What the heck are these "games" no way I want them littering up my switch

Hmm apart from 2 games the majority of these are nothing like Paper Mario...and bug fables just looks too much like paper mario where other than it being bugs its a straight up copy.. the thing is there is no comparison nor even a modern equivalent...which is why its just worth waiting for the the thousand year door remake and in the mean time play the original one

Dang was not expecting this game .. I love dead cells and similar type games...so glad to not see the word Metroidvania anywhere.. will definitely be picking this up down the road... Like others said when its on sale.. because its Ubisoft.., and I'll check out the demo as well

Why are these obviously amateur made games always just barely get the gameplay down but they are allowed to look and play like crap because of "retro" and they get coverage when theres tons of actually polished indies that are cheap but overlooked because of crap like this getting attention

Mgs3 ... The story the betrayal and reveals... I felt that game for years to come... especially in an era where storytelling wasn't the forefront of most games at the level metal gear used to bring

No doubt it will be powerful enough to play ps4 generation of games well, probably have ray tracing (limited) and 4k graphics... My biggest concern is not having an oled screen...I absolutely love the oled and having owned all versions its how it should of always been and going from oled back to led will suck

Dang its crazy how popular Hogwarts Legacy has been despite getting no coverage after it launched, and so much for Starfield being a big seller according to Microsoft...not even on the list....having gamepass is a bs way of counting sales... Played for a month and quit, Cool to see games like Jedi survivor and Gow Ragnarok still hold strong,

Thats a shame, never expected knight to work well anyways... It makes me wonder if all these games are being released with the switch 2 in mind as that system should be able to handle all these last gen ports... However I'll pick up Arkham city on sale so i can play it whenever and wherever

Here i was thinking there were maybe like 3 pinball games including Pokemon pinball... The only one i ever played... Other than that space pinball game on windows in the early 2000s

@Lizuka hmm interesting, I do have that return to arkham collection on ps4 just haven't gotten around to it and I do own them on PC ... Pretty much i was expecting a switch release for years now before i played those again... And now its almost here .. i am however concerned about Knight and how that will play since i only played a little of it on ps4 (too much batmobile) but if that one doesn't run well the ill probably pick up city snd asylum separately.... Definitely city regardless

Dang thats quite a list.... It's interesting the amount of data games collect for them to sit and review... Like my every move is watched and recorded... Kinda creepy we allow it with these terms and conditions we never read... But anyways if this game is an improvement over the first one highly considering checking it out

This was hilarious to read about, there used to be an era that every popular and somewhat popular piece of media...would get a crappy videogame... Its funny to see it in 2023... Twice...Gollum and now this hahaha

Yes even after all these years i still get unsettled when playing ocarina... Not sure why but games from the ps1 and n64 era felt scarier ...maybe because of the graphics my mind made up the rest or what but i still feel that discomfort same with snes games that had dark and ugly palates that were reminiscent of the dark scifi movies from the 80s and 90s

I remake is unnecessary.... Also I wouldn't want Nintendo spending all that time on a game we played to death already...give us new stuff

I feel botw had a better sense of discovery... Totk the sky islands and the boring underground don't have that same sense of awe...as I've already seen it in the last game .. however the game messing with your expectations...like the first time i saw a tree walking towards me or had those gloom hands pop up haha

Well they games all follow the same basic plot... Great evil awakens....hero of time awakens ... princess awakens....go defeat the evil with a lil help from my friends

@boxyguy gamepass is okay had it in the beginning and recently to try out starfield...the majority of the games are old games or are cheap or were free on PlayStation and PC, paying 180 a year for maybe 3 exclusives ...ill pass on that

I'll believe that when the Master Cheif Collection comes to Switch and PlayStation

Well they shouldn't have gotten greedy and built their game on the free to play model hoping to be the next fortnite

Welll instead of making the game bigger how about different? Do to smash what they did with Zelda botw...like reinvent yourself .. that's the only way and ...pretty Nintendo I'd say

How about a system that is closer to current gen...some of those problems are easily solvable, the eshop sucks which is fine when dekudeals exists, i can live without themes and folders which would be nice but not necessary... Here's hoping my current switch games get bumped up next gen..

Thats fancy speak for this is a videogame sequel and videogamey things happen like entire puzzles disappearing and new ones reappearing but with a new color to fit the new lore thats it thats the reason

Over time i have moved over to more digital its easier and convenient then lugging around little carts but i still want physical for switch for some games.... when i upgrade my ps4 pro however i may go all digital as it makes no sense on PlayStation for physical as the discs are useless and take extra time to just verify i own it vs digital is good to go ..

More time is probably needed to make Arkham Knight work...since the other two are 2 generations back.. it would be nice if they released them the same way they are on other platforms...with the first two games coming in a 2 pack and the 3rd one separately... because if Arkham Knight sucks performance wise, I'll just stick to the first two...

No I want backwards compatibility... i want to be able to play some of these almost unplayable games on a new faster and more powerful switch... don't fix what's not broken give us more of the same no gimmicks

Zelda and Starfield mostly

Used to play it until i got up like 500 levels for the card collector thing... then it got painfully slow and the time sink to get the rewards that aren't really worth it for just varients... i wish there were more modes or more ways to interact with my collection , but I put it down and havent been back in like 6 months

Usually in the middle of playing multiple games at a time... usually a few big ones like right now its Zelda Totk and Starfield....been replaying God of War on PC... I hop back into Persona 5 Royal on switch, also I'll jump back into Call of Duty... in the meantime my PC usually has a few games at a time...may reinstall cyberpunk and try that again, been dying to replay Control, I love replaying thru the Uncharted games, Spider-Man is something i jump in and out of easily, I also keep some indies on hand like Katana Zero, Dead Cells and Death Road to Canada, recently been trying to play some older games on my modded 3ds as well, been also been trying to forever play mgs5. Gamepass has me on some games I've been meaning to check out and been meaning to play all the pokemon games I've missed since yellow...which is all of them up to sword and shield.... looking to still play elden ring, jedi survivor, The hogwarts game and mw3 still this year.... on switch it will be all about remakes and ports once batman and mgs hit it .. still need to pick up metroid remastered and red dead 1 but i definitely have my hands full here...not to mention the dozens of other games on retainer right now too... as far as a pallette cleanser probably a few rounds of Cod usually when i wanna play something mindless and effortless

@HeadPirate i meant more that shooting enemies doesn't require me to aim much nor is there any tactical gameplay just run and gun

While the art style looks fantastic but why does it have to be "retro fps"? That usually means there's no precision to the shooting mechanics when it comes to indies fps just aim in general direction and mash shoot

Was never able to get over how ugly and flat and samey racing games were on the snes... even as a kid, but I'm happy this exists I know a lot of people were asking for some f zero action for a long time hopefully they decide to make a new game in the series

Yea i definitely remember the era of the crappy handheld port versions of home games like who's buying this crap? But apparently enough people to justify the practice... thank goodness thats all gone nowadays
