Just noticed "The Last Spell" has a music artist logo I have been a fan of since his first video and it's actually him that did the soundtrack, so it will be absolutely awesome. Check out "The Algorithm" if you haven't heard them!
Saw this in the presentation, had no idea about it's history and thought it looked kinda boring anyway. Pretty poor move on their part! Glad I do'nt care for it anyway.
I've taken so many breaks through playing Let's Go, Long, long breaks. It really isn't as addicting as the old games. I find myself more inclined to level up the mon by taking them out for a walk in the PokeBall Plus than to do the annoying catching mechanic to level them up... If you prefer to play the game by not actually playing the game then there's something wrong with it. I honestly feel like you should have had the option to battle and wear down the Pokemon, so it would be motionless maybe or be subdued in some way to catch, or you could finish it like the rest of the series and gain XP like that. I don't want to send the professor 50 Pidgeys. If they could make those changes, though, I'd be game.
I used to love miniatures. I had a few Mighty Max, Pokemon and Star Wars ones of these. Also extra Star Wars scenes and ship sets. I also used to have a ton of Micro Machines. For some reason, it was just cooler than having the bigger versions, probs less expensive too.
The enemy and weapon art looks cool. Like the style. The scenery looks terrible and linear. Not for me but kinda hope more devs go with FPS with enemy art like this.
Way too hard. I own Metal Arms and Lost Magic, the other 2 I got were guesses. Tank tank tank and has 0 tanks in the picture was why I elected for Option B. I'm guessing that like the pushsquare one it has a lot of JAP only games, as well. Go easier next time!
Ghostbusters is cheap. That and Vampyr are on my list. Have many of these, not long ago got Lego Ninjago Movie game for free on ps4 as they made it so for a week or so.
My top 10 would be: 1. Super Mario World 2. Link to the Past 3. Kirby Super Star 4. Kirby's DreamLand 3 5. Yoshi's Island 6. Super Mario Kart 7. Stunt Racer FX 8. Demon's Crest 9. Super Ghouls n Ghosts 10. Super Metroid
Played all of these before the service. Only played through Ghouls Ghosts again because of save states, ridiculously hard. Currently playing through Link to the Past, just got sent to the alt world by the wizard. Probably only my third play through of it, but also completed Link Between Worlds couple times which is mostly just a better version. Definitely completed Mario World more times than I can count on my fingers, too.
I don't have a smartphone for another 2 weeks so missed this. Eqqo would have been nice since I already have Mana Spark. Oh well, I'm sure it's not that great.
I thought they were trying to patent NFC in plush toys with protection at first until I read it properly. xD So, it's basically an Amiibo patch with a plastic bubble protecting the chip under the top layer. Couldn't they just put it further in Yoshi's foot? Seems safer.
Potentially Errand Boy, Sayri, Garden Story and Haven... Will check out more on those. There were some others which only had the potential to show some more footage which then may have piqued my interest. For instance The Mouse and the Spirit had nothing, nor Rainy Season, nor Critter Cove. The online RPG one just had someone walking around... No wonder it was exclusive footage, jeez. Baffling choice on some of the "game play" clips. I mean Ollie-Oop clearly ends at 32:28 but the published couldn't even tell and marked the next game 32:34. Nintendo Direct may have influenced others, but clearly not every publisher will be good at the format.
Hmmm, have to disagree, the party affinity was fun to build during conversations but having to check what gifts were favoured was just plain boring and a pain. Also, the sheer amount of side quests that you sometimes need to do is so outdated, fetch quests or kill "x amount of" quests were so tiring, this was made worse by the enemies dropping a million different things, 95% of which you sell or throw away. I can only recall about 8 or so side quests that had any interesting parts and about 2 with cut scenes and dialogue. The combat system and environments are really where it shines. The story is decent enough as well. The extra fat is what brings it down. If the extra content is anything like the original and filled with the aforementioned fat, then it wouldn't be anything more than a 7 from me.
@darkswabber Public charity is not charity. Charity to make yourself look better than you did because of poor decisions is even more self serving. Just look at the super rich people giving out millions of dollars so they can evade paying taxes. Don't kid yourself.
@fafonio A lot of people are quoting Blasphemous. The colour scheme looks more blue than brown, at least. I'm hoping the gameplay is better because I didn't really like the look of Blasphemous in terms of colours and gameplay. So I'll look forward to this one instead.
Finished my 100% play through of the Wii version last year so won't be picking this up still. It was so long, doing all those side quests. More looking forward to Nier remake as I haven't touched that in years.
On a PushSquare article there was a rumour of a return, that basically stated that Konami was letting the IP get used but doing 0 work and getting royalties. I guess this is along those lines, but it depends if any companies are prepared to negotiate with them for an actual new installment. Honestly, it would be much better for them to sell it, but they clearly won't.
I voted Probotector last time, this time I actually prefer the crazy 80s background and slightly better detail on the protagonists of North America's cover.
It's actually pretty difficult to break timing and get it so accurate like that, kudos to him. Wonder how long before he realised that simplified/slower/bad gameplay was a better choice to lessen the difficulty, though?
Who cares how many tv appearances, fans or whatever other definition of celebrity all these comments keep touting? If they're at least donating something themselves, which I'm sure they are and doing it for a decent cause, where's the harm? I know the world is pretty screwed up right now and it isn't looking much brighter around the corner, but can we try to be a little less cynical and be a little more positive? Spite will help no one, including yourself.

