Game design as always for me. That's a unspoken rule to me anyways. Just my opinion though.

But I will say that Star Fox's movie design is actually pretty good. Doesn't deviate too much from his game design honestly.

Yeah...nice as this looks...I got a case that can hold both my Switch & game cards. So I really don't need this. Plus...Steelbooks aren't really thing. They tend to get dented easily if you're not careful...

It's kinda...not easy seeing the FULL difference here...aside from resolution. The SW2 version is just a little bit sharper...but other than that...not much else...

@TheRazor I get that but not everyone or very many are willing to shell out $80+ for the Switch 2 Pro controller.

And for me...not having the wake feature is well worth the sacrifice for the lower price. There are many factors to consider for different folks. Flexibility is key at times. Besides...it ain't like I'm too lazy to get up and turn on the Switch 2 myself cuz it's easy to do that.

I'm hoping they can get all the updates before June 26 arrives...cause when that day comes, I'm gonna get it either way...regardless if the OG music come back or not.

I ain't backing down on NOT buying a game that is $30.

@Fighting_Game_Loser Well, support for PS4 version game releases have been trickling down since last year anyways. Many companies are going for PS5 now & skipping PS4. Except for Switch, of course.

@JayJ It's why I prefer to keep politics & gaming separate in my opinion. Just having that political slop with gaming news just muddies the experience. Especially when folks go out their own way to being ridiculously petty in a effort to prove a point or whatnot...

It is what it is...though I will say that I do wish I was the one in charge of the whole USA...I'd be killing them tariffs in a heartbeat & replacing them with cheaper ones. Fix the housing crisis...cleaning up Trump mess...ect...I can dream...

@Corsich Thankfully mines haven't. Course that doesn't mean I'm in the clear...I have yet to buy a new PSP battery but I will soon enough. The Vita, on the other hand, is a different story...

@Corsich Speaking of which...for all the time I've owned my OG Phat DS...I never once needed to change it's battery. It's still going strong & all. Same for my 2ds & DSi.

I'm sure I will have to replace their battery at some point. Same for the PSP & Vita...

@SillyG Actually I don't think Sword/Shield did. Cause when I bought mines...it had everything on the cart. Never heard of them getting reprints as far as I'm concerned...

Now imagine if Nintendo released Ruby, Sapphire, & Emerald...then I can guess that the triple bundle would $30 at most while $10 for each version.

@Coalescence Yet I've seen bootlegs, or rather unofficial carts, being sold on ebay for about $30. Yes...I bought two DS ones for that amount but they play just as well as the authentic carts. Certainly better than paying a $100 for the real deal.

If that's the case then the Atari Jaguar, MS-DOS, GB, & GBA versions are fine.

I have to say Zubat. Granted...Zubat is not the strongest when you first caught it...but with a little patience...it can be strong early in the game. Especially after it evolves into Golbat then, when friendship is high, it finaly becomes Crobat. Plus, Crobat is my main Flying type in Pokemon Platinum.

I mean...there's no doubt it'll do well. I'm certain that it will do just fine. Just that I'm not particulary interested is all...besides...simulation games aren't really my forte or cup of tea due to my short attention span.

So...it's a pass for me. Still...this does have potential though. No doubt about that.

@Sonicka One of my fav 3D platformers on the DC imo.

Looks nice and I like the art too. Dunno why...I just...like it. Might wait for it to get a physical release later in the future.

@The_Nintendo_Pedant The Windows PC port? I keep forgetting about those...one of them was released on PS2 in 2008 or 2007. The original one. And then there's Panzer Dragon Orta. I'm surprised that Sega didn't even bother bring that to modern systems. The only other way to play Orta, aside from emulation, is the BC on Xbox One. I played that one before only one time.

Yeah...definitely a major difference right there. Although Kirby games...atleast the newer ones being 30 fps doesn't bother me honestly. But still...it's certainly a improvement. The DOF effect is noticeablly better on S2 obviously.

I'll be honest though...I love the Saturn control pad but the other controllers that go for that style seem to miss the whole point of what made the Saturn pad so great.

@SillyG That's the funny thing. Because while in Japan that Disgaea 7 Complete got it's own physical release, those who already got the vanilla version can buy the "Complete" dlc for more a few yen. (I think folks said somewhere $5 in terms of value). And that's for all the versions: PS4, PS5, & Switch. I'm assuming PC version too.

But here...it's a Switch 2 exclusive. And that means it's a game key-card and also means folks will have to double-dip as well at premium price.

At this...as I mentioned this a couple of times...I'm sticking to importing the JP version on either or both on PS4 & Switch. Even if it's in japanese...I don't care...but I do care about having the full game on cart. But I don't want to complain about key cards each time a article mentions it. Too many folks doing that enough as it is...So i'll just leave it at that.

@Purgatorium Mostly because of spoilers. That's a majority of why folks have this issue. I can understand not wanting to be spoiled but some will take it to the most ridiculous extremes. Almost to the point of being incredibly petty. for me...it's one thing to see spoilers but it's another to experience the game itself when I actually play it.

@SirLink I can already imagine the BS scenario. Then comes the rants and the attitudes and blah, blah, and blah...It's not even new to me anymore.

As someone who played all 3 of the DS Cornershop games...the issue was that the mechanics were never explained properly nor were there tutorials for said minigames. At least in the 1st one, the Dentist and Laundromat Cleaners were the easiest.

@Duncanballs then you oughta check out on Blu-ray.com and then come back to me. That's why i'll be glad to retire from gaming. I couldn't care less about physical games dying...i'm done.

Look at how releases there are and maybe talk with the folks there. many buy 4K discs movies. Think about it...and think about it real good. i'm not buying into the idea that Blu-ray sale are declining. Not to mention that DVD's are still making up the large percentage. Look into that also.

@Duncanballs um...I think you might wanna rethink that last part with movies. Last i saw...plenty of companies are still releasing films on 4k and Blu-ray by the numbers. might wanna do some research first.

Games...i can see physical media dying off. but don't think it'll be the same for movies. they take up less space depending how they're compressed or uncompressed. Plus...and many will often have an extra disk for...you know...special features and stuff. It's one of the reason why i by movies more than games nowadays. plus...blu-rays are cheaper anyways.

Still the visuals remind me of the Saturn era games. Especially that one particular horror game, Deep Fear. only because of the visuals. Saturn 3d games are noticeably more blocky than PS1 & N64 games are.

Meh...in other news...I rather trust Marvelous Games's than LRG.

How about a Rayman Origins+Rayman Legends combo pack? With Rayman Origins having the content & features from the Vita version? The PS Vita had both on 1 cart back in 2014.
