I first saw the announcement on PS and was thinking that this is a perfect game for Switch. SO glad to see it's happening!

@OrtadragoonX As much as I love the narrative, Hogwarts Legacy is nowhwere near a trainwreck, especially on consoles.

I've pre-ordered it though I stop pre-ordering games for many years.
Got the physical copy even though most of my games are digital.

So ya, this game is very special to me.

Nintendo really understands their audience and players. They know we just want pure fun in such movies and games and deliver.

Animal Crossing.
So much potential there because there are many distinct and well-loved characters.

The silent protagonist works perfectly in Zelda games.

Between main characters in action games chatting constantly to themselves (hella annoying) nowadays, I really don't mind Link not talking given his personality.

The music, the gameplay, the characters and there seems to be a decent story this time!

And Zelda in short hair is hot. XD

@FishyS The critics totally missed the point of this movie. It does exactly what it sets out to do with flying colors - fun for all ages.

9/10. It's not perfect but pretty darn close. THE best video game movie that I've seen so far.

Definitely watching this in theater but not when it's just out. Too many kids around.

They said nothing about story and the world yet. Of course, you could argue that it's cuz they have nothing else to show for. But it could be they are taking time to reveal things.

When I Blizzard rank the 3rd, I know that this ranking means little.

Gollum is strangely interesting. I hope they make good use of the refreshing take on the LotR world and character.

I have no problem with the price of the game as long as it's well-made and no MTX.

I rather spend $100 to get 1 good game than 5 $20 mediocre ones with lootboxes.

@AtlanteanMan Until you actually learn how many charity organizations function, then you will realize that corporations, especially running well like Nintendo, are the least rotten apple and screw over the least number of people.

2022 has SO MANY AMAZING games that I'm not even through half of my must-play games.

The game that has surprise me the most is Pokemon Scarlet. I didn't even plan to play it when it was released but it turned out to be 1 of my favorite Pokemon games, if not the favorite.

XC3 deserves to be higher but I'm still happy that it makes it to top 10.

So hard to choose 1 game when so many are amazing. My favorites:

Xenoblade Chronicles 3
Bayonetta 3
Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak
Splatoon 3
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet (Yes, despite the bugs. The game is fun)

@Cronodoug The game is not bad. In fact, its core gameplay mechanics is so fun that many AAA games don't provide such experience when they focus too much on immersion. Games are fun not simply cuz of graphics and immersion or Switch won't be so popular. Most people really don't care that much about frame-rates too.

Having said this, I still think they should straighten out the issues.

Been really enjoying the new Pokemon despite the occasional lag and surface clip-throughs. The core gameplay mechanics is surprisingly fun.

@Zuljaras I totally agree. Amongst specs race, DRM, achievement addiction, microtransactions and all other distractions, Switch actually brought back the most core aspect of gaming, fun.
