Rating is low to me. I think more like 6.5 if you are big fan of anime/these character/shows. I own it on PS4 and it was worth the buy. Think when this hits $39.99 on sale, you wouldn’t regret buying it.

@SaveDinos I don't agree. I feel men are very often stereotyped & portrayed in a specific way & I’ve seen handicapped people (wheelchair or otherwise) portrayed in many ways from geniuses, to villains, to cool kids, to heroes, to leaders, etc.

Feels like you are making a lot of assumptions.

Is it important people of all races, creeds, ages, abilities, etc are shown in ways that they can be positive influences on individuals & society? Of course! Does that mean people can never be shown otherwise? No.

Maybe a handicapped person saw this and thought “oh, I’ve felt like that. Kinda nice to know I’m not the only one struggling with these feelings. Maybe there is someone out there that can relate to me & help me through this”.

We NEED ALL aspects of all people to be on display - “good and/or bad”

We don’t all interpret the same character, story, game, etc the same way.

Loved this on Wii U. Can’t wait to dive back in on the Switch. Im really hoping you can play multiplayer on multiple Switch units ala MK8D.

I’m all in on 3D All-Stars & 3D Lands/BF. Never played 64, Sunshine or Galaxy so i’m so excited to get the chance.

The Mario Kart Live has me really interested too. Me & 3 of my kids each own a Switch and I could see us having dome serious fun with this!

This is one of those instances.

I am going to write the makers of God of War. I don’t like the way they depict fathers as stoic, cold, heavy handed, etc. As a father, it offends me and perpetuates a stereo type of toxic masculinity...or it’s just simply how Kratos is as a father & isn’t mean to represent all fathers.

Just like this character.

Don’t think there needs to be an apology. If that’s how the character feels, that’s how the character feels.

My father lost his leg almost a year ago in a car accident that nearly took his life. He was in a dark place and said some similar things while in the hospital.

One character or person sharing their feelings doesn’t always have to represent everyone in that group.

(Side note: my wife is a pediatric rehab nurse for the last 15 years, so I have heard many positive AND negative mindsets from her patients - vast majority are positive & upbeat)

Looks pretty cool. Very Star Wars Squadron-esque. I’ll have to keep an eye on this since I doubt Switch is getting the new SW game.

Really only care about Immortals. Hopefully its further along than it seems. I’ll be tuning it to check out it’s progress.

I’m REALLY looking forward to this game (optimistically hopefull). Need another open world action-adventure game to scratch my itch on Switch until BotW2 releases.

On the name change, it’s whatever. Wasn’t like Gods & Monsters wasn’t pretty generic sounding itself. I’d assume Fenyx is the name of the main character, hence the spelling stylization.

Not a big fan of MH series but if its more like MH Stories I could be interested.

Im getting this over the weekend. Enjoyed it on PS4 but since I spend most of my time gaming in handheld mode, it’s worth a double dip, especially at $40 (on Amazon).

The price is right to give this a go. Think it’s only $17.99 right now. Do I think it will be better than Pokemon? No. I’ve played Nexomon on iOS and it very much feels like a mobile game. I’m expecting this to feel similar. Anyone curious about the series, you can try it out there first.

Side note: I bet many of the “Pokemon sucks” crowd still don't buy this even though they’ll post on message boards how much better it will be than SwSh. 🙄

This is a very cool set. Might have to get this & stash it away until X-mas (assuming it’s available before then)

Probably a pass for me but my 8 year old son is excited for it.

@Shamrock more like $399, $299 & $199 with 3DS/2DS offering $99/$59 price points. No way Nintendo sells the Switch Lite for $100. If you are lucky, the Big N will drop it to $179 refurb.

They need more sorting options for the boxes. I should be able to sort (not filter) my Pokemon by type, ascending level, descending level, A-Z, Z-A, etc.

Why? Why wired? As soon as I see a wired controller it’s a hard pass. Shame too because the red & gold controller looks very nice.

