The Capcom End of Summer Sale is not just sticking to Switch releases either, and you can now grab some quality 3DS titles at a great price such as Resident Evil: Revelations, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies and many more.
It is worth bearing in mind that the 3DS and WiiU eShops will be closing next year, with August 29th being your last chance to add credit to your accounts via the console, so you'll have to move fast if you want to get these deals in time. While you are in the spending mood, why not check out our list of 3DS and WiiU DLC that you should get before the eShops close forever to see these Capcom games and many more recommendations.
This sale currently only applies to those using the North American eShop — but don't worry everyone else, we're sure that another sale will be coming about soon enough.
Which of the above bargains are you going to grab? Let us know in the comments below!

Gotta say, Dragon's Dogma for less than a tenner is a bargain!
I wish they'd discount some dlc. Specifically the older MH cosmetics. Do they ever do this?
Wish they would announce a physical Devil May Cry collection (yeah right)
You know, I really should get around to playing Resident Evil 4. One of my great gaming shames is never experiencing that game.
@Bunkerneath Yeah, much of Capcoms catalogue could do with seeing a proper physical release
hm fighting collections arent on sale?
@Bunkerneath There is one but it's quite expensive and is only available at Play-Asia. All games are not on the cartridge so that's a lame collection but it's something.
@Serpenterror no they are not, in the details: Please note that the DMC 2 and 3 download voucher is expired.
Therefore only the first one on the cartridge
The 3DS sales are amazing. Dirt cheap prices for some great games. Shame other publishers haven’t been following Capcom’s lead.
Aren't these same games on sale like every other week?
Man, I wish the Phoenix Wright Trilogy was available in cartridges outside of Japan. I just looked it up, and R$500+ is not worth it just to own a physical version.
@Bunkerneath I guess they are trying to rip people off now then, they should dropped the price if they are only selling just the first game as the second and third game can't be redeem.
What's the matter with Europe's Capcom? Doesn't even bother for a long time now for sales on 3DS and Wii U although in NA has even on Virtual Console sales often these days. I would like to buy RE4 etc for 4.99 instead of 19.99 on WII U although I have the physical versions. At least on 3DS I bought everything I wanted on 2019 when they still had sales in Europe.
@TheBigK
Having played it on GC, it’s hard to go back to on Switch. The camera is weird, and the controls feel clunky. You may be better off waiting for the updated/modernized version releasing in 2023.
@TheBigK
$5 on Wii U right now.
@JimNorman, you completely left out the Wii U CAPCOM sale:
RE4 Wii Edition, Ducktales: Remastered, RE: Umbrella Chronicles, D&D Chronicles of Mystara, & RE: Revelations (1 only, 2 never made it to Wii U) are on sale right now.
@BrazillianCara
Phoenix Wright Trilogy is a port of GBA games. It would make more sense to put the 2nd trilogy on a cartridge.
Capcom needs to revive some of their other more neglected IP's on Switch like a new:
... Wun can only hope.
I would absolutely grab the Mega Man collections if Splatoon 3 wasn't coming out so soon. Then again, those ones go on sale so often that I don't think it'll matter in the grand scheme of things.
Also, I will take this opportunity to once again highly recommend the Ace Attorney Turnabout Bundle (though I couldn't for the life of me explain why it's 39.59 exactly, that seems like an error more than anything).
I might pick up Resident Evil Revelations. I remember trying the demo on 3DS and enjoying what I played.
As always the resident evil games are overpriced in this sale , I love resident evil but whenever they go on sale on Xbox & playstation you can get them alot cheaper gotta love that switch tax lol
@TheBigK it's definitely best to play resident evil 4 on the Wii if you can the motion controls are alot better
@wuntyme8 everyone says that when CAPCOM shows up somewhere.
wun can only hope.
@KayFiOS I've always been interested in Revelaitons myself but I'd want to play a regular RE game before diving (heh) into it personally (something like the remake of RE1 for instance).
@Kermit1 Yep and I'll keep saying it and hoping.
And maybe, just maybe... the universe will eventually manifest some of my sentiments.
... Wun can only hope.
@Fizza That's fair. I wanted to dive into RE4, but Capcom made the decision to not include gyro aiming, even though so many people praise the Wii version for its motion controls, and even after adding gyro aiming to RE5 and RE6, decided not to retroactively add it to RE4. Anyway, I might just end up emulating the Wii version, but it'll depend on what RE aficionados say about the upcoming remake.
