All the classic era NFS games (original, from 1 to 6) had original racing music, and it really is a great soundtrack, I miss that kind of soundtrack in today's games; Now, most of them are just licensed songs from some top trending or TikTok that are, most of the time, not even relevant for racing games...
For me, without further information, it is still a rumor, even though that icon is on the official EA page. HOWEVER, and at the same time, it gives me hope, as I have always had, that this game will really revive, just have to wait for the update to the webpage and the video trailer, with the real release date.
Who remember MySims?
Me!!!, Really I adore this franchise, and for me, was very sad and hurt when the announcement for a "MySims 2" was cancelled, and well, as a EA's franchise, I understood that possibly something new from MySims would not be seen in the future..., oh well.
Now, since it is a rumor, I only know that until I see an official announcement, there is simply nothing yet...
"but", I keep my hopes as it has been with other franchises left behind in time
Oh Wildbrain, which was previously known as DHX media (and before, they got Studio B Productios), and they were the producers of the My Little Pony Friendship is Magic series and are currently the owners of the Strawberry Shortcake franchise.
Interesting option to stream the classic Pokémon series.
Well, This is Mario Kart, there are days that literally the races are a calm walk in the park, but... There days where literally you are the focus of hatred and survival instinct is you unique friend, or... , only you, and only you in the he... .
XD
Well, You just have to keep trying and not give up.
@sanderev
Yeah, The Pokemon company is owned inpart by Game Freak, BUT, Pokemon company is the BOSS of Game Freak, yeah, It sounds incongruous, but that's how things are, they created their own "boss" to have control of the franchise in general, so in part, The Pokemon company is autonomous and therefore, does not receive orders from Nintendo or Game Freak, and ALSO, They decide everything about the franchise: Anime, Manga, Toys, Events, when the next main game will come out, as well as the spin-offs and if any of them will come out on NSO.
" "You haven't licked one yet a game card..." "No, not yet" " Ok, i believe that someone need a candy, seriously..
"Play in the toilet"? Please, no please, no thanks!!
Anyway, You still don't include Smartphones in the survey?, because that answer should be included too (one of my answers was one of those that should be there!), remember that there are games in there, including Nintendo games!!
@sanderev Game Freak develop main games, but they can't control them, that job (if old main games may be in the NSO, or no), is entirely of the Pokemon company.
and that's how it should have been in this generation, too many games in a short time was simply a 'martyrdom', especially for Game Freak, who besides not being able to do things right because so much work in a short time, ended up "paying the price"; receiving contempt (even to this day, there are still people who are unhappy, you can see them in the comments) for something that was not entirely their responsibility, but also, The Pokemon company, who should have been responsible for all this, but, well...
Let's see if with this, that we can see more development time and that they are hiring more workers, they help to improve this problem of rushed games developed.
I remember a Nes/Famicom game: "The Legend of Valkyria" that before starting, it asked you some "personal" questions, especially the zodiac sign, favorite color and something else, although I don't remember...; The point is, those questions had a permanent effect on the character, from attack strength or HP/life bar level.
For me, if that could be translated today to give emphasis to the personality of the main character in question, that would help to have a reactive character without difficulty depending on that initial questionnaire, which in theory, would be our personality in the character
I repeat as i said in the another topic; as ever, really un excellent Direct, many games for everyone and interesting surprises.
Well, for me, great games, but no for my favorites, however, is good to play them when i have a opportunity.
And yes, really, 7 years for switch is too much, but really still more games appear indicating that, yes, this console has much steam for the next year, and still, there are games that didn't appear, for the moment, as the Sims, well, the time will tell us when is the moment for the change.
As ever, a excellent Direct, many games for everyone, and interesting surprises!!
For me, well, none one is totally my cup of tea, but, Zelda, Mario Party, Farmagia, Phantom Brave and Mario & Luigi are my interest, ok, to wait for them! ^•^
As time goes by, I played that game a lot and I practiced it a lot, too much, XD; and then with the communication with the Game Boy game, playing with the characters that you trained there, was a wonder for me.

Sorry, only there it was not using the "cable link", it was using the "transfer pack", the one used in Pokémon stadium.
