@Strictlystyles I remember getting a US account for my vita, to get cheaper games than Australia. I guess that's not the case anymore. I just pre-ordered it for $75 which is around 50 USD.

@Moose_4 That's on par with Australia's cheapest price. £60 is crazy. That's AUD 104. USD 70 is around the same.

P3, and P5, both suffer, in my mind, because they aren't P4. I just love every aspect of the darn game, so much.

@Grandiajet I've found peace in "I've paid for this game, it sucks, that money is lost, i dont need to play it" mentality. I totally relate to the sheer bloody-mindedness of forcing myself to play a game I bought. As I ease into middle age, bloody-mindedness is bad for my blood pressure.

@Rafie There's usually a few. Surely you've sat down with a highly acclaimed game, and thought "I don't get it, this sucks".

I still want to get it, despite having it on xbox. I've never played Persona on a TV before, just three of them on the vita. Handheld just feels "right".

What are the actual odds of a joycon drifting? I've got an og switch l, and a lite. I've never had a problem, and I've played around 1000 hours on each one.

I don't know if this can capture my heart the same way P4 Golden did. I look forward to finding out.

Whilst I am going to play it on my xbox, the Switch feels right. Maybe because all my previous Persona experience has been on PsP, and Vita. P3 and P4 golden are both beloved highlights of the previous decades gaming.

P4 golden was soooo good on the vita. I was looking forward to handheld Persona once again. Then I heard it was coming to gamepass, and I'm paid up almost 2 years. To top it off, my wife is away for a couple months, so I don't have to battle for the TV. I love my series S.

Scorn this weekend. Looking forward to P5 toyal next week.

It's the only game I've ever played where I read every single collectible. I'm enjoying the story, and the gameplay is bloody great at 60fps.

My eldest borrowed mine, during the first covid lock down. Still has it. She hasn't played a single game other than Mario Kart.

@progx Doh! I've played most of them, to some degree, except for mgs 4.

@hel105 Don't forget Peacewalker. I was always dark that the Vita didn't get the HD version.

@KevinLo9 It was pretty awesome. The way the water pushed back against your jetski was unlike any game I had played.

Damn I loved this game. I loved the N64 like no other console, before or after. Gaming, before the weight of the world crushed the spirit from me.

I've got it my phone. It runs at 120fps, and looks stunning. Not sure about the Switch version, which costs four times as much. I don't know much about Trackmania, but this a skill based racer. No upgrading your car, just you versus the clock, and the world. The last time I worked this hard for 1/10th of a second was Sega Rally, as my brother and i tried to best one another.

@nukatha No need. I already own it. One my kids (not sure which one) broke my sweet ass laptop. Rather than replace it, I got a switch and an xbox.

I never played this game. I don't have a PC or a PS3. I'm really looking forward to this on the Switch.

I never had an Atari. I will be interested to see what games stand up, without any rose tinted glasses.

For me it was the first game that lived up to the promise of the box art. As a kid, games were always a let down compared to the box art. Goldeneye wasn't the first game I loved, it was first game that lived up to my expectations.

I am looking forward to trying this. The last time I enjoyed a free game was when I played Warframe.

I skipped this entire generation, to drink a lot. No matter how much I spend on gaming nowadays, it is always cheaper than my drinking was.

@OldManHermit Agreed. The rose tinted glasses help, even with the blood shot eyes.

I don't play EA or f2p games but my gamer soul cringes....and my switch just crashed, as I booted up mario kart. We are simpatico.

I picked up Zero for $5. I haven't played it yet, because I already had a switch at that point. I will get around to it one day.

I really enjoyed my psp. Still, I have little desire to play it again. Okay, if goes on hella hella sale, I might have a look.

The Switch lite is the handheld I've dreamed of since I was a kid. My psp go is the perfect portable console.
