@DwaynesGames Oh absolutely, along with Wario Land SML3… those were my first two Gameboy games as a kid. I found the release schedule with GB bizarre, like SML1 coming after SML2, and the DKL games coming before DK94… I’d love to see Mole Mania too.
I just mention Zoda’s Revenge because we’ve had the NES app FOREVER and it was one of my favorite carts back in the day. Like, they should have dropped it YEARS ago alongside the first Startropics. It just baffles me. So anywhere I get the chance I’m the Zoda’s Revenge guy online. I’m starting to think whoever is in charge of adding games to it doesn’t even know what it is or that its a 1st party Nintendo game.
On that note we need the other Lolo games as well, including the GB one.
North America, as it has energy, a sense of excitement and movement, and directional force coming off the cover to the viewer. The green is also more exciting.
After having a blast on Quake 2, my love for deathmatches was rekindled. I checked the online on Turok 2. It was dead. And they never added split screen functionality. I never got to play Turok 3. I’ll definitely pick it up.
Speaking of dead. Doom 2016, Eternal, and Duke Nukem all have dead online play on the Switch. Unless theres this magic happy hour I don’t know about. I know games go dead, however, I’m surprised these reputable titles are. I figured they’d have stronger followings.
This list was made specially for me and my years of complaining like an old man shouting at clouds. Hopefully the NSO team reads it. I loved “the entire Virtual Boy library” as the last touch.
I tried Mystery Tower with an open mind, and while I might have given this game a better try if I rented it when I was 4 in the late 80s / early 90s… its just not what I want to play. Where are games like Zoda’s Revenge, ‘92 Recca and The Mysterious Murasame Castle? Theres some deep cut gems left that I played regularly on 3DS and Wii U. I’d also love to see games like Whomp Em and Conquest of the Crystal Palace. But anyway. There were some really cool games I used to rent a lot as a kid…
Kirby’s Tilt N Tumble and Harvest Moon were nice surprises on the other systems though.
EDIT: Oh yeah and of course Blaster Master is great. I may try Mystery Tower again when I’m not super tired. Others seem to love it.
@Bobb Funny you say that, I swear the last Wii U update is what broke my Wii U. It was fine until I updated it. And it was well cared for and never hacked, and periodically played every couple of months. It now starts up and freezes every time I’m in the game menu. I can’t even get to the settings fast enough to reset the system. Haven’t been able to try Voltar’s solution yet. But I found it very, very odd. Right before the eShop closed at that…
@Ryu_Niiyama Thanks!!! I guess I haven’t found that part yet. Now to somehow hoard these weapons. I’ve only got 7 hearts at the moment and just got my camera…
“Just like the Smash Bros. amiibo, this Link amiibo will give you a second chance to get Epona — and you can actually register two at the stable this time, as well. Otherwise, it's the same assortment of weapons and fruit.”
I’ve totally had multiple Eponas in BOTW at my stable though. Speaking of which, I was pleasantly surprised all my horses from the first game were waiting on me!
Wasn’t Trine 4 supposed to get DLC or something? I got the entire collection at Wal-Mart new for $5 several years ago, and that was one of the luckiest finds ever as far as Switch games. Looking forward to this one.
It does need to be a hyper realistic, serious, intense game. If its more like Arkham City it would work well in my opinion. It would make an excellent live action movie as well. If you’ve read Last Ronin, its nothing like the Turtles media we’ve been fed over the years. Making it like the old games or movies would probably not work. Though don’t get me wrong, I love Shredder’s Revenge and most of the old games and movies.
Speaking of updates. I brought my Wii U to college today to play some older stuff with my friends between classes. Since I heard they die if not played often. Plus, I was gonna round up a few last eShop games. It was working fine, then I went to check for an update and updated it… now its not fine. It freezes a few seconds after every boot up now. I can’t even get to the system settings fast enough to try to reformat the thing. I’m now in the dead Wii U club. I’ll call that an instability update.
I upgraded to an OLED earlier this year and I love it. It feels so much sturdier. My launch Switch actually came in the mail with cracked air vents on top and got continually worse, I had keep armor on it. I ended up giving it to a friend after the transfer.
I’d say since people are already winning contests with it and it ethically crosses lines taking what is created by others, I choose not to support it. Real art, and people who hone their craftsmanship have value. That value has already been challenged and diminished enough.

All good games!!! (Still waiting on Zoda’s Revenge… lol)
Re: NES-Inspired Platformer Rugrats: Adventures In Gameland Crawls Onto Switch Next Month
It almost looks like Bonk.
Re: Talking Point: As A Nintendo Fan, Do You Really Need To Play The Virtual Boy?
If you do buy a Virtual Boy, make sure the screws aren’t rusted or stripped, and you can repair it if needed.

