A lot of gamers don’t seem to understand that inflation is a thing

I don’t think I’ll pick any of these up but I have fond memories of playing Croc with my mom when I was a kid! Cool to see!

Played some Pokémon Stadium 2 last night on NSO with friends and had a lot of fun. Today, I’ll hopefully get some good time in with Okami and I think my wife and I will play some Warioware Get it Together!

Okami for me! Currently saving the canine warriors. Love the game so far.

I’ll also try to get some Guilty Gear Strive games in. I typically have played the game on PC, but as a Nintendo fan I wanna support the Switch Strive community.

I’m playing through Okami right now, but unlike Ollie it’s my first time. The sequel announcement made me finally get around to playing it, and I absolutely love it. Absolutely beautiful game.

Hate to be that guy, but the game is atrocious. I understand it was only made by one person, but I still encourage everyone to spend their time and money elsewhere.

She’s an awesome character so this is great! I already have this Switch version preordered despite owning it on PC and PS4. At 700 hours played I’m still getting a bargain after triple dipping!

I’ve had a great time with the digital version of this game. Biggest issue is the Switch’s weak wifi.

This game has a lot going for it, but it is frustrating in your first handful of hours when you feel like you’re just waiting to lose so you can come back more powerful. That plus the game has crash A LOT for me.

Despite the issues, I’m still very glad I bought the game. It’s an absolute joy to play and there is a lot of satisfaction to be had from a well executed strategy.

I remember hearing Steamworld Build didn’t sell well, and that game clearly had a lot of money invested in it. Considering how little buzz I’ve heard about Heist 2, you could infer that the same may be true for that game

Great news! I hope Bayonetta 3 can run better on the Switch 2. It’s a great game but it does seem to me like it was intended for more powerful hardware, like a Switch Pro.

I definitely understand that being wired is con for a lot of people, but the reduced input lag from wired vs wireless is a major pro for big fighting game fans.

Wow that’s a great month for indies. I gotta find time to play Steamworld Heist II. The original is one of my all time favorite games.

I should be finishing Schim fairly soon as it’s quite a short game. I’ve really liked it though! Other than that Monkey Ball Banana Rumble will likely be in the agenda too. I’ve been loving Banana Rumble. The main draw is the fantastic level design in the single player plus polish throughout with nice music and cutscenes. I’ve even enjoyed the multiplayer more than most! It’s definitely low quality but I honestly still have fun with it every time.

Civ 6 is my most played game on Switch! I have so many amazing memories playing it. Even 6 seemed to struggle with the switch hardware though. I hope they better optimize Civ 7 for Switch as I’m sure it’ll be an even bigger challenge to run on the system.

On Switch, I’m trying to finish the Animal Well postgame. Fantastic experience! On PC, I’m getting started with Kunitsu-Gami!

She’s super cool. I was watching my friend who’s great at fighting games use her last night and she looked amazing. I really wanna try to learn her.

Been playing KOF XIII Global Match for Switch all weekend. Man this game is fun and the 2D sprites and animation are beautiful.

I know this is blasphemous to admit but I haven’t started Tears of the Kingdom yet. So I’m starting tonight!

$60 is a fine price. It just feels expensive because new retail games are honestly underpriced.

Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising on PC mostly. I’ve gotten the hang of using Grimnir, one of the more technical characters, now I don’t wanna stop playing.

However, I do plan on starting Botany Manor on switch tonight! The review on this site made me interested in it.

Quality over quantity should be good news to everyone. There are way more games out there than anyone has time to play. Better experiences is better for us than more experiences.

Last night I played Helldivers with friends which was plenty of fun. Tonight it’ll be single player for me with Wonderful 101 remastered. I’m not very far in yet, but I’m shocked how much style this game has. It’s starting to feel like a hidden gem.

I have my preference to Street Fighter but honestly Capcom treats their IPs with a ton of respect. I really like the way they handle all of their franchises.

You should add Cobalt Core to this list!

Penny’s Big Breakaway! The game is incredible and it’s shocking to me it’s not dominating game discourse.

How do people feel about this game now that some time has passed? Is it worth picking up still?

I’m only a few hours into Build but I’m enjoying it! If I had to speculate on the problem from my experience playing plus reading the comments, I’d say their problem is they made a city builder with the main draw being that it can still be enjoyed if you’re not a fan of the genre. But those who don’t like the genre seemed to pass on it.

Highly recommend this to anyone who hasn’t played the original. I really loved the original. However it’s disappointing if there really is no option to just upgrade with dlc.

Had a nice team sonic racing session last night. Underrated game. Even with no one to play online it’s still fun to play with the AI.

Rest of this weekend will be Cobalt Core plus whatever else I get in the mood for.

Had a fun game of Mario Party Superstars last night. It was a blowout but we all still had a nice time.

This weekend I’ll mostly be being my PC. Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising is super fun and very accessible to those without fighting game experience!

If you even moderately enjoy fighting games I highly recommend tuning into the stream at some point during Evo! It’s so cool seeing so many players at the top of their craft.

As I’m thinking about it I’ve played surprisingly few Nintendo remakes. But for me it undoubtedly Kirby Superstar Ultra. That’s one of my favorite games of all time. I never played the original on SNES but Ultra was an amazing surprise that was a great part of my childhood.

Add Cobalt Core to this list!!

Mostly play Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising on my PC but I’m also having friends over to play Runbow on my switch tonight!

I’ll be playing Super Mario Wonder single player and hopefully can get some family members to play Runbow on Christmas!

For me it’s Virtua Fighter and it’s not close. I haven’t even played a Virtua Fighter game before but Bandai Namco is the only publisher currently releasing serious 3D fighters. Getting a competitor in the mix would be fantastic for the genre.

On Switch I’ll be playing Mario Wonder and Splatoon 3! I love the newest maps in splatoon and it’s gotten me hooked on the game all over again.

On PC I’ll be playing Guilty Gear Strive. Elphelt released yesterday and I’m having a lot of fun learning how to play her!

Mario Wonder, Ghost Trick and Splatoon 3! New splatoon season is great!

I still play Pokémon pinball Ruby & Sapphire every now and then

I’m really enjoying this so far. It’s tough to pull off the cool combos but it feels so rewarding when you do. It’s worth putting in the time!

King of Fighters XIII Global Match! It’s a very challenging game so I’m just trying to be patient with it and learn slowly but surely.

Enjoyed playing Mario Wonder last night and I’m hoping to have more time to keep playing. I’ll also be playing SF6 on my pc.

Seeing people singing such high praise of Alan Wake 2 makes me feel like I need to get it!

It’s varied over the years but for me recently it’s been Dicey Dungeons

I’ll be playing Gunbrella for single player and tomorrow night I’ll be playing splatoon 3 and Wartales multiplayer.

@Vyacheslav333 I always like reading your posts and I appreciate that you’re always playing some nice fighting game single player stories.

I’ve enjoyed the game so far but the bugs are definitely frustrating. Not being able to drop items from your inventory especially.
