I guess it makes sense, but it still feels like they’re just playing it safe with MKW as a launch title.

I still kind of prefer the Switch 1 cases. They just look a bit more natural.

Just wanted to come back to this and share info on something that just happened. So I got an email from Nintendo, about my Switch 2 registration, and it said… I was still in the queue, and that I should still keep an eye out for an invitation. Nintendo, you stinky dirty filthy fricken gosh darn backstabbing backstabber 😂

I’m still playing it since it’s my only console (plus I’ve been working on my island in ACNH and have also been replaying a bunch of Mega Man games).

Wouldn’t have been interested regardless; Zero’s not a fighter, and I wouldn’t be caught dead with an assist trophy.

Also Nintendo: names the first sequel to their hit animated family movie after the fourth/fifth/sixth game in the series.

@Sine The chip being finalized has nothing to do with actual consoles being produced. Why would they have a bunch of Switch 2s sitting in a warehouse in 2021 if they didn’t plan on selling them until 2025?

@Spider-Kev They hold nothing as far as I’ve heard; they just give you access to the digital file of the game in question.

@RiasGremory I was joking and referring to the fact that apparently Nintendo used to require third party developers to go through a ton of hoops in order to get their games on the NES/FC. In terms of the cartridge situation right now, I have no idea who’s to blame.

Here’s hoping they release an actual mouse accessory in order to make the experience more comfortable.

Anybody else think Oscar’s starting to lose it? He disappears for a couple of days, and then shows up to say something about peanut butter needing to be ashamed of itself. I’m starting to feel concerned about the state of his mental health. Do you need a therapist, Oscar? I’m sure Isabelle doubles as one.

Can’t wait for the Nintendo Switch 2 Hands-off Experience; hopefully I’ll at least be invited to that!
On a serious note, this feature will be helpful for stopping my (extremely inconsiderate) brother from taking the console.

So basically it was supposed to go down the path of Battle Network, which apparently was intended to end at the third entry, but Capcom couldn’t let Lan and Hub/Mega Man get any rest. Should Battle Network make a comeback? I wouldn’t mind…as long as it’s after Star Force 4, X9, Legends 3, ZX3…

@LastFootnote Yeah, but most of the time, the new game had already released or had already been revealed. This would be the perfect opportunity for a reveal. But I should probably temper my expectations.