Primal Light rocks. I love it so far. Feels like a deep cut SNES gem that I missed in my childhood.
Re: Reminder: The New Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom amiibo Are Now Available
Anything worthwhile other than paragliders? I got them in the mail today.
Re: Review: Castlevania Legends - A 'Vania So Poor It Got Booted From Canon
As bad as the game is, I cherish my cartridge and enjoy its Super Gameboy functionality occasionally.
Re: Random: This Drink Driving Game Is A Nasty Blemish On The Switch eShop
@SpeedRunRocks Props on the Racer X!!! However this game gives me Vince Neil vibes .

Re: Feature: Meet The Virtual Boy Fan Making New Tech And Games For Nintendo's Console Curio
Long live the Virtual Boy. I’m still sad the 3DS and Labo never touched on the opportunity to relive the games.
Re: We're Itching For These Tasty Resident Evil Switch eShop Discounts
RE4 still needs motion controls… and Revelations 2 has a glitch with the amiibo and BP that won’t go away.
Re: The Witcher III On Switch Finally Gets DLC Inspired By The Netflix Series
May have to start over soon and get back into it. I left off at a weird part and barely remember all I had done.
Re: Soapbox: Switch Is Only A Classic Or Two From Being The Perfect PlayStation History Lesson
I’d love to see remasters of the Shadow Tower and Kings Field games on Switch.
Re: PSA: Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom News Channel Offering Free In-Game Items
Nintendo! Recall that time you dazzled me? Well, its dazzling time again, baby!

Playable NPCs. Fascinating. Any interest for this game has died suddenly, however.

Re: Random: Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Contains A Cute Nod To BOTW's Champions' Ballad DLC
I’m sad I can’t display my weapons anymore. I really don’t want to use my Biggoron Sword and Dusk Claymore.
EDIT: So what about the rare soul who never played BOTW, or had their house built, and is playing Tears first?
Re: The New Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom amiibo Is Now Available, Did You Get It?
Preordered it online from GameStop back in February. Order is still “processing.”

BOK! BOK! BOK! Time to make something Startropics inspired.
Re: Random: Nintendo's New Zelda Video Asks "When Did You First Wield The Master Sword?"
I started on the NES and played the first five Zelda games in order. So, Link to the Past, back in the day.
Re: Keiji Inafune Is The Producer Of Level-5's New Fantasy Life Game On Switch
I hope this game gets a demo. I loved the 3DS original.
Re: Random: Of Course People Are Thirsty For Ganondorf In Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom
Unrealistic. The real peak body type would be Master Kohga’s dad bod. He has a whole slew of followers going bananas for it.
Re: GameStop Fires Employee For Leaking Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Switch
Hope his unemployment check covers his copy of the game.

Huh… I just got a free play yesterday. Tried it just now and got another one.

Re: Hands On: Puzzle Bobble Everybubble! - A Warm, Cuddly Return (Except For The Space Invaders)
I must get this for my wife and I.
Re: Poll: Box Art Brawl: Duel - Burger Time Deluxe
Can’t believe Japan is losing. That cover is bad it should be legendary. Its incredible.
Re: Video: Everything That Could Go Wrong With The Switch's Successor
It needs another MicroSD slot. Just one 1TB isn’t enough for another generation, if everything can carry over.
Re: Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom amiibo Goes Live On Amazon UK, Pre-Order Now
Hopefully this one offers something special in comparison to the 500 other Link amiibo and Breath of the Wild versions.
Re: Talking Point: Which Mario Suits Do You Want To See In The Super Mario Bros. Movie?
@Ade117 also include M.C. Hammer’s Can’t Touch This in the soundtrack clip.

A lot of Castlevania and Mega Man.
Re: Zelda: A Link To The Past Artwork "Brought To Life" In Absolutely Stunning Animation
This is what we need. Exactly this. Nothing else.
Re: Random: A Keyboard That Looks Like A Switch? Megalodon Has You Covered
Something like this for RPG Maker MV and Monster Hunter would be nifty!

Re: Free Monster Hunter DLC For Sonic Frontiers Now Available On Switch
How do you access the mini game? I just got the game and the DLC.
Re: Soapbox: After 10 Years I'm Finally Getting A Wii U, But Where Should I Start?
Fill your Wii U up with Skunk Software, RCMADIAX, and TreeFall Studios titles, then beat AVGN to making a video about it.
Re: Retro Splatterfest 'Infernax' Gets New Character For Halloween
Still my GOTY. I have just a few endings to wrap up still.

Re: Talking Point: Which Animation Studios Should Tackle Nintendo's Other Franchises?
Startropics drawn by Madhouse/Kawajiri.
