@Max_the_German why are you and others so against having other options available? If you want the challenge then stick to the main setting, it doesn’t hurt you if others choose to play an easy option.

I really don’t understand why they don’t just add an easy mode. I would buy it if it had one.

So Nintendolife, instead of jumping on the negativity bandwagon with everyone else, just wait until you have the game in your hands!

How about waiting to judge games once they’re released instead of all these negative articles about how poor the Switch 2 is…this is my go-to site for Nintendo news but it’s getting tiresome reading about fps all the time.

Let’s hope it can keep a stable 30fps! 🤭

@Jhena it isn’t, last week’s numbers were for two weeks.

I don’t really care much about frame rates but even I think Switch 2 games should at least be reaching 40fps!

I hate it when a game is really hard and there is no option to choose an easy mode. I feel like I have wasted my money if I end up seeing barely a third of the game because I can’t progress any further.

@MamaSymphonia Yes, I see your point. My only issue is Nintendo could later claim “oh look, two million bought the game so nobody thinks the price was too high”….when the truth would be “well, many bought the bundle exactly because the price was too high”.

@MamaSymphonia Yes but my point is people are getting the game at a heavy discount. Many of these, myself included, wouldn’t have bought it at full price. So to me those sales are slightly misleading. If someone is remotely interested in MKW then it’s a no-brainer to get it in the bundle.

I expected far worse and hard to tell anyway with this footage. I won‘t be buying but hopefully it will be decent enough once released.

@WheresWaveRace Fair point. I got the bundle simply because MKW cost me 40 Euro that way. No way I would have paid 90 for it.

But if digital codes aren’t counted then the figures don’t make sense either because if 179 thousand Switch 2 units were sold and almost 145 thousand MKW sales…..why on earth wouldn’t these people just get the bundle? Seems very unlikely that they all wanted a physical copy that badly!

MKW numbers are misleading though because most of those sales could be from the bundle.

10 thousand over TWO weeks for PS5 is terrible! Switch 2 doing great and Switch 1 combo doing well still too!

@Anachronism Firstly, it’s Gamescom so news is coming thick and fast and Felix is clearly very busy at the moment.

Secondly, they are not aiming for the Nobel Prize in Literature.

Thirdly, the only really bad error is „I were all shuffled…“, which frankly should have been corrected by the editor. Everything else is minor and not worth mentioning. In fact, after watching the video again it’s not even Felix‘s mistake, it’s only in the text.

8 but would have been a 9 if it had been 20 or 30 minutes long instead of 45! I found the first 18 minutes very underwhelming.

Well, as someone who is rubbish at most games I have used it a lot already as it came out weeks ago in an unfinished form. Helps me find bananas so I can up my skill level.