"As previously mentioned, this game is a retro-style racer recreating 'SuperScaler' visuals and "harkening back the age of Power Drift, OutRun and Ridge Racer..."
More to Power Drift in the style racing mode, it's say, using Drift in every corner, but in visuals, is more to a N64 game, Choro Q 64, that one is the more close, especially in the "chibi" car draw
Isn't it supposed that they have been out of their financial problems for a few years, especially the "Bankruptcy", and now they are "playing to eat the competition"?, If they already lost many IPs (like Test Drive) and in others They even had demand and dislike from the public (like Rollercoaster Tycoon), but... oh well, it's their decision, let's see how it goes...
Oh, the memories when they bought Accolade inc., and then, Test Drive series (since 6 and related spin offs) starting with that colorful armadillo logo, until when they decided change armadillo for Atari
Despite not having been in the early days of the console, Konami's "Survival Kids" was a great game, and I could say, a great push in survival games, a fairly complete and interesting game for a Game Boy game; However, despite that "fame", it is still in the corner of the almost forgotten, it is literally not talked about much, it never had a remake, and I don't remember if it had a virtual console version or Konami game collection, only it had continuations that gave rise to the franchise, today known as Lost in Blue.

@Olrun
And what does Game Freak have to do with this, if they are busy developing their games? This is what The Pokémon company is for, they are the ones in charge of controlling the brand.
The problem with taking down that website is that very, very likely they found use of money, that is, there was commerce using the brand.
And that is the most obvious thing, if Nintendo/Pokemon company find something that generates money (even if it is little and they have been alerted) using some of their franchises, they will quickly act, because there really are too many fan games (and with very visible websites) and with many years of activity and they continue as if nothing had happened.
The idea of a third version no longer sounds interesting if we see that with the DLC, we already have the expansion that they gave to the original game, cheaper, without the need to start the entire game from 0 and without the need to drastically change the story that we shown in the original games (ahem US,UM)
However, if a third version were like Black 2 and White 2, would it be worth it, since these "third versions" were not only an expansion, it was a totally new story, ""a sequel"", so, well, really that third version will be worth it
In any case, I would buy a third version, however, really, as I mentioned, a version like B2 and W2 would really give a significant boost to the generation that is implemented like this, not for nothing, that 5th generation has been considered one of the best, in one point, for this <expansion> in history
No Railway Empire series? This game series is a spiritual succesor to Railroad Tycoon series, and specially, a excellent fan service for Railroad's fans!!
And no Rollercoaster Tycoon 3?, this game is the last 'best' version for this great game about fairs and theme parks!!
@_Figo_
Yes, everyone knows that Game Freak has part of The Pokemon company, since it was created as a management company for the franchise, however, even if you don't believe it, for Game Freak, that meant creating its own Boss, and yes, and it sounds strange but that's how it is and there are many cases that that's how things are and I can't make it up, in fact there are videos that explain it, but the most detailed ones are in Spanish, I can share it to you, but I don't know if you want because of the language .
The point is that for new games, neither Nintendo nor Game Freak has that decision, only the The Pokémon company can.
and sorry because my strong comment, but many do not understand this and literally have Game Freak as the main villain, when he is a victim of, even, his own creation, and the fact that at some point, many people will compare them to EA and even on Twitter they cruel bothered their producers, that was already an attitude of enough.
and, I also clarify, and even in the same video that I want to share with you, that Game Freak is not free from the current problem, they have their responsibility and that is not denied, but unfortunately, their hands are tied to a certain extent and the worst, I repeating it, being "the one who pays the price..."
@_Figo_ Seriously, if you still have hatred and contempt for Game Freak for what happened in the games, at least the criticism with foundations, to begin with, Pokemon pinball was developed by Jupiter, not Game Freak, their only foray with those games was for the Pokémon models and soundtrack, hence, the game is completely outside of Game Freak, and if you want a new version of Pinball or another spin off, it is with The Pokemon company that you have to contact for those requests, at least, they are not lorgnette.
