Snake Eater for Super Switch would be phenomenal! Also Konami should release Zone of the Enders 1+2! on the new Switch.

I hope they bring RE4 Remake to Switch 2 with exclusive content to honor the fact that the game started on Nintendo platform! And it could release with new motion/mouse joycon controls to bring back the amazing feel of RE4 from Wii.

Most of my friends keep avoiding the NSO! If we can’t buy the games then it’s a Nintendo’s loss! This isn’t a such a terrible idea reactive for game preservation! These games will be gone once the NSO goes away! Nintendo needs to fix this with the next system.

Super Nintendo Switch, would be better I feel over the boring Switch 2. Or Super Nintendo 2, which would count as well.

No exciting games from Nintendo except Prime 4! Pokemon turned to a piece of *h!t after Black 2, and it’s disappointing Nintendo doesn’t do anything about in which state the Pokémon company releases their games like Briliant Diamond and Violet! Never buying Pokémon again after multiple quality drops! We need to wait for Switch 2. Wish they released more games from 3DS like Ocarina and Majora 3D collection-that would be phenomenal!

Powerful enough? The Switch 2 is now competing against ps4/ps5, but we might be just a few years from ps6, and that might completely shut third party support if the new switch will be severely underpowered for even degraded ports.

I hate these comments that makes Nintendo feel like a toy for kids with no adult content. Why is Emio such a surprise when we have Doom, Resident Evil, No More Heroes, Bayonetta, Metal Gear, Arkham games, Alien Isolation, Nier Automata, or SMTV?!

Switch 2 was only successful because of big 3rd party support! If Nintendo wants the next gen system to succeed, it needs to stay relevant for 5-7years at least. During this time we will have a ps6 already, which means the Switch 2 will need to handle some re-made versions of PS6 games as well. The system needs to be very well designed! I don’t need 4K, but the games should focus more on handling 60FPS, and being able to process a lot of effects, complex AI, bigger draw distance and ray tracing. Also this gen Nintendo has a lot more competition today where Switch 1 had almost none in the handheld market. I agree that graphics don’t matter so much as fun gameplay, but seeing my favourite games like Arkham Knight totally butchered on Switch, this should not happen. Also most big games don’t even work without a download! That’s disgusting! If I buy a physical game, it needs to work out of the box, not with the need of internet- another great example was the Metal Gear Solid Collection vol.1, Doom 2016 (which doesn’t work also without an update), Wolfenstein NC, GTA DE, and more. I want to support Nintendo but along the things I have mentioned they also need to drastically improve the quality of analogue sticks! I have bought multiple Pro controllers and all started drifting just days after purchase and I take a super good care of all my devices( all my GameCube or PS2 controllers still work precisely as new! Switch controllers having issues brand new?! No Excuse!!!!! And it better have an Oled Screen.

This has to come to Switch 2! The devs already supported Switch one, so I can’t see why wouldn’t they support the next gen system from Nintendo.

Tropical Freeze is a much better game! Who would bother with this without any additional content!

@NFrealinkling well they might not surpass it by March, but with a price drop it should be quite simple in a 1-3years, since Switch will still get plenty of indie games and rereleases. PS2 was selling for a long time since 2000, and still while the ps3 released, plus expanded to other new regions. Switch has been out there just for 7years so there is a big chance they will pass the milestone. Also the Switch might be working as an accessory to Switch 2(maybe) further giving more incentive for people not to hesitate to buy both Switch and its successor.

Xbox will never outsell Nintendo. Look at current gen. Switch-150milion consoles and Xbox 29M and Ps5 60M. The smartest choice would be just developing games for the next Nintendo consoles.

Nobody talks how to properly use the menu. The simplest thing to do is to go to the big menu, and click on as many echoes you want to use-all of those will be in the quick select menu under: last used. So no problem at all.

@TheLX I think Metal Gear wouldn’t be where it is today if not for Yoji Shankawa. His art is far more important to make the game stand out than Kojimas work imo.

I hope we get Mr. KOJIMA’s new stealth action game on Switch 2!

If Nintendo releases some great titles like Metroid Prime 2/3, Twilight Princess/Wind Waker bundles maybe packed with the consoles for holidays, they could maybe sell a few more mil units.

It would easily work on Switch and even easier than Wonderful 101. The only downside-I don’t like the hovercraft missions. Otherwise Zero was great and million times better than Starlink from Ubisoft.

