Out of all the games out there that have been ported to modern consoles; this is the one that I can't understand why it's not on a Nintendo System. Complete wasted opportunity for Konami. They must not love money.

I hope all sports leagues open up to non-exclusivity with developers once again. Let's see what some different developers can do with the sports leagues we all love.

@Astral-Grain You're absolutely right. I do actually get that. When Animal Crossing came out during Covid, it was something that my sons and I fully jumped into playing for the reasons you provide.

I think I was looking at this slightly different though and being a bit judgmental of a game I know very little about.

I don't understand the draw of job/life trends in gaming right now. Personally, I don't want to complete mundane jobs in a game to make it more like real life, I want to escape real life, even if it's just for 15 minutes! I pretty much bail completely on games these days when it feels like I'm doing a "job".

I'll believe it when I see it; but I miss the giant media events.

I don't own the game yet but I would have not thought twice about going with TEAM GEAR!

I personally would love an updated Switch or Switch 2. However, I don't want a new system like the "NEW" 3DS XL, that you needed to play a small set of games and offered only minor upgrades at a bigger price tag.

I think I understand his point, but I totally disagree.

If I owned some N64 controllers for my Switch, then I would be excited to play the Mario Party games again. But since I would be using Joycons, I will not touch those games. If your controllers don't have drift now, they definitely will once you and some friends start playing Mario Party.

I'm excited to revisit both 1080 and Pilot Wings, I don't think Goldeneye has aged well but I'm still excited to share this groundbreaking game with my two sons who have never even tried it.

There is absolutely no possible way that joy-cons hold up to the original Mario Party games!

We've been recently playing Pokemon Snap so I've been using the N64 feature of my NSO account. I've been saying for years that GoldenEye hasn't aged well.....but I've always wanted to play it with my sons anyways. Now I'll have the opportunity. Pilot Wings and 1080 were some of my favs so it'll be cool to revisit them too until my year runs out.

Seems like a silly reason to refuse to see a patient, but at the same time, he's a huge scumbag. Doctors at private practices do have the right to not see a patient. Now typically this means a "difficult" one, not someone who cheats on a video game. This one is a tough one. I think he's a slimy person that I wouldn't personally trust but at the same time is it really a big enough reason to refuse to see him for an annual checkup?

This is a series of games that I have never jumped in to. However, I was recently kind of wishing for them to come to the Switch so that I could give them a go. I'm really hoping this rumor is true.

Seeing his process was really cool; and if this helps someone with a disability enjoy video games more, then I'm all for it!

IMO, the 8bitdo controllers are top class.

I fully completed DKCR:TF. I almost 100%ed 3D World. I played Mario Maker 2 but mostly the player created levels. I'm nowhere close on Enter the Gungeon....still fun to pick-up and play. I own Celeste but never played it.

....and I totally forgot about this! This is why I'm not certain I'm buying the new game at launch. I think I've lost interest in the series a bit.

I must be part of the minority on this one. I keep going back and forth on whether to buy, skip, or wait. I bought my Switch for Splatoon 2. This time, I'm not sure I'm prepared to shell out another $60 to purchase the newest game in the series. It really feels like more of the same. The hub looks different but it's still basically the same exact thing. The characters are different but are still basically the same. I'm looking forward to new maps, but couldn't they just gave us those in the form of DLC? Same with new weapons? I don't know. I'm not asking for something completely different or major changes....I just feel like I'm getting ready to buy the most expensive DLC I've ever purchased and I don't really play #2 anymore so is it worth it?

I'm very excited to see his next project. As much as I love Smash, I'm hoping he's able to step away from the series and work on something different.

Rusty's is an amazing little game package. I don't own them all but I haven't touched my 3DS in over a year. I wish the next iteration would come to the Switch.

Looks fantastic! It's got my attention.

I loved this on the N64. The water effects were pure class back then. They followed this with the much improved sequel on the Cube. Personally, like most games from this generation, I prefer the newer versions. I would play the Cube game.....I'll give this one a play but I probably won't play if for long. These games haven't aged well.

I played the original Metroid on the NES as a kid, but I never stuck with it. I think it was a matter of me being a young kid and having absolutely no clue what I was supposed to do or where to go.

I then skipped the SNES for the Genesis so I totally missed Super Metroid.

I would consider my first real introduction to be Metroid Prime. I was instantly hooked. The Prime games are all awesome! I've since gone back and played the originals.

I have no desire for this one but thumbs-up to those who do! Good luck hunting everyone!

First Bioshock is a classic! Probably in my top 20 for sure....maybe top 10.

Second Bioshock is good, but too close to the first with less of the feeling you get playing through the first game for the first time.

Third Bioshock is great but I prefer the "under the ocean" setting over the "floating city".

If you've never played them, at this price there's no better time. I strongly recommend.

I purchased our Switch systems in order to play Splatoon 2. That game was the first game I owned, and we bought 3 copies so that my sons and I can play together. So I love the series. That being said, 3 doesn't look like it's delivering anything "NEW". It looks great, I'll most likely buy it, I'm just not as pumped as I was for the first two.

Everything else that was announced was basically in the other two games. This though, is something fresh; and I really want to play it.

I want all three.

I liked the Squid Sisters, but these are cool too.

More importantly, who's judging on the new game. Did they show that? First we had Judd, then Li'l Judd; .....baby Judd?

I'm loving this game but I've yet to spend any money. I'm happy just earning the free items at the moment.

I went to play these tracks last night only to find out that my youngest son took our family's copy on vacation with him. I guess I'll be waiting until Sunday to give them a try.

We complain about full price games and we complain about free to play games....can game developers even win?

Wake me up when the crew responsible for the wonderful N64 WCW games develops a modern wrestling game for the Switch.

@delt75 I too own both the NES and SNES classics; but unlike you, I neither preordered nor purchased on day 1. I picked them both up once the initial craze went down. I bought them at two different local stores. So perhaps it depends on the area you live in. In my experience, all of them were hyped soooooo much that they initially flew off the shelves, but if you were patient, you could find them all eventually. The one exception would be the TG16 one. That one I never saw in person. This was also my experience with both the Mario & Zelda Game & Watch systems. At first I never saw them, they flew off shelves as quickly as they were stocked. But eventually, they showed up.

Aren't these "classic" systems all released in limited supplies? Typically they don't provide the shortage excuse though.

I feel this is all part of the marketing strategy. Make people that are kind of interested feel that they NEED to buy this when they see it at their local store because if they don't they won't find it again.