@Gryffin Let's see, a GBA game, where the 3D modeling was somewhat complicated due to hardware limitations, and therefore, not everything in that game, one would assume, is in 3D models; by the way, the cutscenes were just images, not animations/videos; and also the soundtrack was also dedicated to the console's hardware. If you consider that with minimal effort it is to remake the vast majority of characters/enemies/objects and scenarios with a totally new 3D modeling, adding that the cutscenes are already fully animated, not simply images; The soundtrack was also remade for the standards of the current console; and adding new scenarios, a multiplayer, and more etc., no well, I don't know in what sense this is "minimal" effort...
I have always said it and I keep repeating it, the Directs will always be good/great, rather, excellent, because at the end of the day, they announced games for many Everyone!!!, for me, in particular, there was not one that completely caught my attention, however, all the games presented are good and interesting and with that, it is seen that at least one game was relevant for some, so, and that is mission accomplished and this Nintendo Direct was great!!!
@Fizza Here I also repeat it, if you see rumors, it is best to ignore them, never take them seriously, or like the plague, run away from them; If you want the expected announcement to be a surprise; But if some of you take them seriously, it's your problem and don't blame the companies for those rumors.
But the sad and unfortunate thing is that there will always be people who idolize those leakers, hackers or insiders; Why do you support those who harm companies' surprises by making announcements? Is your desperation really more important than patience?
@Dazman
It makes me cruel that many of you still believe that Game Freak doesn't do things well, first of all, because making games in less than 4, 3 or less still years, and without much help, is not easy and we know the results.
Also, do you think it's just the graphics? Game Freak in every Pokémon game develop each new Pokémon, each new human character, the region of the story, the background story, the details of each Pokémon (the info in the Pokédex) , New movements, Balance the Battles, the new mechanics in battles as in the adventure, and in addition to all this, programming it, developing the 3D modeling of the new Pokémon, new Humans, the complete region, the representation in battles and mechanics; all that in 4, 3 or less years, oh, and they still have more games in development at the same time, and totally all on their own!!!
Oh, and they also develop games that no are Pokémon!
Is it fair for you to tell them those things? Please!!!
Palworld is a good game, but it does not take away the fact, which even the director himself has confirmed, that their games are simply based on existing ones and almost everything is taken from "inspiration", in short, they already have a large part of the game made without developing something new, leaving the 3D modeling, which to add, they were already working before on a similar game, so also, part of the work was already done, and with the creatures, well it was only their longest work , although these inspirations are very strong, and to top it all off, the game is in early access, that is, the game was released "incomplete" and they will be improving and/or modifying it over time.
So, absolutely your comment is very out of place and I apologize for saying it, but very rude.
If The Pokemon company and Nintendo really have already learned the need that the franchise needs a break and time to improve, especially no longer making quite tight and even exaggerated schedules, and thus allowing Game Freak to develop a game as it should be (or at least , give it great support with another studio, perhaps Monolith?) then we would not see any news about the main games in this Direct; But, we know that unfortunately they will not stop squeezing this franchise if that means continuing with this fateful course...; I really hope they take the "point" that the franchise needs help and urgently, and not because they generate a lot of money, that is a fact, but the stain or damage to "their image", that does need to be fixed, specially that is a Nintendo game!...
In the case of the probable remakes, it is likely that they will be seen, because another studio does the work (well, if), but seriously, we hope that they have given the time and training to do that work as it should be.
It is interesting what Nintendo's plans will be for this year, whether or not it is the "Switch 2", some well-known strategy already used like the ones you mention (more Wii U re-release games, deluxe editions, remasters or remakes of some beloved game , etc.), but I prefer to wait and let Nintendo (or Third Party) make me say as the former Ratatouille critic said: "Surprise me!!"
No Insiders, No leakers, No hackers, only official and surprise Nintendo announcements!!
@Dragonite89
the same topic, but I don't completely agree for two reasons: One, Nintendo does not develop consoles totally for "economy", also for "ergonomics", they are very accessible, their battery (in the case of a portable) has good performance , they are not 'bulky', they do not consume too much energy, plus that means no overheating; and Second; When they develop the console at the moment, the technology they use is no longer as advanced when it is already on the market, which, well, yes, it should be updated, but it would be a lot of investment and more time to develop, in addition, than with the first point, the point is to have a "simple" console, not very complex for everyone and what made the 3DS famous, to be quite stable in general.
