Maybe they could make X year define but that would mean revealing sales data, so probably just make X 1000 and that should weed out 90% of these nothing titles.

I predict that the annual January direct will have a “tune in next week for the official reveal for Nintendo’s next home console!” And we’ll get a release window of holiday 2025.

Then I think we’ll get a June direct which will reveal more details like price and more of the launch lineup.

Overall probably the weakest year for Nintendo this decade but that’s more of a testament to how good we have it overall. Honestly except for a few heavy hitters 2021-2030 is already shaping up to be the best decade from Nintendo.

I have a hard time accepting that a game designed to have Doom levels of PC compatibility couldn’t be ported properly.

Capcom hadn’t invented the idea yet.

It’s not what was changed specifically. It’s the fact that once again it was advertised as a faithful remake and changed things that were harmless.