@8bit-Man I disagree. The co trolls felt like a breath of fresh air. I hate that unique games suffer because of lazy gamers that bash a solid game because of their impatience and rigid attitude.

@TechJunkie69 controls worked perfectly if you get used to different scheme. Very precise and unique. Not every game needs the same layout as every other game. Those that gave up soon because of their impatience missed a solid game. Not better than 64, but great arcade shooter far better than the lazy boring Starlink- Star fox had million times better gameplay.

This is ridiculous, just tested it yesterday!!!!! I have just 1 year old Oled Model Switch and last night I undocked a fully charged Switch, played Echoes of Wisdom, and the battery got to 1% just after like 1.5h or even less!!!!! That’s insane!!!!! This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!

This is the end of quality gaming! The constant release of unfinished content, it makes it easier to say- if you wanna play this, it’s at your own risk if you wanna play an unfinished content, and you agree to saying I am willing to play this in any shape or form and it can be taken down anytime… this is a disgusting practice and I won’t buy any content labelled as such.

If this is true, it makes me worried. Some people skipped the ps5 hoping the new switch would offer a next gen experience but 12gb ram might be rough considering steam deck already has 16GB ram. Nintendo will also need to handle PS6 games in some degraded form but 12GB ram sounds insufficient. Hopefully Nintendo will be aware of what specs next gen systems will have, including ps5 pro, to make games that run very smoothly and most importantly- make games that fully fit on a cartridge!!!! That’s the most irritating thing on Current Switch!!!!!!!!! If I buy a game physically, it needs to be complete!

For that price without a disc drive?!!!! That’s insane! I also wanted to Upgrade from my ps4, but Sony just keeps pushing graphics. If the new PS5 could natively play ps1-ps4 discs, I would buy it right away no matter the high cost, but this is plain illogical investment! Guess I will skip the ps5 gen altogether. Hope Nintendo will make better choices and if the price is high, I hope we get a serious power boost and most importantly CARTRIDGES, that can always fit full games!

@roy130390 that’s nonesense, my first MGS was 1 &2 and Twin Snakes had some incredible choreography in the cutscenes! Plus if you are not a baby, you don’t need to use the first person view and play it the old way. It’s definitely better than the original!

I also hope that they rerelease Volume 1 for Switch 2 with all games on the cartridge!!!! I didn’t buy it only for that reason. Maybe having both Volume 1 & 2 in one box?!!! That would be ideal!

They should include MGS: Twin Snakes in Volume 2!

@chipia well important is how they change difficulty. They always go the cheap route- enemies more health and more damage, instead of making better AI- enemies with more behavioural patterns than on Easy settings, more sporadic and less predictable attacks, and enemy group behaviours. Make old time fans happy too than just watering the experiences down like with Mario Wonder.

Hope we get a decent challenge, because Link Between Worlds was super easy even on higher difficulty. I wish we can unlock more difficult settings after beating Hero Mode.

If all was on a cartridge with a nice new menu I would get this! But I hate these half baked physical releases like MGS, Batman Arkham,… where majority of the content has to be downloaded! No buy!

Just the art style of Engage made me to refuse buying it! Who the heck chose that cheap punk art style for a serious fantasy game. Can you imagine Lord of the rings where Gandalf has a half hair pink?! Riddiculous choice!

Monster hunter experienced renaissance thanks to Nintendo so It cannot pass the new Switch!

Nintendo should Honor his death by releasing a physical double-pack of Goldeneye 007 and Perfect Dark on Switch with his artwork bonus book! Xbox has released those games via Rare Replay but those games have such legendary status, that they should be celebrated, and made widely available, not hidden behind a subscription service that will be gone one day.

I hope both are playable equally and impact each other worlds.

Companies are lazy to pay game testers and it’s cheaper to sell unfinished products and get testing be done for free by players!!!!! This is not acceptable! Either charge half the price and claim it’s unfinished so that game collectors won’t waste money on unfinished physical games which is completely ruining the physical gaming!!!!!! Or start releasing finished products as it should be!!!!!! Don’t accept this practice people!!! Don’t buy unfinished games!!!

Everyone I know won’t be happy unless all NSO games will become available for purchase too! There are so many games that are already available like this-Contra, Turok, Mario 64,… why not make everyone happy! Please support this!