Something that I do agree with is that Nintendo maintains the initial price of its consoles even when they are already in the final stretch of their life on the market and that is exaggerating.
As I mentioned in another news, looks that nobody learned the GTA6 reveal incident?, many people angry, wining because the hacker revealed too much information about the game and the surprise, at end, no surprise, because almost everyone know about the trailer reveal and more data. Now, with the "Switch 2", that almost everyone know that will arrive in some future, because the age the Switch, but really, nobody can wait for ""official"" information?, it's necessary annoying to Nintendo affect it in this way?, really this is discordant....
Many already affirmed that yes or yes (and even from people who are supposed to be 99.99% reliable of those rumors), there was a Direct in THIS week, and today is Friday, and at least they would announce it in a few hours or at the weekend, it continues to be shown that the rumors are not to be taken seriously, and furthermore, many have not learned from the GTA6 announcement incident?, so much "desperation" to know about that game that when they leaked the true content, they ruined the surprise of Rockstar and fans who were waiting for the official announcement, oh well....
With Mighty Peach, here literally they pay tribute to an old and classic Namco game: Wonder Momo. Why?, because they transform into a heroine warrior ("power ranger or ultraman" style) and they are on their adventure, which is shown to take place in a teather stage
@JohnnyMind That is the sad point, as long as The Pokemon company does not adjust that "schedule" in favor of allowing Game Freak (and giving it support) to develop the games with more time necessary, the problem with the games will continue; And how, "the general pressure" to maintain that "poke machine" generating more and more products to "keep the fans" with the franchise is turning out to be a double edge, since it still generates a lot of profits, but it consists of putting more pressure rapid development of the next, and that means, new generations in a short time and yes, Game Freak and Creatures, working that extra time that they should not have, but unfortunately they have to obey.
A while ago I shared a video of this, which explains it very well, unfortunately it is in Spanish, but I recommend it.
and in another post about this, I also recommended an episode of a cartoon that, in my opinion, shows what this problem looks like with The Pokemon company, Game Freak, The franchise and even the fans; The episode is 'Canterlot Boutique', from the series My Little Pony Friendship is magic, and it seems like a joke, but it's not, I seriously recommend watching it and you'll see, as I saw it and I understood that it is exactly what we see in this conflict.
@IceClimbersMain
"All Gamefreak has to do is take some time and make a really good game."
The point, problem and <that many people> still do not understand is that.
Game Freak has problems with its flagship game because its immediate "boss", The Pokemon Company, has not allowed it to fix it; with excessive deadlines and little support to develop games that cannot be developed in less than 3 years, Game Freak is not entirely to blame as half the world wants to make it seem; Does they have responsibility? Yes, but they are not the villain. I don't think they themselves want their franchise to sink after so many attempts to improve (and even creating new Pokémon, human characters, settings and backstories); and that the same fans have cruelly turned their backs on them, but they already regretted it (hello 5th generation, I'm talking about you), but it's late, +10 years late...
As long as The Pokémon company does not change its strategies (and Nintendo should also intervene), and the fans do not receive the "good" changes, we will continue with these problems of a franchise damaged by consumerism...
It may sound a bit strange, but there is an episode of a cartoon that precisely shows this sad situation, and it is no joke, I recommend watching it and you will see that it is almost exactly what, I personally, see how everything happens between Game Freak, The Pokemon company and the franchise Pokémon, and until the fans.
The episode is "Canterlot Boutique", yes, the cartoon is My Little Pony, Friendship is magic.
"<We have received> many inquiries regarding another company’s game..."
This sounds to me more like pressure from something (or someone) else, because they were "calm", there were no real plans for confrontation, and apparently, they had already run out of patience...
The only thing that need Game Freak is really a correct and fair time development for its games, nobody can work correctly with unfair deadline times and pressure of "it's" boss and fans, if this become true, I can bet that the next Pokemon games will have a excellent performance and reception
Japan, Because of the nostalgia of when I played those games and enjoyed the story, getting to know its characters plus those who once met in GB's Mario Golf.
