS and N64 on the Wii U. I find it very troubling that they continue to fail to see how much money there is to be made, as well as not pleasing the fans. Besides the release of Mega Man 1-6 on the 3DS VC and redeeming coins for Zelda, I won't give them any more business until they actually release something they haven't released before. MEGA MAN X3. Make it happen.

Just saying if you want MONEY, how about ALTTP, Super Metroid and Super Mario World on 3DS eshop.

I don't even have a Wii U and I wanted this to be a system seller. Oh well, I'm still getting it for 3DS. The majority of reviewers say it's the superior version anyway.
