I'm not spending more than $60 on a game no game is worth $70 or more

I don't see any way this is on the current Switch

yikes as of now Nintendos only brand new games for 2024 and don't even crack 100k

Breath of the Wild was revolutionary where as Tears of the Kingdom is just more of the same 6 years later

if your doing a remaster or remake and pricing it at $60 it better include a lot of brand new content and improvements to the original game if not it should be $40 max

there will be games this year but I'm setting my expectations to just small tier releases simply because we are towards the end of the Switch generation than at the beginning and the big games we want now need to saved for the next console to give that the best chance at success

128 GB is the low bar that "Switch 2" can go, I'm expecting 256 GB

I hate the argument "Switch is still selling so why release a new console and ruin sales" because Nintendo always sells a console till nobody wants it and when they finally do go next gen it doesn't do as well, you don't will till sales are nothing to go next gen you go while your still doing around 10 million

If Mario vs Donkey Kong was cheaper I would consider getting it

Obviously games will cost more and there is no way next gen cost's any less than $400

I'm not fully confident on this prediction but I will predict next gen "Switch 2" whatever it will be called does release in November this year and will announced in late April

If "Switch 2" or whatever it will be called doesn't release this year then it will be announced end of 2024 for March 2025, I do not believe for one second that "ten year plan" meant ten years of only the Switch and nothing else

Balders Gate 3 can not work on Switch

2023 was overrated beyond belief I can bring up 5 years in gaming that were way better than 2023 people have hardcore recency bias

Summer starts June 20 2024 so LM2 can easily be a late June release

worse part of my favourite game Kingdom Hearts 2 is obviously Atlantis, mini musical rhythm that completely break up the pace of KH2 (if you want 100% completion)