As long as The Pokémon company continues with its busy schedule, and Nintendo together with Game Freak cannot solve these development problems and hasty deadlines, Game Freak will continue with very forced and rushed games, "paying the price" for completely unpolished games, affecting just this point of the interesting stories that the Pokémon franchise can have and has had before.

Re: Talking Point: Pokémon Presents Predictions - What Are You Expecting?
@_Figo_
Seriously, if you still have hatred and contempt for Game Freak for what happened in the games, at least the criticism with foundations, to begin with, Pokemon pinball was developed by Jupiter, not Game Freak, their only foray with those games was for the Pokémon models and soundtrack, hence, the game is completely outside of Game Freak, and if you want a new version of Pinball or another spin off, it is with The Pokemon company that you have to contact for those requests, at least, they are not lorgnette.
Re: Japanese Charts: Mario Vs. Donkey Kong Takes Its Fight To The Top
@Gryffin
Let's see, a GBA game, where the 3D modeling was somewhat complicated due to hardware limitations, and therefore, not everything in that game, one would assume, is in 3D models; by the way, the cutscenes were just images, not animations/videos; and also the soundtrack was also dedicated to the console's hardware.
Re: Poll: So, How Would You Rate The Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase?
I have always said it and I keep repeating it, the Directs will always be good/great, rather, excellent, because at the end of the day, they announced games for many Everyone!!!, for me, in particular, there was not one that completely caught my attention, however, all the games presented are good and interesting and with that, it is seen that at least one game was relevant for some, so, and that is mission accomplished and this Nintendo Direct was great!!!
@Fizza
Here I also repeat it, if you see rumors, it is best to ignore them, never take them seriously, or like the plague, run away from them; If you want the expected announcement to be a surprise; But if some of you take them seriously, it's your problem and don't blame the companies for those rumors.
But the sad and unfortunate thing is that there will always be people who idolize those leakers, hackers or insiders; Why do you support those who harm companies' surprises by making announcements? Is your desperation really more important than patience?
Re: Pokémon Presents Announced For 27th February 2024
@Dazman
Re: Pokémon Presents Announced For 27th February 2024
Re: Nintendo Shares Drop Following Latest Reports Of Switch 2 'Delay'
@Narrator1
Also I mentioned that posts back, but sadly, here The Simpsons meme applies to many:
"You just don't learn, do you?"
Re: Talking Point: If 'Switch 2' Isn't Coming Until 2025, What's Nintendo Got Up Its Sleeve This Year?
It is interesting what Nintendo's plans will be for this year, whether or not it is the "Switch 2", some well-known strategy already used like the ones you mention (more Wii U re-release games, deluxe editions, remasters or remakes of some beloved game , etc.), but I prefer to wait and let Nintendo (or Third Party) make me say as the former Ratatouille critic said: "Surprise me!!"
No Insiders, No leakers, No hackers, only official and surprise Nintendo announcements!!
Re: Nintendo Is Currently The Richest Company In Japan
@Dragonite89
the same topic, but I don't completely agree for two reasons: One, Nintendo does not develop consoles totally for "economy", also for "ergonomics", they are very accessible, their battery (in the case of a portable) has good performance , they are not 'bulky', they do not consume too much energy, plus that means no overheating; and Second; When they develop the console at the moment, the technology they use is no longer as advanced when it is already on the market, which, well, yes, it should be updated, but it would be a lot of investment and more time to develop, in addition, than with the first point, the point is to have a "simple" console, not very complex for everyone and what made the 3DS famous, to be quite stable in general.
Something that I do agree with is that Nintendo maintains the initial price of its consoles even when they are already in the final stretch of their life on the market and that is exaggerating.
Re: Nintendo Shares Drop Following Latest Reports Of Switch 2 'Delay'
As I mentioned in another news, looks that nobody learned the GTA6 reveal incident?, many people angry, wining because the hacker revealed too much information about the game and the surprise, at end, no surprise, because almost everyone know about the trailer reveal and more data.