Re: Can You Name The First Game These Famous Characters Appeared In?
8 of 15. Poor! Some surprises in there like Banjo and Sonic.
Re: Zoink Teams Up With EA To Release Lost In Random On Switch Next Year
Also, don't know if any Diablo 3 fans are here but I'm pretty certain that the narrator's voice is the same as Necromancer class!
Re: Zoink Teams Up With EA To Release Lost In Random On Switch Next Year
Whilst I've seen Stick It to the Man and the other title, I'd say Fe was more notable. I 100% that one on Switch. Good game.

Re: Kingdom Hearts: Melody Of Memory Announced For Switch, Launches This Year
I don't like Disney, but 100% the first game in the series back in the ps2 days and that was a better experience than this could ever be haha
Re: New Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Glitch Lets You Escape Hyrule And Go Beyond The Map's Borders
@Joeynator3000 Don't forget to learn the other 2 glitches needed. including the complicated one.

Re: Ubisoft's Gods & Monsters Really Does Look Like Zelda: Breath Of The Wild
Yeah, I would hope that's not a real demo. Looks terribly alpha.
Re: First-Party Xbox Dev inXile Launches The Bard's Tale ARPG On Switch Next Week
This was a good game back in the day. Doesn't look like they've done a great job on updating the graphics, though. Shame.
Re: Sports Brawler HyperBrawl Tournament Is Getting A Revamped Release On Switch
Looks good, will probably pick up but I was hoping for a new Strikers soon, since Wii U didn't get one.
Re: Competition: Win A Copy Of Paper Mario: The Origami King In Our Crafty Fan-Art Contest
Oh, I'm not really an artist. I've dabbled but it would be embarrassing probably. Nothing for musicians?
Re: Ninjala Will Offer A Single-Player Story Mode, But You'll Have To Pay For It
If it's decent then sounds good. Didn’t enjoy Splatoon 2’s campaign, it felt just like the first but was just less interested in seeing it through.

Looks better than the first. If you can select a few different camera angles I'm game.

Re: Poll: Rate Your Favourite Nintendo Switch Online SNES Games
My top 10 would be:
1. Super Mario World
2. Link to the Past
3. Kirby Super Star
4. Kirby's DreamLand 3
5. Yoshi's Island
6. Super Mario Kart
7. Stunt Racer FX
8. Demon's Crest
9. Super Ghouls n Ghosts
10. Super Metroid

You can only get the physical in US, feel special America... Except don't because you just get a box with a piece of paper inside.
Re: Sega's Game Gear Micro Was Originally Going To Be Even More Stingy
Yeah, waste of time and resources. Spoiler alert: Those games, all of them... They're free on the net. Don't tell anyone I told you.
Re: Gallery: Check Out These Exclusive Blair Witch Switch Screenshots
Had this on ps4 but sold it. Wasn't particularly interesting.

@RPGamer @ReikoMortis You can click on Developer, I'm sure I did it with Devolver and found all their games on the same page.

Can't we get the decent titles on the Switch? Ocarina 3D, Mario Land 3D, Dream Team Bros etc.
Re: Feature: Potential Switch Port Round-Up - The Wii U Games That Haven't Come To Switch
Other than Yoshi, Amiibo Festival, Pikmin 3 and Devils Third I have/had all of these. I ditched Watch Dogs wii U version in favour of the ps4 one.

Re: Gorgeous Gothic Metroidvania The Last Faith Is Bound For Switch
@Lando_ Soulslike would be a description fitting of combat only. Dark Souls didn't invent the gothic horror setting.

Re: Random: This Fake Switch Costs $80, But Don't Expect It To Play Animal Crossing: New Horizons
So, playing this is as fun as a journey to the abyss? Cool. Sign me up.
Re: Random: This Fake Switch Costs $80, But Don't Expect It To Play Animal Crossing: New Horizons
@Rayquaza2510 It would have been cool for the PS1 games, had I not already had a hacked PsP with a bunch of Ps1 games on it.
Re: Random: This Fake Switch Costs $80, But Don't Expect It To Play Animal Crossing: New Horizons
@Bunkerneath Ooosh. I didn't even think of it like that until you mentioned.

Re: Missing Sega-Style Racer '90s Super GT Lives On In The TakeOver
Combine the the two genres. I wanna play Streets of Road Rage.
Re: Review: Never Stop Sneakin' - An Almost-Perfect Parody Of Metal Gear Solid
@RPGamer Outlast 1 and 2 go on sale every October. It's a while but they were around £5 and £12 for 1 and 2 respectively last time. Pretty fun.
Re: Poll: Box Art Brawl #44 - Super C / Probotector II
@Cotillion Agree about the cover, but I prefer the Sprite swap, even without nostalgia I'm sure I would. Robots r coolz man!

I voted Probotector last time, this time I actually prefer the crazy 80s background and slightly better detail on the protagonists of North America's cover.
Re: Feature: Every Nintendo Switch Online NES Game Ranked
I have played about 10 of them on the service, probably about 14 in total counting from when I was a kid. Need to hit the rest up tbh.
Re: Random: US Border Officers Seize Over 86,000 Counterfeit Pokémon Figurines
Cool. More landfill. Painful to see.
Re: MindSeize To Bring Metroidvania Sci-Fi Action To Switch Later This Year
Actually looks decent, will check out a review before purchase still., but I'm definitely interested.
Re: Random: Someone's Transformed Their Animal Crossing Island Into Danny DeVito, As You Do
