@IOI I hear the the Switch 2 Zeldas are Switch 1 game carts with a code for the upgrade. Here in Australia the Switch 2 versions costs $25 AUD more than the Switch versions. I'm guessing the upgrade will be around that price.

@JohnnyMind They got it ass backwards. Giving us the amazing Wii sports, a game enjoyed by three generations of my family for free. A game I would have paid for. Now charging us for a user manual. If Switch 2 fails it'll be because of this scumminess.

@TheExile285 I had a PSP Go and as such lots of digital games. The Vita played them all perfectly, except for the ones, that as you mentioned, were from doing so by their butt monkey publishers. Though I vaguely remember transferring a PSP game that wasn't available on the Vita store front via my PS3.

Remembering the beast that was the OG PS3. Three generations in one console.

I haven't bought a console on release since the N64. That won't change with Switch 2 but like my last few consoles I will grab this at some point in its second year. That seems to be the sweet spot.

I'm getting the upgrades. Price be damned.

@Serpenterror Agreed. My PSP Go came with 16gb, a huge amount at the time, and then Vita came along and we got nothing. Fortunately the Vita is now pretty well treated by the mod scene so proprietary memory is a thing of the past.

They are just copying the Vita.

@MergonTheShade One version of portable is "fits in my pocket" which a console hasn't done for a while. If your talking "throw it in your bag" portable it looks just as portable.
