I keep saying, how sad that while other Nintendo IPs enjoy strong support, and I mean even give them the benefit of some delay to have their new game ready without problems and support from some external developer; with the Pokémon franchise and its developers is another story...

Yes, I would like to be that developer who has 2 to 4 games in development, and which are games that have been in development for a long time (4 years) and I have to have them in 2 years or less and without the right to a delay for repair issues as have had other games; and still support other projects and prepare for the next generation with 2 more games.
Oh, and that I have to share the profits with Nintendo and the Pokémon company, and in the face of errors due to this work pressure, I have to receive most of all the complaints, scolding, and insults.

The detail is that Game Freak is not totally responsible for the problem, it is more or less than Nintendo and the Pokémon company that have wreaked havoc here.
These latest Pokémon games are not seen as simple games, it really is seen that there is a lot of development involved, however, it is true, there is still a lot to polish and complete, so time really needed, these games are not a few years, and Game Freak had to do that in those few years, adding to the work of Shield and Sword and Legend Arceus without forgetting other projects that have to be there.
if another Nintendo games like Zelda, Metroid, Bayonetta, and more have had delays to fix those details before of their deadline, why do they deny Pokémon and Game Freak that?!!

Licca chan is the equivalent of the Japanese Barbie from the Takara company (Takara Tomy), it has been around for many years and is quite popular: as @HammerGalladeBro mentioned there, it was a playable character in the fighting game "DreamMix TV" by Konami -Hudson soft-Takara; and as @SmileMan64 also mentioned, she had an anime that even reached Latin America, under the name "Super Doll Licca Chan"
Also, it's common for her to have clothes based on characters from other famous franchises (well, that's normal for Fashion Dolls)

I would mention Princess Peach, despite being a recurring and main character in the games, most of the main games she is just an NPC to be rescued or supported, very rarely with a usable character role, although sometimes Mario's shadow, and she only had her main Role in her own only game which was Super Princess Peach, which is a great game that seems almost very underrated, a hidden gem almost forgotten...
She deserves a year, along with the other princesses and girls (like Daisy, who already deserves a main game too), plus, in the incoming Mario movie, she's already given a personality that deserves to be checked.
