@StringP6 yea i’ve had 4 since launch and not really got round to it outside the first hour. But now i’m itching to play it but would love a Switch 2 upgrade so holding off even longer 🤦‍♂️

3 is and always will be the best Dynasty Warriors. 2 is 2nd place. Can’t wait!

The best Zelda game. And one of the last times I remember really feeling the magic as a kid/teen playing (and reading about) a video game. It’s happened since of course but few and far between.

@Friendly I still remember when the FFVII/FFVIII double pack released on Switch, someone commented saying this may be the last EVER time we see these games on physical media. I went out and bought it because of that. They were probably right.

This should have been a day 1 launch title. Would have made the launch a bit more special imo.

@MS7000 it doesn’t Actually say it’s a code though right… could be on the cart. Since it would be the red Switch 2 cart i’m assuming.

All they had to do was keep the boxart the same but make the theme Gamecube purple/indigo instead of red. But the text is the worst. Aren’t these supposed to be bigger than Switch cases? So there is even more room.

They also all look really off-centre for some reason. Maybe they will look better in person. The Donkey Kong and Mario Kart ones don’t look terrible.

Bummed I didn’t order the LRG physical. I assumed it might get a wider release for some reason.

Kind of want Glover, Gex and Croc all next to each other on a shelf.

@Zeebor15 maybe they do, i’m sure they all try and make themselves seem as pretty as possible (well Satya would rather condemn Xbox…) but if Koei Tecmo want more sales in the console market, there is one open for them. And say what you want about Gamepass but putting your game on Xbox in general then allows for the opportunity to put it on Gamepass in the future should you need the revenue.

But of course it’s easier to just shrug it off like eh only 30 million consoles why bother.

Hopefully this means more games on Xbox. Not sure why you would look for console growth and ignore one of the 3 even if it is the lowest selling. Atelier is a good step forward.

I think Crash Team Rumble should have been the first game in Gamepass from ABK. And it should have happened when the acquisition closed - just to give the game a chance at being saved. 🤷‍♂️

The last special edition console releases from Nintendo always seem to come at the thickest time (just before the launch of the new console) but always end up being of the more valuable from that generation. Tempted!

@PosterBoy You completely missed my point. I don’t see mario as dude in overalls. I know he is iconic. Same as Master Chief. You’re the one who said man in “robot suit”…?

I also thought of Samus as a good comparison to Master Chief - I would argue Master Chief is more iconic.

@PosterBoy I think you are mixing up iconic with … something else. Master Chief is definitely Iconic. And yea he is a “man in a robot suit” but Mario is a man in overalls. Still doesn’t exclude them from being iconic.

I remember getting my VIP original DS through Club Nintendo. This was before it was even out in the UK. Took it to school and everyone was like wtfffff 😂 good times.

It’s always “Xbox should release Rare Replay on Switch” and never “Humongous should release Freddi Fish and Putt-Putt on Xbox” 😕

I have no sympathy for these people. Just buy an Xbox. Your loss if you miss out.

@HeadPirate as I said on PureXbox it’s been almost 9 years since Rare Replay released and people are still begging for it instead of just playing it. Life is too short - just play it on Xbox!

I can’t even remember where I was in life 9 years ago. Oh wait yes I can - I was playing Rare Replay and it was awesome.

It’s an incredible experience and some of the most fun i’ve had with achievements as well.

Also Perfect Dark is a Rare IP coming back so let’s see how that plays out. Even if it is under a new studio.

For those saying Rare Replay. It’s too many SKUs for it to happen. If you choose one of the xbox 360 games it takes you out of the base game and loads up the actual 360 game. Would take a lot of work to port over. At a push maybe the base game only would get a port but that would mean missing Perfect Dark HD, Perfect Dark Zero, Banjo-Kazooie HD, Banjo-Tooie HD, Nuts and Bolts, Viva Pinata, Trouble in Paradise, Kameo and Jetpack HD.

For those saying Salma Hayek. Im in.

@sanderev on the other hand I tried Palworld and thought it was awesome. It did so many things that Pokemon should be doing at this point. Much better as a co-op game though than in single player.

Time for the Gamecube games to come back. I never got to play Gale of Darkness but I did enjoy Colosseum at the time. Always think about that game whenever I listen to D12 World.

Knowing Square Enix, this will be when they release games exclusively on Xbox.

Nintendo is one of my best performers recently. They are fine. They will drop a bit and stable out in the long run.

@DennisReynolds what barely works on Xbox? Seems to work for me just fine as an early access game. Not had any issues except with the UI…

Would be nice if it’s a new game. Don’t need a remaster when the original is amazing on Series X.

@Jeronan I have played a couple hours so far and I don’t see any issues. But sure maybe a few “pal” designs could be changed if needed to make it go away.

@Jeronan I know but I have seen Valve step in with Nintendo before with things like this. I don’t think anything will come of this though so it’s fine. Other games are allowed to exist. I think it’s just Pokemon Company looking into it really.

I understand taking some sort of preventative action but don’t think it will go anywhere. Pokemon can’t own the rights to animal/inanimate object mutations.

I just hope this doesn’t damage the Xbox/Nintendo friendship.