@Alucard83 I do not own a computer. My phone IS my computer. I do own a Switch though. As you can see from my avatar, I’m a huge Suikoden fan but I’m not buying a console for one game.

I REALLY want to back this but not if it’s skipping Switch.

Im a sucker for co-op games. Especially couch co-op so I was hoping this might be something fun to play with my kids but it looks awful. The platforming, the fighting, the graphics all look pretty terrible. Oh well, I guess I’m moving on from this one.

Again, I can think of 4-5 games this more closely resembles than Zelda. NL just has an obsession with calling everything “Zelda-like”

Pokemon Sword DLC & BotW are on the agenda. Might do a little co-op with the kids in DQB2 & Rogue Company as well.

Im happy the games sold well as I found SwSh to be really fun. It’s currently my second most played game on Switch (behind only BotW). I’ve really enjoyed co-op max raids, the main adventure, & roaming the Wild Area trying to complete my Pokedex. I recently purchased the DLC & that has pulled me back in again.

Is the game perfect? No. I’m not a fan of experience share, being able to swap Pokemon away from the PC and the animations/graphics could be better but none of those things detracted from the FUN of the game...and that’s WHY I play games, to have fun.

So people can say what they want about the sales figures & those who bought these games: “they are sheep, blind followers, uneducated/uncultured masses” but Pokemon SwSh EARNED it’s 18+ million in sales by being a FUN game.

$59.99??? Better have a BUNCH of extra content packed in.

Give me SM3DW, Starfox, NES Remix, Devils Third, & Nintendoland.

Im a fan of the show & I was looking forward to the game. Review is about what I expected, based on past anime adaptations. Probably grab this when it eventually goes on sale on the eShop.

They are interested but if we want it on Switch we’ll have to “show interest” by doing a cross country run.

I’ve seen the standard version on sale for $15 a few tike before but getting the Ultimate Edition $27.50 is really amazing. Think I’ll finally pull the trigger on it this time.

Looks fun but I doubt I’ll buy this at launch. I can almost guarantee this will be 33-50% off in a future eShop sale. That’s when i’ll bite.

Looks awful. I have no idea why in the age of Switch, iPhones, etc would someone need this. I guess if you are into novelty items and got money to waste, go for it?

No surprise here. The OG games are still so fun to play and the original 151 are simply iconic. I know people complain about Kanto being over used/represented but that’s what happens when its people’s favorite game in the series and has the series most poplar pokemon.

Im an absolute sucker for Suikoden. This will be the first time I actually contribute to a Kickstarter campaign. I have played & still own every game in the series.

I hope they are able to capture that same magic. Seems to have all the ingredients: 6 member battles, HQ system, runes, etc. Fingers crossed it reaches it’s goals & makes it to Switch.

@Yanina The great to hear. I’ve had the DLC for a couple weeks but haven’t played it yet. Figured this would be the perfect time to start exploring the Isle.

I’ll be on vacation for the next 5 days, starting tomorrow. So I should have plenty of time to catch up on some gaming. I’ll play Rogue Company, Luigi’s Mansion 3, Isle of Armor DLC and some BotW...I got sucked back in again.

My kids have rediscovered their 3DS and just found my old carts for Pokemon Y & Pokemon White 2. So I suspect they’ll play those quite a bit this weekend.

@Kalmaro Huge Suikoden fan. Still own all the games. Just played through I & II again recently (for the millionth time). Its a fantastic series and if you enjoy JRPGs then I highly recommend.

Side note: I saw a comment where someone said the story in II wasn’t good: WTF! It’s praised as on of the best stories of any RPG. It’s got heart, complex characters, and a great twist.

I commented before but also wanted to day this will be the first time (and I swore I never would) contribute to a crowd funding campaign.

Whaaaaa? This is awesome. Suikoden II is my favorite all-time game & the Suikoden series is my favorite JRPG series. I’ve been waiting so long for Suikoden VI but this will hopefully be a great alternative. Maybe if this does well we can hope for a Suikoden Collection on Switch 🙏🏼
