That is the sad point, as long as The Pokemon company does not adjust that "schedule" in favor of allowing Game Freak (and giving it support) to develop the games with more time necessary, the problem with the games will continue; And how, "the general pressure" to maintain that "poke machine" generating more and more products to "keep the fans" with the franchise is turning out to be a double edge, since it still generates a lot of profits, but it consists of putting more pressure rapid development of the next, and that means, new generations in a short time and yes, Game Freak and Creatures, working that extra time that they should not have, but unfortunately they have to obey.

The point, problem and <that many people> still do not understand is that.
Game Freak has problems with its flagship game because its immediate "boss", The Pokemon Company, has not allowed it to fix it; with excessive deadlines and little support to develop games that cannot be developed in less than 3 years, Game Freak is not entirely to blame as half the world wants to make it seem; Does they have responsibility? Yes, but they are not the villain. I don't think they themselves want their franchise to sink after so many attempts to improve (and even creating new Pokémon, human characters, settings and backstories); and that the same fans have cruelly turned their backs on them, but they already regretted it (hello 5th generation, I'm talking about you), but it's late, +10 years late...
As long as The Pokémon company does not change its strategies (and Nintendo should also intervene), and the fans do not receive the "good" changes, we will continue with these problems of a franchise damaged by consumerism...
It may sound a bit strange, but there is an episode of a cartoon that precisely shows this sad situation, and it is no joke, I recommend watching it and you will see that it is almost exactly what, I personally, see how everything happens between Game Freak, The Pokemon company and the franchise Pokémon, and until the fans.

As long as The Pokémon company continues with its busy schedule, and Nintendo together with Game Freak cannot solve these development problems and hasty deadlines, Game Freak will continue with very forced and rushed games, "paying the price" for completely unpolished games, affecting just this point of the interesting stories that the Pokémon franchise can have and has had before.

It sounds somewhat exaggerated, since the people who work in any corporation, from the most humble employee to the top boss, are humans and not having, at the very least, "comradeship" would indicate that it should not even be considered a "corporation."
It is true that positive things do not always happen, whether for the good of the company (salary or employees cuts) or for the workers (strikes), but at the end of the day, having the support of each other promotes a good environment and things improve, if that doesn't exist, a company wouldn't exist in the first place.

That's why I put "to understand" in quotes, because I understand those cases, I have gone to small towns (I live in a region where there are many small towns) where they barely have a GYM or even a PokeStop and yes, it is not nice that Those who live there are limited, however, if they can play Pokémon GO, they can provide feedback to Niantic, ""among all"", to ask that more Pokestops and Gyms be allowed in those towns; If when the game started, even the semi-large cities were limited in those places, today, there are even places in those semi-large cities where they are saturated.

I don't think they are completely done adding new content to the game, rather, they will be taking a <long break> to develop something new, since literally every 15 days there was something new, and if we do the math, there were +20 new items per year (circuits, karts, characters), which would be overwhelming if they continued with more (especially for new players and those who have not get everything, or what they want most, in the game).
Also, as some say, the game will continue to more tours, then, it's not the end, it's just a hiatus while something new is planned.

Very sad news, ..., However, personally, I already feared that it would happen sooner or later.
Despite many of us wanting Charles to be the voice of Mario forever; No one can forever be the actor or actress who represents a character loved by everyone, especially by life or events in this world; How many characters were left without their original voice, or more loved, just because their VA already could not continue in this world (or something not so sad as problems between the VA and the company) ...?
Of this, the positive side is that Charles will continue to be with Mario and Nintendo, in a new role, but he will continue.
There is no doubt that for everyone, or the vast majority, he will be the voice of Mario even after this, however, the opportunity must be given to those who follow in his footsteps, as I repeat again, this was inevitable sooner or later, the good thing is that it was not with something sadder as I mentioned paragraphs ago...

I find it cruel (and, well, rude) that half the world continues to blame Game Freak as if they were the ""only"" culprit, when Nintendo has the capital and support (like Monolith studios that has supported more than half of Nintendo's games) to provide it to Game Freak to develop the games well; and the Pokemon company that, since it provides the controls and the deadlines of the games, that does not make aggressive deadlines, seriously, those games need a correct development time; And of course it doesn't go away from the line that Game Freak needs to receive that support and improve its game development, it's its franchise, its ideas, teamwork is needed to improve this situation.
I would be concerned if they announce a continuation of Legends Arceus, because we repeat the decline of not allowing development times and aggressive deadlines; and in the case of a remake, that the developer in turn have more support and improve its experience.