Now, with the "Switch 2", that almost everyone know that will arrive in some future, because the age the Switch, but really, nobody can wait for ""official"" information?, it's necessary annoying to Nintendo affect it in this way?, really this is discordant....
Re: Rumour: A Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase Will Reportedly Drop Next Week
Many already affirmed that yes or yes (and even from people who are supposed to be 99.99% reliable of those rumors), there was a Direct in THIS week, and today is Friday, and at least they would announce it in a few hours or at the weekend, it continues to be shown that the rumors are not to be taken seriously, and furthermore, many have not learned from the GTA6 announcement incident?, so much "desperation" to know about that game that when they leaked the true content, they ruined the surprise of Rockstar and fans who were waiting for the official announcement, oh well....
Re: New Princess Peach: Showtime! Trailer Reveals Four New Outfit Transformations
With Mighty Peach, here literally they pay tribute to an old and classic Namco game:
Wonder Momo.
Why?, because they transform into a heroine warrior ("power ranger or ultraman" style) and they are on their adventure, which is shown to take place in a teather stage
Re: Pokémon Scarlet And Violet Version 3.0.1 Is Now Live, Here Are The Full Patch Notes
@JohnnyMind
Thanks for taking the recommendations ^^
The Title of video is:
"El verdadero problema de GameFreak con Pokémon"
In English: "The true problem of GameFreak with Pokémon"
Re: Pokémon Scarlet And Violet Version 3.0.1 Is Now Live, Here Are The Full Patch Notes
@JohnnyMind
That is the sad point, as long as The Pokemon company does not adjust that "schedule" in favor of allowing Game Freak (and giving it support) to develop the games with more time necessary, the problem with the games will continue; And how, "the general pressure" to maintain that "poke machine" generating more and more products to "keep the fans" with the franchise is turning out to be a double edge, since it still generates a lot of profits, but it consists of putting more pressure rapid development of the next, and that means, new generations in a short time and yes, Game Freak and Creatures, working that extra time that they should not have, but unfortunately they have to obey.
Re: Palworld Modder Returns With 'Legally-Distinct Pocket Creatures'
@IceClimbersMain
Re: Cult GBA RPG 'Riviera: The Promised Land' Is Getting An HD Remaster
If some RPG GBA games will receive a try for returning to present days, I hope that the Summon Night GBA saga will have that treatment, please?
Re: The Pokémon Company Releases Official Statement About Palworld
"<We have received> many inquiries regarding another company’s game..."
This sounds to me more like pressure from something (or someone) else, because they were "calm", there were no real plans for confrontation, and apparently, they had already run out of patience...
Re: Soapbox: Game Freak Could Actually Learn A Thing Or Two From Palworld
The only thing that need Game Freak is really a correct and fair time development for its games, nobody can work correctly with unfair deadline times and pressure of "it's" boss and fans, if this become true, I can bet that the next Pokemon games will have a excellent performance and reception
Re: Poll: Box Art Brawl: Duel - Mario Golf: Advance Tour
Japan, Because of the nostalgia of when I played those games and enjoyed the story, getting to know its characters plus those who once met in GB's Mario Golf.
Re: Editorial: Happy New Year From Everyone Here At Nintendo Life
Happy new year 2024 everyone!! ^^
I hope that the good wishes and projects for everyone in this new year that begins come true!, and a big hug!!
Re: Editorial: Happy Holidays, Nintendo Lifers
Merry Christmas 🎄🎄!!
I hope your good wishes are fulfilled!!
Enjoy this day, plus with family and friends!!
Re: Soapbox: Kieran’s Hatred Of You In Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's DLC Almost Makes It Good
As long as The Pokémon company continues with its busy schedule, and Nintendo together with Game Freak cannot solve these development problems and hasty deadlines, Game Freak will continue with very forced and rushed games, "paying the price" for completely unpolished games, affecting just this point of the interesting stories that the Pokémon franchise can have and has had before.
Re: Poll: Rate Your Favourite Switch Games Of The Year 2023
I would include Fashion Dreamer, although here they gave it, for me, not a well-deserved 5/10, but well, my vote also goes to that game!!
